Calling the restaurant, I ended up talking to Hailey again and she helped me find the receipt for that transaction and whoever punched in the amount punched in the wrong number. I usually hit up First Class Pizza, and I gotta say, it wasn't the "first class" experience I was hoping for. The pizza was alright - not amazing, but not terrible either. But man, the owner and management? Yikes! They really brought down the whole vibe. The place itself was just okay, nothing special. They had the usual pizza options, salads, and apps. The pizza I had was decent - crust was crispy enough, and the toppings were fine. But nothing to write home about, you know? Now, let's talk about the real issue - the owner and management. They were seriously aggressive and unprofessional. They make it super uncomfortable and just generally being rude. I mean, come on, nobody needs that kind of negativity while trying to enjoy some pizza. I noticed other reviews mentioning the same thing, so it's not just me. It's a bummer because the pizza was decent, but the whole experience was just meh, thanks to the bad vibes from the management. So, if you're looking for a chill pizza spot, I wouldn't recommend First Class Pizza. The pizza's alright, but the experience is a total letdown. When I first walk into first class pizza with the old management the guy was rude and just throw me the pizzas but one day I ordered a pizza from here and it's new management and everything is so much better it's a family runned business the pizzas are absolutely good with some wings and chicken bites I lived around the corner for about 6years and this is the best new owner yet anyone who has experience bad service from the old management come check out the new first class pizza!!! Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but I was practically dying of hunger so I popped in. The definition of a hole-in-the-wall. I got the bbq chicken pizza and wow... there are no words. There's about a million options available between the menu board and wall full of specials, so it can get a little overwhelming, but you really can't go wrong. The chicken was clearly a frozen breaded chicken patty with that spongy, chewy texture you get from freezer-section chicken, not fresh chicken parmesan. The pasta sauce tasted like it came straight from a jar of Prego, and overall the meal tasted like it was made with very basic, low-quality, store-bought ingredients. The lunch special included a salad, but it was just chopped romaine, a few very thin, flavorless tomato slices, canned sliced black olives, and a side of what tasted like bottled Hidden Valley Ranch. There was no seasoning or anything to make it stand out. For two lunch specials, drinks, and tip, we spent over $25. The quality of the food simply did not match the price. We left disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.

My favorite and go-to order is a pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, and onion pizza. Their regular crust is good, but the thick crust option is also really good if you want a thicker pizza. The BBQ chicken pizza is also really good. Over the years, I've watched this business grow, they come out with nice artwork, a fresh website, and the store looks great. I've seen the things they've added over the years to create a SoCal theme, and I'm here for it. I'm always impressed with the changes when I come by every so often.
