Oh my fast and friendly service. Do not be put off by the small auto mechanic facade. George is fast and efficient. For newer vehicles 2000, he uses a remote device so no pulling on to wheel accelerator. No inside waiting but social distance chairs in shade are available. I called to check on walk in or need and appt, he does both. The price is good too, I had used a Groupon for the smog check portion, certificate and DMV was extra 20$. First class smog is the place to go , Jorge the owner of the smog shop is friendly, responsive, communicative. He informed me what procedure to take on vehicles that need to be passed for smog . Ex a vehicle wasn't passing smog because it needed a drive cycle. He explained the process and check it out once it was completed. Jorge is amazing in customer service and will drive miles and hours to get this amazing service. read more

Terrible service, let me start by saying the man who did my smog is shady. He ran my smog knowing good and well my intake didn't have a carb legal sticker on it, unbeknownst to me. But he did it any way so he could get 20 more dollars out of me for a retest. My vehicle passed smog, but because it didn't have that sticker it didn't pass. I already knew that, but I didn't know my intake didn't have the sticker on it yet. He knew it, ran the rest anyways and tried to get more money out of me. In short, it was disservice by a dishonest man. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Had my 1989 Dodge truck smog tested today . Before I went here I went to two other shops the first one said he couldn't test it because it had to be a " Star " I looked at the sign that said STAR STATION TEST ONLY he said he will be a Stat again in two weeks. I had the truck tested here a few weeks ago and it failed because the computer in the truck had not reset. So I went to a station that did my brother in law truck for $ 65.00 After 20 minutes waiting he tells me he can't test it because it failed in the past. I ask him where should I go? He tells me to go back to the shop that tested it before. Oh great I'm screwed. I called around and the few shops that will do pre 2000 vehicles wanted $ 75 and up. I call this shop and told him about it failing he said not a problem come on down. George got right on it. It passed (Thank God) and he charged me only $ 50 Great place to get your car/truck tested. Hopefully I won't need another test in California again. read more

I was looking for a smog place and found this via Groupon. After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try and purchased the Groupon. I was not disappointed. Other yelpers were right, the place was small and I actually drove past it. But once I was there, the owner greeted me right away. He was friendly, helpful and approachable. He referred me to a seat and told me he would take care of everything. And he did. The entire process took no more than 15 minutes!!!! While I was waiting, another customer showed up. Despite doing everything by himself, he greeted the next customer right away and made them feel welcome. Most definitely recommend to bring your vehicles there and this will be my go to smog check from now on. I paid $22 on Groupon plus $13 for certificate. Great deal, great service and great way to support our small businesses. read more
