Oil dripping out of the box and on my car seat .

Very disappointed with the new ownership at First Class Pizza. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. The employees were young, distracted on their phones, goofing around, and not paying attention to customers waiting to order. They messed up my pizza order by only putting pepperoni on part of the pizza instead of the whole thing like requested. Instead of remaking it, they just added more pepperoni and threw it back in the oven, leaving the pizza burnt and overly greasy. Oil was literally dripping from the box and got all over my car and clothes. When I called to ask for a refund and speak to a manager, the employees kept passing the phone back and forth pretending to be the manager. They also made me drive back and return the pizza for a return after speaking to "manager " on the phone and she still said they don't do returns as i got there . It was an argument back and forth until finally they just refunded me for the pizza . I also overheard staff talking badly about other customers while I was there. Overall, very disappointing experience and definitely not the quality or service this place used to have. I won't bother to come back here again .

I learned that First Class Pizza is actually a chain... there are several franchised owned carrying that name. Well we've been here to this one and the ownership has changed but the name First Class Pizza is still a good one. So at first we met Dave, then we met Phil, and today we meet Rosa, the friendly new lady boss. Stepping inside we immediately noticed a spruced up place with a fun vibe Turtle logo. The video monitors showing the extensive menu hasn't changed but Rosa did show daily specials. The lovely missus liked today's special of a medium one topping Pizza and a side of at least 8 bone in chicken wings. The Pizza with Canadian Bacon and wings with Lemon Pepper coating. Box it up and we will have a feast at home. The wait wasn't long and there was hustle and bustle activity putting stock and supplies in organized spaces. The same POS system and the receipt will be emailed. I did worry about the location and open access to a big jar with stuffed Washingtons, but I added a few more. The Pizza was delightful. Heavy on the white soft hot to touch oozing cheese (Mozzarella) and a savory good pizza bread and crust with plenty enough of the bacon on top. The wings were plumpy and perhaps could use a quick shake to discard excess deep fryer hot oil. Let's stay positive, the wings were good bites and good flavor and we didn't have to dip it in the Ranch dressing. While we waited and chit chatted, we expressed to Rosa our wish for continuing success to her First Class Pizza endeavor. I will even buy a T-Shirt with the Turtle logo the next time.

You can Choose from 1 topping medium pizza or wings or deep fried raviolis. They got New Flavor. They recently added habanera chicken bites! What I got: the Boneless chicken bites, the refreshing Antipasta salad combo large Italian and the large Combo pizza. So good.

They give us a wrong pizza. "I never get the order wrong" was Rosa's response when she was told one of the pizzas was wrong... extremely unprofessional. We placed the order over the phone with her on speaker, and three of us clearly heard her repeat back the correct pizzas at the end. We each chose specific ones that we like from there so we would not have "accidentally" said a wrong pizza. We love supporting this place when we have big gatherings, but the way it was handled and a response like that was inappropriate and will not be going back.

Second time coming here ordered a half combo and half spicy southwestern. The spicy southwestern is my favorite. I was a super disappointed when I get home that it was not half and half there was 5 slices of the combo and only 3 slices of the spicy southwestern. They made the pizza packed with topping, it also had extra sauce and well done just like I asked. Took stars off cause it wasn't half and half and it was the more of the type I didn't care for as much :(

Went last week for my first time and let me tell you the pizza was delicious. We got a pizza with ham pineapple jalapeño and pepperoni and it was cooked just perfect and it was very tasty. I give it a 10/10

The owner was nice and he was the only one working and taking orders but wasn't busy at all. It's a little pizza place but it's cute and the pizza was good. My friend and I both really liked it and agreed we'd come back.

Pizza tasted really good. They are not stingy with the toppings at all. Good crunch and pizza was filling but in a good way. Service was awesome, pizza came out in the time they quoted. Manager took time to make sure things were well and boxed up my pizza. Four TVs so I'm sure if a certain game was on you could ask them to turn the channel. I'll be back! read more

The pizza is as good as domino's if not better. 99% toppings 1% pizza which is amazing. I gave 1star to a great pizza because the rude customer service by I think he was the manger. I don't know his name but he is the bald guy with tattoos. I'll make this short on 04/13/2024 I walked in placed an order medium combo at 3:44pm. Was told it would take an hr I said ok. Went home told ppl at home 1hr. I guess they didn't want to wait an hr since it usually took about 25 minutes on previous orders. So they said to just cancel. So I went back to see if it's too late. Apparently someone at my home called ahead while I was going back to cancel for me...dont know what was said. Got there I asked if it's too late they said it's in the oven...so ok I'll wait...that's pretty quick hr since it only takes me 10 mins to go home and back.. got pizza manager was completely rude and said I'm banned. Ok since I only go there once every 3 months. I should note I have had previous rude experiences with this guy and other customers have also. If u live near first class pizza on edinger in Huntington beach, California I suggest order domino's instead. Good pizza with friendly customers service. read more

