This place is obviously occupied by the devil's lackeys. Poor product, I purchased a night guard and it was defective. I went back twice to see if I could tolerate it or if they could fix it. It was brutal! I politely asked for a refund but it was denied by one of the dentist. The following are my opinions: Poor work ethic, uncaring dentist and techs. Greed has blown this out of proportion. I was told that they no longer accept Medicaid and that I would be paying cash. I expected better treatment and respect that I voiced my complaints openly. I'm definitely reporting them to the California Dental board. And I am also considering suing them because damages were done to my mouth as a result of them trying to shove the night guard into my mouth. I was told the lamest excuse ever. I was told that I would get used to the pain. I recommend you stay away from that place. read more

I switched over to Premier Dental care after having a horrible experience with Western Dental, but the staff here has been kind and helpful every step of the way. Even when my implant was becoming loose (and they discovered it was broken) they did everything they could to help me. As someone with extreme dental anxiety, the office environment and staff have always made me feel comfortable and at ease. read more

The office experience is terrible, I was told my insurance wasn't active and it was active and I was listed, and given misinformation by the guy that works receptionist in the front. I waited over 45 minutes and still wasn't seen while in pain. In addition to be contacted by the office staff telling my doctor wouldn't be available and constantly rescheduling me. Trying to be a consistent patient here for dental care has been a nightmare. They kept trying to get me to pay out of pocket and now reading the reviews it appears that is there business practice they are engaging in and it sounds shady. I was charge my deductible after verifying my own insurance for them because he asked me to call instead of them calling on their end, and paid before I was even taken to the back to have the dental work completed. I felt like I was being held hostage and had to engage in a back and forth with reception to obtain my refund so I could peacefully leave and take my business elsewhere. It was an insane experience to say the least. Don't waste time like I did, read this and find a more customer friendly, time efficient option for a dentist! They get one star because the hygienist that did my cleaning previously was fast, polite, and explained what he worked on very well. I don't know if he's still there though. read more

Tried going here as a new patient each interaction i have is disappointing. First they in formed me my medical wasn't active when it was in fact was to try and get me to pay out of pocket. I'm so tired of the front desk and the main biller She claims to be in charge of everything she does the billing and is the only one who deals with the Dental insurances. She rude af and claims to communicate with HR and when I request for the HR contact information she says I have to go through her with any questions. She's so sarcastic too. Bad customer service when I ask to speak to the owner or someone higher then her she says "mmmm it's only her theres maybe one more but she possibly can be in office Thursday not to sure? I wish I could give premier dental a -1 rate. I went in to pay the balance of my partial. I addressed the issue of the dental assistant tried to place the office sample teeth template in my mouth. I could have gotten COVID along with many other diseases. I thought they would deny it. Instead they gave her an excuse and said she thought it was mine. Obviously that was a lie because each patient's came to the dental office in a plastic bag. The patients name is included also. I was so paranoid that she tried to shove an office sample in my mouth. I told them I wanted my daughter to come in with me to my visit. The dentist refused. Long story short I don't get my teeth pulled. He just gave me my tooth plate and we just left. There's no order, no compassion, I got a prejudice vibe from that Palmdale premier office. Beware !!! read more

The cavity they said my daughter has is non-existent. She has NO cavity. They were going to drill into my daughters tooth for NO reason! I've been coming here for about 6 years and this company really sucks! I'm always hit with surprise fees almost everytime I come in. They say that they inform you before the appointment, but they never do. Also, the wait time is about 45 no matter when you go. Plus, when you are escorted into the room, you still sit in that room for another 30 mins. Their service is horrible. Please stay away from this place and go anywhere else but here for dental work. I had to write a review after reading the goods ones and taking them for truthfulness for what they were worth, until I went to this office and was surprised as to the care I would have received and my bad experience of the referral office in Lancaster, CA and the reason I say would of, is because I no longer let people work on me if something isn't right. I was a referral to the Lancaster office to see an endo specialist and ran into a doctor that did not introduce himself, so let's call him doctor Jeckle the monster but I believe the clerk told me Dr. Amit, which set me in a chair and kept telling the assistant that he thought I could not pay for my dental work and then asked me could I pay and I said no, now I do have Delta Dental, but this idiot did not even check the other office to see if I had insurance or not and I was told by a visitor that they had fired another dentist just recently for treating patients bad. So I say if you have a bad feeling about a place, please trust your first intuition because it is always right. I already had a perfect tooth ruin by a root canal. So I need and now trying to find a decent doctor to fix it and it is like finding a needle in a haystack in the city of Palmdale too many unprofessional and unethical doctors to choose from for God sake can I find just one decent dential office that can fix teeth without the drama and money greed. I have never been so happy with a dental office. To start off, Dr. Karim is amazing. He's very patient and his work is extremely gentle. I have no issue coming in and out of this rating and updating as needed. I had some work this past weekend only to find out there was a minor billing issue. Of course I've been through this before with this office so I was automatically heated when I figured this out. BUT I spoke to the new person in charge of billing and I am at complete ease. The issue is being taken care of! I wanted to change offices because of the thought that I was going to have to deal with the previous lady up front. Little did I know, she has been replaced. The new employee who helped me get things figured out was very patient and informative of the process to get it handled and I have no complaints.
