We have lived here a year and just discovered this diamond! Wow the breakfasts are great and the presentation of the food is amazing. I loved my omelet and my husbands French toast not only looked fabulous he said it tasted great. If you go make sure you get the bacon started, it is their signature food and honestly I have never tried bacon that tasted so good! Service was great. They are busy, but we felt attended to. The breakfast tacos were fantastic and the waffle was great too. The French toast was soggy in the middle and I could have done without the pancake (not a lot of flavor). The millionaire bacon was ok, but not as good as we had hoped. WOULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Usually love First Watch but this location was extremely unorganized and the service was absolutely atrocious. It took well over an hour to get our food and we were not checked on a single time after our order was taken. After an hour and a half wait for our food, THERE WAS A PIECE OF BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE ON THE BACON i wish i had gotten a photo to show before we returned it. My last day in Bentonville visiting two of my children, following breakfast, I went to pay my bill, reminded cashier 3 times, we had written a review and had been told by waiter that would supply a$2 credit. I also asked to purchase a cookbook. She stood there, smacking her gum, mumbled ok, had to have help finding a cookbook, didn't know how to ring up the tab, just kept looking at us with a blank stare - no discount for review, wouldn't correct bill, took 10 minutes to check out - she could not have been less helpful or respectful had she tried! And to add insult to injury, the bathroom was disgusting! Leaking toilet, towels at base of toilet, smelled like sewage. Maybe pick up in the future, but the check out experience was horrifying! read more

Went there this morning for breakfast with my wife. Wife's food arrived first. Several minutes later (she had eaten half her breakfast) mine arrived. Ordered eggs over medium (I don't like runny whites). Eggs were runny. Toast wasn't even warm enough to melt the butter. Couldn't even tell if it was actually toasted. Told the waitress I couldn't eat those eggs. She said she would have new ones made (and new toast). Told her I would like a new plate brought out because my potatoes would be cold (barely worm when they originally came out). She left my old plate one the table. Brought out toast a few minutes later. Brought eggs out a few minutes after that. New egg yolks were completely hard, practically hard boiled. Waitress couldn't understand why I was still upset. Is it too much to ask for to get hot food at the same time others at the same time get their food? read more

Food was really good, the service not so much. Got the work's omelette with potatoes- not were very good. Asked for pancakes instead of toast, told there would be an up charge, which was fine, but ended up with both on the plate. Found out I didn't get an up charge but was instead charged full price for the pancakes. Million dollar bacon was ok - cooked nice and crispy, but the sweet and spicy flavor was just too much. I think I'd prefer just regular bacon. As for the service, the pancakes were the least of the issue. We were seated and a drink order taken, just coffee and a soft drink, but took forever to get it. Not too busy, but 3 other tables were seated before we saw a drink. It was a different waitress who brought the drink than asked for the food order, another waitress brought the food and another brought the check. No one of ever came to check on us and see if we needed more drinks, and we didn't know who our waitress was to ask for anything. While the food was good, we won't be going back. read more

We eat here frequently on Sunday and usually have a pretty good experience. Today was not so good. We called ahead to get on the wait list and arrived 20 min later according to approximate wait time. We didn't get seated for one and a half hours after we got on the wait list. The hostess wasn't watching tables and kept seating small groups ahead of us. I finally pointed out a round table that was empty. She said it was for 6 only. I said it had 8 chairs. She sat us there reluctantly and we even added a high chair and had plenty of room for all 9 of us. We also ordered 2 orders of million dollar bacon for the table (7 adults and 2 kids). We never got our bacon. Today was a disappointment and some in our group had never eaten here and said they probably wouldn't be back on a Sunday for sure. read more

Went last Sunday for lunch. Not a great experience. Put our name on the list through Yelp and was told 30 minutes so we waited and then once I got there and let them know I was there we were not seated for another 30 minutes. Took them almost 15 minutes to just come take our drink order and then once that was taken another 10 to get our drinks to us. When our drinks finally came 3 of the water glasses had visible lipstick on the rim. We sent them back and they brought the same glasses back "washed" with water dripping and the color of the lipstick was gone but you could still see the oily residue of the lips left. Then once we finally got our food which took forever, half of our groups food was cold. There were 8 people in our group... 4 of us got food poisoning. When a member of our party called back about the food poisoning, the hostess said several of their staff was out with a stomach bug and even admitted that 1 of them was out due to food poisoning from THEIR food. Don't even get me started on the nightmare that was the bathroom. Will never ever go back. read more

I normally don't do reviews, but this situation was so disappointing I couldn't not. From start to finish just awful service. I came in and sat alone on my lunch break and it took someone 10 minutes to even get my drink order. I would normally understand if they were swamped. But this was not the case whatsoever. Then I ordered a salad and it took so long that I asked them to make it to go. When i get to my car and open the food the attached picture is legitimately how the salad looked. The dressing didn't come on the side, instead it was completely drenched. There was no Parmesan like mentioned and as you can see it's just pitiful looking. Our waitress was the meekest person that did not acknowledge that we were there for 20 minutes and never came back to our table after ordering. Our waitress never returned to the table to see if we needed refills or check to see if the food was adequate. We had to ask another waitress to help us. But that doesn't let the kitchen off for burnt/ cold potatoes, barely warm gravy and our main course, crab cakes Benedict was barely warm at best. Then we had to ask for about everything.
