The restaurant looks out over the runway, taxiways, and terminal entrance, so you get a pretty cool aviation backdrop while you eat. And the sign as you walk into the terminal from the tarmac reads "Gateway to the Ozarks!" Pretty darn cool. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. Bentonville--home of the OG Walmart--and Fayetteville, home of the University of Arkansas. Overall, a really good experience!

We'd definitely come back to try more of the menu when it's less busy.

We visited First Watch for the first time because the menu looked very original and different from the ordinary. Having no been before, we asked our server, Okaidi, made some recommendations. I selected the Special Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich and my spouse the Traditional Breakfast. We also ordered the Million Dollar Cinnamon Roll as an appetizer. The Roll came out first and was a soft and light pastry covered in a caramel and pecan syrup with sweet cream. It was an amazing texture and flavor experience, besting any restaurant cinnamon roll I have had. The pecans were very flavorful and blended with the sweetness of the rest of the syrup to provide a flavor that was not overpowered. The Sandwich was, to my taste buds, the famous breakfast sandwich of a famous fast food chain, just exploded to the next, exquisite level of flavor. Sausage patty, bacon, egg, and Gruyere cheese blended perfectly. The English muffin was light and fluffy. It was also paired with a honey drizzle that brought the sweetness of that lesser sandwich. It blended in such a fabulous way that it was a savoring experience. Nothing fell flat in this dish. The coffee paired exactly as needed for the mix of savory and sweet. An epic breakfast! Unassuming location off of SE Walton Blvd, but a very clean, classy and comfortable interior with tables, booths and a "bar" type setting for seating options. There's definitely an upscale diner/cafe feel, but without the stuffiness that can come with the "upscale" qualifier. The staff has been very friendly and attentive every time we've been there. James was our server this time and, while we chose to sit in a back corner booth, he was very nice and never let the coffee run dry. The food is on another level here. They exemplify "gourmet", while still providing servings that will get you more than your fill. There are plenty of options to have you feel like you're eating fresh and healthy. The menu itself is insanely diverse, with normal breakfast staples (even if with their own twist) as well as dishes I don't know that I would have even considered would be created. They are super flexible when substituting (ciabatta toast for a biscuit, for example) so you can modify to meet your dietary needs. Having previously worked at First Watch before moving to Bentonville I was so excited to find there was one close to my new home. I had very high expectations, and was sadly disappointed. Placing my order on the app was super easy. We chose to pick it up curbside and arrived to find both curbside spots open. We sat in our car for 15 minutes before I decided to go inside. I was surprised to only see 5 or 6 tables in the restaurant, when I had figured they were busy. I immediately saw an order I assumed was mine sitting on the counter. The hostess interrupted me mid sentence and said she'd be right with me while I watched her adjust credit card tip after credit card tip. Once she was done I let her know I had been waiting outside for my curbside order. She walked over and grabbed the food I had assumed was mine and brought it to me. My kale tonic was already watered down and my food was cold. The lemon ricotta pancakes were burnt on the bottom and my million dollar bacon was also burnt. The tostadas were delicious even cold. Outstanding Breakfast Experience at First Watch! We had an amazing breakfast at First Watch! From the moment we walked in, the bright farmhouse atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the friendly service made us feel right at home. Our server, Katlin "Red," was fantastic--attentive and personable, ensuring that our drinks never got below half full. What really stood out was the thoughtful touch with my wife's coffee. She loves flavored creamers and would have been fine with the usual hazelnut or vanilla, but "Red" went above and beyond, bringing out a Pumpkin Spice creamer that had just arrived that morning. It made her day! The food was just as impressive. I had the Works omelette, which was flavorful and cooked to perfection, while my wife thoroughly enjoyed her Pumpkin Pancake breakfast. This is a great go-to spot for my monthly girls' breakfast. Today, we got be the 4th table for Will to serve by himself. He was so great! I would've never guessed he was new, so either he has prior experience or maybe, he's really just that great. It could be both! The food was on point, no question. Will made a great suggestion to my friend for her breakfast (Florentine eggs Benedict, sub potatoes), and it looked amazing. I'm probably going to try that next time. I got my usual - the eggs and biscuits with turkey sausage gravy. No pictures today. We were really hungry! Definitely recommend you go to the Bentonville location and ask to sit in Will's section. He will serve you with a great attitude, dote