This office really left me in awe, I have never in my entire life been to a dental office with great customer service, explanation of everything, and Dr. Trieu was amazing! I unfortunately needed a wisdom tooth pulled, which I knew was a matter of time before it happened, but I am glad i got done here. The last office that I went to have a wisdom tooth pulled left me in pain for days!!! but not here, when Dr. Trieu asked if I was ready to have the tooth pulled, he had already taken out! Just like that, pain free and my recovery time was literally 24 hours. His x-rays found things that other dentists had not told me about, so needless to say I have to go back to clean some other people's mess. As far as pricing, this is the first in my life where I did not feel like I was being up sold or lied to about the services and pricing. They truly do things here the right way, I had a lot of work done in one day and for the same job at other officers I got charged 3x more what I got charged here. The staff is very friendly and bilingual in spanish, and best of all, their office is very modern, clean, and neat, but most of all their service is First class hence their name "First Class Dental". I will not be going anywhere else for my dental work but here, I highly recommend anyone here!!! two thumbs up! read more

This place is horrible do not go in they will charge you for something you don't have try to push in the braces and when you do they will stop focusing on your other problems. My sister had regular cavities that turn into root canal because everytime she would go in they will ignore them to focus on the braces. Nasty receptionist horrible employees they said I had a crack on my root and wanted to work on it right away went with for a second opinion with a specialist and they couldn't find anything fraud work they want to charge me 1000 dollars to stop my braces it will cost me 1800 to continue I don't want to continue going to a place where they stop focusing on your teeth to get more money they also did a crown horrible the food still goes in which it was meant to stop and I honestly believe a regular cavity turned into a root canal because he wanted to charge my insurance because it didn't hurt that bd just once I a blue moon but he pushed and pushed why would I not believe him his a liar like his manager rude and nasty people they throw there lawyers every time they get a chance to intimidate you go to a different dentist everyone I know has complained about them read more

