They do sell out. I ordered the peach waffles, they had peach in the batter and greasy stewed peaches on top. They were so sweet you did not need syrup, this was not a light waffle but still delicious. I was told she changes her waffle flavors once a month. They insisted I find the order number so they could confirm I was telling the truth and that "they didn't undercharge me for the drink". Real nice. If you're in this part of town, I'd skip this place and go a couple doors down to the Coffee Republic instead.