This is a little hole in the wall pizzeria but its DELICIOUS! When we got there the girl was by herself and she still got everything out and serves w a smile and positivity. The wings are made nice and crispy and well seasoned, perfectly cooked, I want more. The cheese pizza OMG so good, we also ordered the garlic cheese bread and that was to die for. I ordered the mini Piggy pizza it was under done but they immediately made an other one and made it to PERFECTION!! By that time 2-3 other had come in to work. My daughter order the mini great white pizza and again DELICIOUS! It is a little pricey but it's worth it! Will be definitely going back. read more

Rude as hell. Called to place a pickup order for a pizza. Asked for a large and was told they don't have large, so I asked what sizes they had and this douchebag starts laughing as if that's some ridiculous follow up question? Once he does tell me the sizes, he goes "so what do you want hurry it up" (this entire exchange was only 40 seconds), so I told him I wanted a pizza from somewhere else. Definitely not First Class service. It's a shame because I live a block away and this is a place I hadn't tried in a long time. Could've had a lifelong customer but instead I'm writing a negative review.. and I don't even write reviews. read more

Made my kid cry on the phone. I had her order since I was busy with work, which she's very capable of doing. She works in the restaurant industry for Christ sake. And never have I ever witnessed screaming over the phone by a grown man triple her age. Who runs a pizza shop with the patience of a toddler? I stood there listening to their order as I'm working and his tone gets more aggressive and louder every passing second. I look over and she's cupping her mouth and now sobbing. Immediately shot over and took the phone and he cleaned up his tone real quick. To the owner: I wish you healing and I wish you perspective. I guess some people are meant to be here to not evolve but to show us all what happens when you don't. read more

It's been awhile since we've done a pizza review and we were happy to find such a great place...the service was spot on....they said 25 minutes and it was hot enough to burn your face off...the cheese was crispy but not burnt..perfect...the sauce was the perfect blend of sweet and tangy and the thin crust was crispy but not a cracker...with enough grease to be the perfect pizza...we truly enjoyed it...thank you.. read more

What a come-up! Tried this place on a after-work whim (did not feel like cooking). This was absolutely the - best - pizza - I - have - eaten in a long long long long time! Presentation was, the best! Reminded me of my favorite pizza bar back East. You can tell they take pride in their offerings and culinary skills. Quick and easy to order online, I opted to pick it up... Professional and friendly service. I was greeted with a friendly smile. I ordered the XL Veggie, L Combo and Italian Stallion for my husband. LOADED fresh veggies, mushrooms, olives, peppers, the basil..the cheese....!!! The family enjoyed every bite. My teenagers ate pizza and eggs for breakfast! We'll be back!!!!! read more

Hands down some of the best pizza in town I'd you've got the budget for it. I purchase from first class pizza when I'm in the meet to impress others of my knowledge for above and beyond pizza (size and quality). Other than that, I'm simply fine with Cosco pizza. Expect to pay a good amount for this decent recognizable distinction of quality. read more

Love FCP! Ingredients are fresh. Fresh dough made daily, fresh sauce (not canned), all fresh veggies and meats. The sandwiches are huge and can be shared! They never skimp on toppings and the combo pizza (not pictured) was literally heavy! read more

I'm usually not a huge fan of pizzas, but their pizza is truly the best in HB! On top of their food being delicious and reasonably priced, the guy working there was truly welcoming and thoughtful in every possible way. Great pizza. Price is getting ridiculous in regards to pizza. This place is good, but limited in workers so your pizza will take longer on "game" days and fight nights. I think these guys are still good and would recommend anyone to support their business. read more

Tucked away in a small strip mall is this little pizza place with GREAT BIG TASTE! The crust had the right amount of buttery crunch and the toppings were really fresh. Try the spicy southwestern pizza. It's a flavor explosion. What a welcome addition to Huntington Beach. I'll be back soon. read more

