I was so hungry, I didn't get a picture of the food! I ordered the smoked salmon eggs Benedict with a side of potatoes and it was very good! The potatoes were probably my favorite.... Very flavorful and crispy! The salmon was nice as well: there was a slight lemon taste and mixed so well with the onion and hollandaise. The service was good, just a little slow. We and had a great experience at First Watch. It was a Saturday morning and knowing they would be busy used their online wait-list which worked wonderfully and allowed us to be seated quickly. We had a "rockstar" server named Derricka who was a pleasure to chat with and never let us get low on coffee. They have a huge variety of options, but I can only comment about the perfectly prepared medium eggs, bacon, and fantastic blueberry pancake served with warm syrup. They were great. We went to first watch after it was recommended to us by a server at a different restaurant. We greatly appreciated the recommendation! The atmosphere was a quaint, family farmhouse vibe. Traditional breakfast, over-easy eggs over cooked, potatoes under cooked, too much grease, bacon limp and undercooked, coffee burnt and bitter, been hanging around or they didn't clean the coffee maker. Just as others have pointed out. First watch CANNOT properly cook eggs. It's disgusting having running white eggs. My waitress said they always baste the eggs when they cook which the oil doesn't properly cook the eggs. You need to start frying the eggs properly. I cannot tell you how many meals we've had to send back over this. We LOVE the restaurant so much and we hate that 85% of the time the eggs are never cooked, at ANY location of first watch. You guys just train your cooks to do this cus it's every location and is nasty as hell having running eggs. We've even tried to order the egg's scrambled in the farm hash tho I prefer to not scramble, thinking this would fix the issue but even when scrambled it's always under cooked Please please start frying your eggs properly. This has become one of our favorite weekend breakfast choices, especially when we have family in town. Once again this morning the food and service were excellent. My wife had her usual favorite the Farmhouse Hash. I tried the Pork Carnitas Omelet from their seasonal spring menu. It was the last day for that menu so I am glad I got in just in time. I had already tried the Shrimp and Grits from that menu on a previous visit and they were exquisite, so I had high hopes for the omelet. I was not disappointed. It was so good and the side of black beans served with it were a perfect complement. Can't wait to see the summer seasonal menu and see what new flavors we can explore. First time here. Loved it. We will def be back. We got here about 10am on a Sunday and just beat a rush as people started to pile up soon after we were set. They were already full so a wait is understandable but we got lucky and were sat just in time. The menu is pretty good sized with lots of traditional favorites as well as their creations. We were served hot coffee and water right away and we asked about suggestions. One of those was the Inspired Italian Omelette. It was delicious with roasted tomatoes, mozzarella cheeses and Italian Sausage. The service was great even with the full dining room. Everyone was friendly and the place was neat and clean. Our first experience at First Watch was an excellent one. Decent breakfast spots are hard to find in NWA so we anticipated a busy atmosphere. It's a casual dining spot and the ambience is noisy and lively. It seems a fairly popular destination for locals so you will see everything from couples to families. The wait was not very long considering how busy they were and table service was prompt and pleasant. They have quite the selection of healthy fare so know that this is not a down home, southern breakfast meal. (No chicken fried steak, here folks.) You will find vegan and gluten items and most of the entrees feature caramelized this, fancy mushroom that and a crap ton of avocados. It's a snobbier breakfast spot and one glance at the impressive juice bar selections will tell you that. Having said that, everything we had was excellent. Hot, fresh and deliciously healthier than most fat filled a.m. meals. We will definitely make more trips to this location. read more

The beginning of the experience was rocky. The glasses for the water were dirty and I could clearly see particles in the water. A lady who wasn't put server brought out a new set. The water looked better but there is a film of detergent in the glass. I skipped on water. I originally ordered the salmon Benedict but after the dirty glasses and the eggs looked rough on it and looked sloppy and small portion compared to the huge bun it came on, so I returned it. Our server Okaidi was very kind about my concerns and took it back and brought me a menu. I then ordered the banana almond crunch pancakes and it was delicious! I definitely want to brag on Okaidi because I had mentioned I love coming here for the crispy potatoes and I didn't get to eat them since I sent my plate back and she brought me out another order! I was really grateful that she was so thoughtful! And she was very kind through the whole experience, I can't express how much that means because it would have been easy for her to get aggravated at all my requests and she handled it with so much grace. Thank you so much Okaidi! I will still be back because I love the service and the food.
