We have been to FW on a number of occasions and enjoy the food very much. Today was EXTREMELY disappointing though. We used the app to Get in Line and it said the wait was 15-20 minutes, we arrived at the restaurant about 5 minutes later and checked in and were told we were #6 on the list and it would be about 10-15 minutes and to please wait in our car and they would text us. We went back in after waiting about 25 minutes and a new hostess was at the counter. She told us that us that we were #9 on the list and it would be 45 mins to an hour and that couldn't seat us because even though a number of the names she now has on the list hadn't even checked in they might at any minute. We have had the runaround at the Coppell location before just not to the extent of 15-20 min wait and #6 in line to #9 on this list after already waiting 25 minutes and another 45-1hr wait. We are regulars at this chain and have loved it up until today. We had heard about horrible treatment by management towards the employees many times, but never had we witnessed the extent. We might not work there, but we definitely got a good feel for the atmosphere. Sad looking lady, very new at being a manager it seems, interrupted our morning to harass my little sister about her service animal and disorder (illegal). She took off by stating that nobody has ever told us there was an issue with the ESA, because they've been scared to address us; contradicting, as the staff loves on Paris every single time. She kept twitching and insisting that my sister put the ESA on the floor, not quite comprehending that, by the Dr.'s orders, the ESA must be close to her heart to alert her. Not only did she pry for personal medical information, which is against HIPAA, but the lady relentlessly inferred that my sister was LYING about her diagnosis! The lady was literally sweating at this point. The result of this hot mess, was a cardiovascular episode; we were forced to leave the restaurant. A disgusting display of customer service and management from Casandra at the Coppell location. We will have to find another place for Sunday brunches after church. read more

I love this place! We just have an awesome brunch with family. The menu offers a variety of wholesome traditional and modern plates packed with flavors . Today, on top of my decaf and oat milk (substitute for almond not available) I had to ask for hot water and an extra mug to hold the container with oat milk inside of the hot water to warm it up. Pouring cold milk to hot coffee ruins the flavor of the coffee. Baristas bring the milk to the temperature of the coffee not only enhancing the flavor of the milk, but keeping the temperature. Stumbled upon them for friend & family soft open ingredients by accident! The staff was super friendly and let me & another come in and grab breakfast on a Saturday. Food was delicious. Our server got everything correct AND it came out quickly. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the almond butter toast was super dry & we never got our waters but it was a soft opening again so I don't hold it against em!! I had a sandwich the other day and it was also quality ingredients. I was not a fan of the soup. It was to thick but that could be a me issue. My husband ordered the special which came with corn tortillas. He wasn't going to eat them, so put them to the side. When Amy saw that, she asked him if she could replace it with something. First off, I'm sorry to have to leave a bad review. I typically live leaving positive reviews. My father and I and my 9mo baby came for breakfast around 9:40am. The place was super cute inside and I was excited to try it! We were greeted and sat. All was good. Waitress brought us coffee and took our order shortly after. 30 minutes passed and still no food. We watched another table (who was seated a good 15 min after we sat) get their food. The waitress never once came and said sorry for the wait, etc. I finally asked and she said it will be another 15 min. So, 45 minutes later, our food was finally delivered. Cold. The potatoes on my dad's plate were hard, not cooked enough. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen... not enough cooks? Not well trained cooks? I didn't even had to use salt or pepper or any sauce in my elote Mexican street corn plate. Banana French toast was outstanding. Was very flavorful & tasty with caramel sauce, custard, cinnamon sugar & topped with fresh cut banana slices & pecans. They used fresh & quality ingredients and served hot. The drinks were super refreshing. Place was packed with people. Especially anyone planning to go on a weekend for brunch, make sure you check in online through their page and reserve a table ahead. Ordered my food through door dash. The food took forever. I had to call the restaurant and ask where my order was. Was on hold for about 15 min. They said it's still being worked on. My dasher was already there waiting. Then I called back and she said it's ready. But apparently my door dasher left, so my order was sitting there. I never got it. My dasher never told me she left. No other dasher went to get it. So not sure why it took so long since they weren't busy. I was staying at the hotel right beside it so I could see out the window.