I have lived in Lancaster for almost 7 years. In this time I have experienced so much in different offices in the Antelope Valley and with such disappointment. I ultimately decided to drive to L.A in order to avoid the unpleasantness. These drives to L.A ended the day I found First Class Dental. It was an emergency visit that brought us in. I read their reviews and I thought I'd give them a shot. I am so glad I came in. This office is by far the cleanest, friendliest, compassionate and most professional office I have ever encountered. I am especially thankful to Dr. Kang and one of his assistants, Erin. They are very caring and have given my kids a pleasant visit. They don't fear coming into this office because they know they will be treated with care and respect. All of the attentiveness is reflected upon their office manager. She makes you feel at home. Assuring that all of your concerns and needs are met. This office focuses on patient care. The only concern any parent and any one person focuses on. I been looking for a personal dentist in Antelope Vally for a while, that not out just for money. I finally found him. Dr Kang is awesome. He worked with my issues and the pricing is outstanding compared to other. I'm glad I came her a second opinion. I found a dentist for life. Dr Kang is also more like a friend then my dentist. This is by far the best dentist in Antelope Valley if not the whole state of California period. I been through many money hungry dentist doing unnecessary stuff. You want find that here. Even the shots in your mouth don't hurt (much). I went to him once and then took all four of my kids there. And they was scared at first and don't mind it now. I just got my braces put on today. I went to several places and all were quoting me between 4500 to 6000 telling me that my case is a hard case. I saw on ad for their No money down braces, 750 off ad and decided to check them out. Office is very modern and state of the art. They have this huge thing that takes 3d xrays and it was the biggest equipment i ever seen at dental office. Dr Trieu looked at my teeth and came up with plan but didn't make any big deal of how hard my case was. Manager DeeDee was great in explaining the whole cost and monthly payment plan and I was so happy to find out my cost would be thousands less overall and literally 0 money down and very very affordable payment plan. Staff were all so nice and caring and I'm happy to say I'm going to fix my ugly teeth to a beautiful smile with their help. First off I want to say that finding a dental office that does great work with dentures was hard to find but dr Trieu and Kangs office does amazing work I get such amazing compliments on my new set of teeth all the time I feel so much more confident and comfort smile now. I had at least 2 hours of work done from a root canal to removing mercury fillings, and I never felt any pain not even after the numbness went away. Every fear I had about going to the dentist is now gone and I can't stop raving about this place. I want to thank every Dr., assistant, and front desk staff that helped during my procedure it's because of them as a whole unit that my smile is coming along beautifully, I couldn't have chosen a better place. Wow. what a difference in dental office experience. previous dentist quoted me 1500 to fix 7 cavities so i came here to get a second opinion and Dr Kang told me only 2 teeth needed any work. He explained me that the sensitivities i was experiencing were due to gum recession and not cavities! then just recommended toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I ended up fixing those 2 cavities without even being numb and i didnt even feel anything! Every dentist i met have all tried to milk green out of me but this place is so honest and truly wants whats best for my teeth and my WALLET! Beautiful office and super nice staff makes it even better. My kids will be coming here as they see adults and children. My 2 kids have seen both Dr Kang and Dr Trieu and both Dr's have great customer service. Awesome bed side manner. Dr Kang was so gentle and made my 4 year old feel so comfortable, my son needed 5 fillings and to my surprise they split them in multiple visits so it wouldn't be so much on my son. My older son sees Dr Trieu for his braces. His insurance did not cover orthodontics and I was so impressed with how easy it was to get on a flexible payment plan. His braces were put on less than a week later. His office staff is so pleasant. My youngest loves going in to see Marie, ok ok he loves the toys she gives him. Lol. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Kang and his entire staff! Every single person is kind and personable. They are genuinely happy to help you and remember who you are when you call back on the phone and come in for a follow-up appointment. The office is clean and the equipment is new and state of the art. My entire family has seen Dr. Kang now and absolutely adores him. He's very gentle and patient, even with my son, who was very nervous and scared. Wow. This has been the most wonderful experience as far as dental office is concerned. As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me with warm smile and answered all my questions. Doctor was even better. He explained everything and was very honest. Treatment I was told at other offices, they said were not needed and told me what I really needed for long term solution. Fee was the best I've seen around AV but I would've paid just as much in this place. Office is super modern and clean. So much technology to show me everything on big flat screen tv. Well...I got two implants and a root extraction yesterday. I'll get to the nitty gritty. I had NO pain! While the root extraction was noisy, I felt nothing. I was awake for it. As for the implants, Dr. Trieu worked his magic. Not only did it NOT hurt at all...it was over super fast. At most, I felt vibration and a little pressure. Again, I was awake for this. It was soooo easy. Last night, I did have a bit of pain as the novocaine wore off, but motrin took care of that. I thought I would wake up miserable, but no. Just a little pain that motrin took right away. I'm a pretty big wussy. If I can get through this, anyone can get through it. Dr. Trieu is THAT good. read more

So glad I picked this place out of all the dentists in the area. My first visit was comfortable, friendly, and most importantly painless. Dr. Trieu and his staff are super friendly, and very professional. I came in for just a general first patient visit. Within 5 minutes of filling out my paperwork I was already in the back getting X-rays done. Really one of the best dentist I've been to! They have a great staff and customer service. My boyfriend doesn't have any insurance and a lot of work that needs to be done, they helped us set up a plan and monthly payments. I'm happy that he'll have a beautiful smile in a year or so, plus they had a great deal on braces as well! Thankful that we took the time out of our day to visit, get a consultation and set everything up. Just the first day and already taking care of 80% of his procedures, amazing. I love this place! I went in for an implant consult thinking it would cost me an arm and a leg and they were able to come up with plan using my medical insurance to cover dental implants and other treatments worth 25000! How amazing is that? Everywhere I went I was told I had to pay out of pocket for everything because I had no dental coverage. This is truly a life saver for me as money is tight. Plus place is super clean and modern. Staff were very courteous and Dr Kang is not only an awesome dentist but great human being. I can tell they truly care about patients. Best PALMDALE dentist. My experience there was wonderful. The receptionist Yessica is so friendly and always has a smile on her face willing to help you. The office is brand new and beautiful. Dr. Trieu was very gentle and knowledgeable. I went in for my painful wisdom teeth and Dr. Trieu was fantastic. It didn't hurt at all! I was slightly sore the next day but the medication they gave me took care of it perfectly. I had all four wisdom teeth removal so I expected more discomfort that what I had.
