At first arriving to the restaurant was a little confusing, I was not aware of it being inside a food court, so keep that in mind when you are visiting. One of my new go to weekday lunch spots! I have had this spot bookmarked for a while and finally got around to trying it. It's in a food hall with a lot of offices in the area so it does get a little lunch rush but the service is still so quick. I usually come around 12 and my food is ready in 5 minutes. I have only tried the Jah Jun noodles (which is the Taiwanese version of Korean jajangmyeon) and the beef noodle soup so far but they were both excellent options for a quick Taiwanese lunch. Parking is easy, they share a common outdoor lot with other stores of the food court, and it is relatively easy to find as it is the first store to the right after you walk in the automatic double glass doors. This is your typical food court with many seats and small tables lines up in fours. I ordered the JarJun noodles, which is a very traditional Taiwanese noodle dish and it did not disappoint. Conclusion: Value over quality authentic fTaiwanese food in food court. Beef noodle soup - I find it's odd to top the soup with spinach and most of them are still a bit raw. You can choose regular noodle or rice noodle (by rice noodle it's actually pho noodle). The type of noodle has no special texture. The broth reminds me the Mercuries beef noodle soup (三商巧福which is a chain in Taiwan that the broth tastes flat but could be fixed by adding lot of pickled veggies. Slightly salty for my like but not greasy at all. Beef quality is ok, lean but not tender enough. Overall, satisfying and filling, lot of noodles. Pork chop rice - pork chop flavor is decent but thin, the breading is accurate. The bento box is mostly filled with rice. The braised tofu was way too salty as it had been stewed for a long time. The braised soy sauce egg is decent. The grilled zucchini is a bit strange for any Taiwanese side dish. Minced pork is nothing memorable. Couldn't finish most of the rice and didn't care much for the pickled veggie. - Both items are under $8.95, I do not recall the price is listed on the menu for these Secret menu (Taiwanese dishes). -No minimal using credit card - Service was really friendly but on a slow side. - Parking is tight but manageable during lunch hours and gets completely empty after lunch hour.