on you enough to make you feel like you're his only table but not so much you'll be annoyed. We went here for the first time this past weekend. The hostess greeted us and we got a table within 10 minutes. Our server, Nate, was very attentive and very friendly. The menu had great options, but I sort of created my own sandwich. I got the BLTE: I chose gluten free bread (will get toasted next time), no cheese, and egg whites. The sandwich came with greens or soup, but substituted fruit instead, no extra charge!! The fruit was awesome. Usually you get a tiny bowl of apples and grapes and sometimes a few strawberries, but the bowl was huge. It had tons of ripe strawberries, pineapple, grapes, and honeydew (I believe). My sister in law ordered a pancake and it was HUGE-you could definitely share. Great place- waffle looked great and tri-athlete (I think it was called) omelette looked tasty too! Will is the man!!!! Wonderful service. Had a splenderous meal with my bois brock, grayson, and robbyrobrobsta. Robby indeed did enjoy the meal thoroughly. As he dug into the biscuits and gravy it splattered across his clothes like art. He looked as if humanity was restored when will walked towards us with the beautiful food. Once we were enjoying the food will did not stop with his hospitality he continued to go above and beyond with exceptional service no cap. Once we were nearing the end he simultaneously grabbed every piece of trash and debris from our table and transported it into the sink. Without a single drop of anything. My boyfriend and I love coming here. I had the trifecta with the pomegranate sunrise and he had the crab cake Benedict special with some tea. The results? I inhaled my plate at a record pace. The pancake was incredibly fluffy with the perfect pancake to chocolate chip ratio. The bacon was cooked to perfection-- not too crispy and not undercooked. Now let me tell y'all about the pomegranate sunrise... OH MY GOSH! Amazing! Wish I knew the recipe. It's a well developed tarty recipe of pomegranate juice, tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar. Our usual haunts were somehow all closed, and my daughter perked up at the idea of carrot cake pecan pancakes, so we came. The modern look was tasteful the establishment gets an A in cleanliness. The hostess was very polite. Amanda was our server. The order was correct and she came often enough that all our needs were met and we didn't feel neglected, but no so much that you get that hovering feeling--the perfect amount. The food was...amazing. I got the traditional breakfast and a single carrot cake pecan pancake (which filled the plate!) and my daughter and I shared, with leftovers. First Watch is a GREAT restaurant with two locations in our area of Bentonville & Rogers, Arkansas. They are both equally well managed with staff that understand what customer service means. Their chefs fix food that is not only well prepared with delicious ingredients but also eye appealing as well. The food is on the edge of being pricey but we don't mind paying more for quality service with exceptional food. That's what you will get at First Watch in Rogers or Bentonville. This is a solid, excellent breakfast place. The food is easily an 8 or 9 out of 10 and the service is always fast and attentive. Our server was Kitty and she took great care of us and knew all the extra specials around the menu. The kale tonic was delicious and refreshing. Between two of us, at least one person always gets some version of the Eggs Benedict. Today we got the smoked salmon version. It was chef's kiss perfecto. The manager asked if I had been helped with a smile on his face after I had only been waiting on my order for less than a minute and had been helped! The food is the best part. This was my family's first time stopping in, and we will absolutely be back! This area of the world is notorious for lengthy wait times for breakfast/brunch, especially on Saturday mornings. We walked in and were seated right away. Coffee and water were provided in carafes for the table, which was convenient. The food was delicious, and we all cleaned our plates. We are forever impressed by this place! The food is always wonderful! I had their seasonal Truffle Mushroom Hash (a must if you like mushrooms) and my fiance had the Tri-Athlete. Our server, Okaidi, was friendly and checked in just the right amount. I drop by this First Watch whenever I get my car serviced nearby or when I get done seeing my doctor. This time, I had their Watermelon Wake-Up instead of coffee. I love the fruity boost of refreshment. Then I ordered the Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict. It's got to be the most delicious item on their menu. Runny poached eggs, Vera Cruz hollandaise over barbacoa quesadillas spiced with a tangy ranchero sauce. The only thing missing was an extra tortilla to moo up the leftover sauces. She acts like my presence there is an inconvenience to her. Today I went there with my daughter and granddaughter. She made eye contact with me a few times. Once even said "I'll get to you in a minute." Not sure if she was talking to me or not. Couldn't tell where she was looking. We watched four other tables get menus and water while we sat there ignored. It started to seem intentional. So we got up and left.
