I walked in and shared with the barista that something was wrong with the coffee. I couldn't drink it. She just looked at me funny and said, "what do you mean?" She offered another cup and I told her- I wanted a refund this coffee was unsinkable. She didn't see to believe me and I said I wanted her and the team to know because it wasn't like I didn't like the taste. This was more of a health hazard to me and I was concerned it could make someone sick. She gave me the refund which was good. At no point did she say they were sorry. She's didn't apologize or validate my concern that the coffee was terrible. She and her team (three of them) all looked at me and said "well we make each batch th same." I gave up and just said. The Banana Dream Match caught my eye so I ordered it immediately along with an Avocado toast + egg ( extra cost). They give you a buzzer for the food and you have to find a corner to wait in that's out of the way and pick your food up by the kitchen. The vibe was very open and I liked the different seating options as well as the abundance of outlets. I ended up eating outside to get away from the busyness and the I was in the middle of talking when the taste of the Banana hit me. The best. Banana matcha I've ever had. Which I didn't expect because I've tried so many but what I loved most is that the banana flavor was sweet but tasted like real banana and the matcha flavor was still present. I did get here just before noon so I'm sure the coffee might've been hotter earlier in the morning. Plenty of seating around this time of day and they provide Wi-Fi in the café. I would like to takeoff half a star only because I do think the coffee could've been warmer and also the temperature of the room was rather warm. Another customer even mentioned it when he walked in. On one hand, I'm grateful that I wasn't getting frozen like some coffee shops, but on the other hand halfway through my coffee, I felt myself sweating a little bit.
