Very unprofessional, NON resourceful, no empathy and very disrespectful. I spoke with Ms. Lewis and Latisha was very nice however No help. I have been communicating with various women via phone since October 2023and NO ONE is on the same accord. I am currently behind on payments due to me loosing a job however I have been in communication on payment plans due to me obtaining a new position. On 11/ 02/2023 I called about my payment history and asked probing questions about my loan and I was told I was able to make a payment plan and someone will call me to verify my information due to my phone number being incorrect. I gave them my new number On 11/15/2023 and 11/20/2023 Iwould have to wait until Candance my rep called me back On 11/24/2023 I spoke to Latisha and I informed her my phone was broken and they should leave me a direct number to call and she informed me someone will call me back On 11/28/2023 this morning around 10am I spoke with Candance and she informed me that my car was in repo status, however if I make a payment today I can remove the REPO status after her manager approved the amount for me to pay. REPOED my car as I was awaiting a call from a manager no less than 30 mins after me telling her I was at home and I wanted to make a payment. TWO HOURS LATER the manager called me she was RUDE and Belittling along with condescending towards me... I would like ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS PULLED DUE TO LACK IN ACCOUNTABILITY AND INFORMATION WITH THIS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! I gave them my new number in October however they have been calling the wrong number and I have been calling them for weeks getting the runaround. I was quoted 3 DIFFERENT AMOUNTS WITHIN 2 WEEKS. I WANT ALL OF MY CALLS PULLED!! THEY LAUGHED AT ME TALKED OVER ME CUT ME OFF AND WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! WHILE WRITING THIS NOTE I WAS PROMISED and Manager TWICE THEY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!!! read more

My name is Lucas Souza, I bought a very problematic car from METRO AUTO SALES INC, in Philadelphia, PA. I complained several times to the car salesman and he always promised that he would solve the car's problems, in the meantime I waited and after 8 months I gave up and decided to call FIRST HELP, thinking that the problems would be solved, but I was wrong, this company shows no respect for the customer (I DON'T MEAN THE EMPLOYEES, THEY EVEN ASSIST ME IN A POLITE WAY) they didn't call at the times they promised and the deadline for complaints ran out and my car was damaged. I also tried to activate the warranty but they always made up an excuse and never solved the car's problem. Because I had to spend a lot of money on the car, I ended up late on payments, but I always gave explanations to FHF. Now at the end of 2024 I became unemployed and once again I needed their help, but they no longer respond to me. I have warned them several times that they should contact me by EMAIL or through their own app. But they did not return the contact and now, in the early hours of 01/17/2025, around 2 am, I woke up with the car alarm going off and when I went to get the key to turn off the alarm, my wife came downstairs saying that they came and towed the car. I did not receive any prior notification by EMAIL, OR BY APP OR ON WHATSAPP, they simply came in the early hours of the morning without warning and took the car with all the new tools that I had bought the day before, new tools, my personal documents and other things. Now I am here complaining about their poor service and the lack of respect and consideration for customers. I am unemployed and have all my bills behind, with an eviction notice from the house where we rent. I have a 1-year-old baby and a 6-year-old girl who depend on me, and I don't think they acted correctly towards me. I will still try to get my car back, but if there is no agreement, I will obviously demand that they return all my belongings and personal documents that are in the car. read more

NEVER AGAIN I will use their app to make payments! I was double charged, they don't know where is the money, even though I proved with my bank statement they kept saying that I wasn't double charged. I had to pay overdraft fees and I'm seriously frustrated about losing 120+35 dollars! Merry Christmas from First Help! read more

Calling them is ridiculous! You wait at LEAST 30-45 minutes to get someone on the phone. I'm simply trying to make a payment for someone each month, and it becomes a half day event, because I work.... and can't wait for them to answer, then complete the transaction. As if I have an hour or so to wait around. read more

He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. To make matters worse, I was leaving for a nice tropical vacation in two days and didn't have time to deal with endless paperwork. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. What a great place: a nice selection of vehicles, trustworthy sales people, and an overall smooth process all around.

Took it right back and they said I need a new a/c compressor. Not only did they fail to notice the bad compressor, they did warranty work on it. They refused to take responsibility. They lost me as a customer for good.

Now, at 92,000 miles, the issue is back, and Audi USA refuses to offer any accommodations or stand behind a well-documented manufacturing defect. Beyond the corporate failure, the customer service at #HerbChambers Audi Brookline is completely unacceptable. Because I travel extensively for work, my wife has had to handle this ordeal alone while visibly weak from ongoing cancer treatments. Instead of showing an ounce of empathy or professional courtesy, the service manager and advisors have demonstrated zero communication skills. When you are in a sales or customer service position, common courtesy dictates that you make eye contact with the person in front of you. The staff here needs to learn how to get off their computers and actually look at the person they are talking to. They didn't really listen to anything my wife had to say, dismissed her questions about the issue with the car, choosing instead to brush her off with one-sentence canned phrases. When she finally asked for physical paperwork, they just dismissively asked, "Don't you have access to the app?" Treating a customer with such blatant disregard--especially someone clearly dealing with health challenges--is disgraceful. #AudiUSA needs to stand behind their known issues, and the management team at #HerbChambers Audi Brookline needs immediate customer service and communication training. They are super fair, reliable and have not forced any unnecessary services onto me. They even sent me to Herb Chambers (which I really dislike) when a catalytic converter was broken. They told me that Mercedes extended the warranty on many of them, but of course won't tell their customers until they bring in the car. So unless Peter (the boss I think) had told me, I would not have known and probably paid for a new catalytic converter my self into their pocket. WOW - A trustworthy car repair shop.

Beth at 866-423-5585 could provide neither expert guidance or any guidance at all. When I asked for information on international driver's licenses (when and where they are required, how to get one, how long they are valid), Beth assured me that she does not issue them, and had refused to answer my other questions. Liz at 617-332-9900 (the branch with the travel agent that did not call when scheduled) said that she had "no way of answering" my questions. Chuck Nardozza at 401-868-6248 said AAA is NOT a travel agent, it just "helps booking flights", and it matters whether I am ready to book now. Sure I am if it will move the ball along, but no, AAA will not call as scheduled because there are other callers who are people who need help. And I am not a caller? Or I am not a person? Or I do not need help? Several emails, one letter and half a dozen calls later, I give up. It is not worth either the annual fee or anyone's time trying to pry services out of AAA.

I am extremely disappointed with First Help Finance due to their handling of my car loan and repossession process. Despite making substantial payments, including $1,300 in March and $515 on May 21, my car was wrongfully towed. The assurances given to me that my vehicle was not on the repossession list proved false, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. I've endured excessive hold times, unfulfilled promises of callbacks from supervisors, and a complete lack of effective communication. On top of these issues, they have even claimed a 'system error' and asked for my bank statements again, which feels misleading and intrusive. This lack of communication and transparency is alarming, and their approach feels like a scam. There have been instances where items from my car went missing after repossession, adding to the impression of theft or mismanagement. This experience has pushed me to consider legal action due to the breach of our contractual agreement and the potential damage to my credit.
