I've come here about half a dozen times now and every visit except for my most recent was nice. Their prices are reasonable and the establishment is clean and in a nicer area of Fresno. The pedicures I've gotten from the girls here have been amazing in the past and I usually only get pedicures because I'm pretty rough on my finger nails with cleaning but on my last visit, I got a manicure and pedicure for myself and brought my little girl with me so she could get her toes done for our family pictures and it was a bad experience. My daughter's only 7 so she just needed a simple soak, trim, and polish. They accommodated my request but then they started chatting back in their own language but used the words ugly and laughed. I could tell my daughter was uncomfortable so I tried to make small talk between her and I to distract her. We're also Asian and bi-lingual so it's not that she's uncomfortable hearing another language but it felt like they were talking negatively about us. In the end, I'm glad they didn't give her a full pedicure because the store owner pushed my cuticles in really deep and cut my them really roughly, and nicked me on a couple fingers. It was not a relaxing manicure at all and I honestly dreaded it the entire time waiting for it to be over. Once I said no to a gel manicure, she seemed like she didn't care about how my nails turned out or if I was going to be a satisfied customer. Like I said early, my pedicures have been amazing and even on this last visit, the gal doing my pedicure while the store owner did my manicure did a great job and she even seemed sympathetic to the obvious uncomfortable atmosphere my daughter and I endured. *Edit* someone messaged me saying my negative review was petty because I didn't leave reviews from my previous visits. Really? Who has time to leave reviews for each and every visit? I leave reviews when I feel compelled to and usually that's after I had a really good experience or a really bad experience and occasionally I do leave reviews for mediocre places that I really wanted to try. Those previous enjoyable visits are the reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. Not sure if the person who messaged me works here or is a friend of the shop but now I know for sure I'm never coming here again. read more

The staff here are super friendly and really want to make sure that you are happy when you leave. Best foot massages with a pedicure that I've had. Not just a little tap this spot, bend your toes this direction, etc. The salon always looks clean and their prices are reasonable. My friend and I were looking for a nice clean place that we could get a cheaper pedicure. We decided to try this place out and loved it! The only downfall was that it took quite a bit of time before they actually got us in the chairs, and although they should have told us that it would be a little wait (about 40mins), we took the blame for not making an appointment. The place was super clean and you can tell all of the equipment is new. The massage chairs over by the door (the husband chairs) make waiting a breeze! When they finally got us sat down, the magic began. Some of the best foot and calf massaging ever. My nails were cut a little short for my liking, but they still look great. I enjoyed the treatment. We also appreciated it when they found out that my friend was in a little bit of a hurry to get back to work. As soon as they heard, they rushed over and got her done without cutting any corners. She asked, petti too? I said no. She took out her lil scissor tool, snipped away on two fingernails and then said, I cant do a fill, they are separating. I almost slapped the s__t outta her. Went here on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't busy but suddenly did get busy after we got there lol. They took us in immediately, walk ins are welcome. My finacee and I got pedicures and it turned out great. It was our first time. Jenny did my finacess feet and Becky did mine. I would highly recommend her. She's quiet and sweet, very gentle. So I have really mixed feelings. Last Sunday came in and got a deluxe pedicure from Helen and it was amazing so amazing I had to book a nail appt with her to get a full set. Just left my appointment and not please with the set, sides were left unpainted and not all the way filed. The design of the French tip does not match the picture that I showed. basically from the front view they look okay but as soon as you look at the side of each nail and the French tip line is different on each nail. read more

Huge sticker in front that says WALK-INS WELCOME. Walked in and asked for a mani/pedi. The girl asked the manicurist if she wanted to do a mani/pedi, she didn't even look up and said "No". The girl then said, "Sorry, we are understaffed and overbooked today." There was 1 client in the salon and no one else. I agree with what another Yelper said, this place is discriminatory. What a way to run a business. The rudest customer service I've ever experienced in a nail salon. Take the sticker off your window if WALK-INS WELCOME, is whenever you feel like it! I don't put on any of the acrylics or fillings so it was cheap! But even if you put on those acrylics or fillings their prices were quite reasonable from what I saw. Cons: the man who did my cousins nails was rude, talked down to her, cut her when filing down the acrylics, and didn't know how to do nail art even though she told him exactly what she wanted prior to getting started. She even showed her a picture of the simple chevrons she wanted on two nails only. My question is: why do someone's nails when you clearly don't know how to do nail art? I called made appointment they did not went by the book then later on rush and did my nails which look so horrible it was so lumpy and not smooth at all. I hate it so much. However, I've gone to get my nails done about 5 times now and every time I go, the service gets worse. They rush you out of their seat and do not pay attention to detail.
