Never again will I eat at First Watch in Boynton Beach over a holiday weekend. Service was very slow, too slow, and our waiter disappeared! Food was good and a good price but the lack of service and getting a check spoiled our brunch. We were assigned to a "booth" only to have an old man and his two husky grandkids take over the table as we were being seated and refuse to move. I noticed there were three doors to the front but only one was being used for entering and exiting. First Watch had tables in front of the two doors. If we had to evacuate due to any kind of emergency, people would be trampled. Not enough room to get out the only door in operation. The place was packed and in a panic to exit, people would be trampled. After today, I don't want to dine here and recommend if you do, sit close to the front door. read more

Told us a 30 minute wait and ended up waiting an hour. When we finally get to our table it was dirty and had to stand there and wait for them to clean it. The waitress with the red hair cleans it then just walks away without saying a word. She was not friendly at all. My eggs are always over cooked every time i come here. This is our go to Sunday breakfast location. The food is always fresh and served hot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our fave server is Emily. She's always cheerful, kind, and patient with food substitutions. Lol. Definitely a nice,clean, enjoyable place for breakfast. The new fall menu is delicious as well. We love it. read more

I can't imagine how anyone can give this place a rating over 2 stars except maybe because the service is very good and employees follow proper Covid guidelines. This is the first bad review I have ever written cuz I'm usually easy to please. But to say the food was mediocre is being kind. I had a ham and cheese omelette, not too bad but how can anyone ruin that? Ham was tasty and the cheese melts. Ok, it was quite acceptable. The potatoes were another story. Tasteless and overdone. You get lots of terrible potatoes. The bread was not thrilling. Then I asked for a side order of avocado and for $1.99 I got this tiny bowl with 3 slivers of avocado, about 1/2 inch by 2 inches each. One had a nice brown spot... threw that one out. The coffee tasted like it must have sat on a burner fir way too long... had that burned taste. I love really strong coffee but has to be fresh. This wasn't that.the glass of water was good, lol! We sat in the back patio. Terrible smell of garbage and flies to no end. Never again!!! read more

Been to this location and had a great experience but on my last visit everything changed I order a breakfast to go when I opened it it had no fresh fruits like it was supposed so I when back in the store and they made a new one I was happy until I got in the car and noticed the fresh blueberries where rotten and the chia pudding was sour and bitter I just ended up throwing everything out what a disappointment. read more

I went to first watch today and waited a quick 10 mins to be seated and my server name was Synthia. From the moment we sat down she ensured we had the best customer service experience. It was like she knew what I wanted before I even said anything . Not sure if the staff at this location was ever trained. We wanted to sit outside and were told it was ok, then the waitress came and asked if we had spoken to the hostess about sitting outside and we told her it was ok. It took forever to get a menu or services. BTW the menus on the white paper have no prices on them. My food order was incorrect, and was corrected and the other guests food was cold. Waitress never came back except at the end and when we told her there were issues with the food, she apologized and left. Not sure what is going on but they need to work out the kinks. read more

I stopped in today, and the service started out great. We were seated right away, and our server was attentive. I ordered coffee and was advised that they ran out of regular half and half and was given milk in a glass that looked dirty. My server advised it was hard water stains. They need just to throw the whole cup away. My party and I ordered three works omelets and requested spinach be added. Our omelets were delivered to the table in no time, minus the spinach. The presentation of the food was disappointing. There was barely any meat in the omelet; the potatoes looked like they needed help, and the toast was cold. No flavor as all. Not what I am used to when I visit First Watch. I did inform the server about the missing spinach, and she advised that I would still be charged; however, I was presented with a 20.00 gift card that I could use towards the meal. I am always raving about First Watch and how good the food is, and the service is always on point; however, I was not impressed with today's visit. read more

First and last time. Did the app to reserve table for 2, said 15 to 20 minutes. Arrived and hostess said a few minutes, we waited another 30 minutes. There was an open bag of garbage in front that the staff walked by many times and left it, disgusting. Finally seated and waited 10 minutes with no help we had to flag down a waitress. Coffee Arrived with no milk or sugar, had to request it. Was never offered water. Finally ordered with breakfast taking 35 minutes to arrive. Now for the food. Pancake was cold Both asked for eggs over easy, recieved eggs that where as good as hard boiled. Potatoes were ok. Bacon was also cold. Never asked if we needed more coffee. Saw the tables around us had the same problems. No management or training of staff was noticed. For a chain of restaurants this was surprising. If they don't improve i give this location in Boynton Beach 6 months before closing. So many other places nearby that know how to make and serve a simple breakfast. read more

Staff was very attentive. Guacamole was great. The place is only open 4 weeks. Food came out cold but was still good. Have been to several other locations and always great. You must give them a chance to get their feet wet. They are preparing the basics much to early to get food out from the kitchen. I would wait just a little longer to go back.