Gourmet pizza at not Gourmet prices - the pizza is full of quality toppings. You can grab your drinks at the liquor store next door and sit and watch your sports..I had the bbq chicken pizza and Caesar salad. Every ingredient was super fresh and quality . They were very attentive to us, especially since we were a big party. The waitress noticed that we were squishing because we didn't really have enough legroom and once a party left, she put two tables together so we would have more room and it was just incredible service! The decor reminds me of Rudy's in Fort Lee, New Jersey where home made food is made for made men. Retired worn down muscle hold's court in the worn down Bar. The real boss, however, was the Server who ran the joint from the dining room accessible only through a secret door. The point being that both Capone's and Rudy's have an O. G. feel (although Rudy's is the real deal). Louie Prima croons and scats at Capone's over the clatter of plates and and chatter of dates. Here, there are no secrets. Open Bar, open Kitchen, and Staff with open arms. The Bar: Full to the top. Pop a top or enjoy Martini Thursday (any day). The Staff: Characters with class. Enthusiastic, everyone was on board, and no one was bored. Nicole spent more time looking after me than my sainted Mum. Don't see it on the menu? Ask Nicole. "We can definitely do that, 100%", she'll respond. The entire team were in motion like a human Pachinko Machine. Capone's offers a huge ambitious menu with all the classics and some modern riffs all through an Italian lens. Ain't nuthin' here you won't like plus the next day you'll enjoy what you couldn't finish even though you wanted too. The Foccacia was fresh baked and still warm. Nicole supplied a healthy pour of quality Olive Oil and a serious splash of rich Aged Balsamic Vinegar to dunk, dip, mop and sop. I watched the next table order the Garlic Bread served with Bagna Cauda (an excellent Olive Tapenade). This also included Garlic Confit which were still hot from roasting and yet remained squishy and caramelized. I had to have it while the table on the other side of me told Nicole, "We want what he's having". The food here made me happy and happy to think about returning soon so I can work my way through the entire heroic menu. "How bout the Special?" asked Nicole. These were Fried Artichoke Hearts the size of Double Cut Pork Chops. The carefully trimmed Artichoke Hearts were deep fried. The breading was crunchy and clung to the huge Artichokes like a rented Tuxedo. A creamy Garlic Sauce was more than welcome and almost not necessary as the Artichokes were pleasantly artichokey on their own. They reminded me of Piperno's hidden in the Jewish Quarter of Rome. But that's another review. Next out was a a bath tub of Frutti di Mar. On the menu it read like a pile of Pasta with a whole lotta shellfish over it. Shrimp, Squid Tubes, Manila Clams, Mussels all buried under a slightly spicy Marinara Sauce. But, be advised it presents like Cioppino. It was definitely a Soup ladled over Linguini lurking beneath the surface. "Nicole, this is Cioppino" I said. "No Honey, our Cioppino comes with a raft of Garlic Bread pieces". Okay. I like Soup. The Linguini was perfectly cooked and still screaming hot when the bowl hit the table. The Shellfish was plentiful and tender. No rubbery anything. This was hardy and substantial (but it was Cioppino, damnit, it was). Something you want on a cold blustery Winter's night. Well, it's Winter in South America and Australia so I simply dug in with gusto and a Soup Spoon. The Tomatoey broth was delicious. The Eggplant Parmesan was the size of a Catcher's Mitt and topped with a comforter of melted Mozzarel and a thick Marinara Sauce all over a mound of Spaghetti and then surrounded by a row of Meat Balls mainly because Nicole said, "I included some Meat Balls. You're gonna love'em". Nicole, girl, you got soul. Al Capone's safe had nothin' but Capone's Italian Cucina has got it all. Don't make me send Luca Brasi to have a sit down wit yas. Just go there now, do what you're told and order up. This is not just business, it's personal.

The Steakhouse Tacos were delicious and had a unique flavor thanks to the addition of blue cheese crumbles. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip was also served in a bread bowl, which was a nice touch. The Fish & Chips were probably the weakest dish of the meal. According to my mom, the fish was a bit bland. However, she really enjoyed the Greek-style salad that came with her meal. Overall, this is a great spot to check out if you're spending the day at the beach. Between the ocean views, friendly service, and solid menu options, it's definitely worth a visit.

I usually hit up First Class Pizza, and I gotta say, it wasn't the "first class" experience I was hoping for. The pizza was alright - not amazing, but not terrible either. But man, the owner and management? Yikes! They really brought down the whole vibe. The place itself was just okay, nothing special. They had the usual pizza options, salads, and apps. The pizza I had was decent - crust was crispy enough, and the toppings were fine. But nothing to write home about, you know? Now, let's talk about the real issue - the owner and management. They were seriously aggressive and unprofessional. They make it super uncomfortable and just generally being rude. I mean, come on, nobody needs that kind of negativity while trying to enjoy some pizza. I noticed other reviews mentioning the same thing, so it's not just me. It's a bummer because the pizza was decent, but the whole experience was just meh, thanks to the bad vibes from the management. So, if you're looking for a chill pizza spot, I wouldn't recommend First Class Pizza. The pizza's alright, but the experience is a total letdown. I found them on yelp and never tried them so I called to place an order. I placed it and realized that I had been calling the wrong location. I called back immediately to cancel my order and the customer service response was so mean and rude that I will never try this place. I had the call on speaker when I called to cancel and even my husband made a comment about how awfully obnoxious the man who answered the phone was. Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but I was practically dying of hunger so I popped in. The definition of a hole-in-the-wall. I got the bbq chicken pizza and wow... there are no words. There's about a million options available between the menu board and wall full of specials, so it can get a little overwhelming, but you really can't go wrong.
