The food was absolutely delicious, service was friendly, recommendation was on point and ambiance was very relaxed and low in volume.

Morning Meditation and Million Dollar Bacon

Went on a Saturday around noon and was able to get a table for two right away. While our food was excellent today, I first want to mention how great our server, Kelsey was. She was friendly and very knowledgeable, not only for my table, but others that I overheard next to us. Someone ordered a certain breakfast sandwich, and she said to them "that comes with an over easy egg on it, is that ok for you?" Most servers would just take the order, but she clearly has menu knowledge and knows to anticipate someone having an issue with/being surprised that it's an over easy egg. She also took our order quickly and efficiently, with modifications, and everything came out perfectly. My husband wanted to get a juice of some kind and asked her if she had any recommendations. She did a great job explaining their newest drink (Tangerine Dream) and selling him on it. But not in a sale-sy way, but an honest one. Our food came out hot and the order was perfect. I got my usual, market hash and subbed out the toast for fruit. My husband got the farmhouse hash and we shared an order of the Million Dollar Bacon. If you haven't tried it yet, it's definitely a must. Sweet and savory at the same time. Maple, peppered deliciousness! We stopped the urge to also share a pancake, but they are always great and huge. Banana granola crunch is our go-to. I also had a Morning Meditation juice which is my favorite from there. Only negative I'd say was one of the coffee cups was dirty inside, but we didn't get coffee so just moved it to the side. I was a server for many years and know there a lot many challenges with this job. Dealing with people isn't always easy. I wanted to give Kelsey this shout out because I think it's important to let people know when they're doing a great job, especially in an industry where complaints tend to be louder than compliments. It's really refreshing to have an experience like I did today. Thanks Kelsey and First Watch!

    Chicken Pesto Quinoa Bowl

Went to First Watch for Friday morning breakfast. Very busy for a weekday. The front desk person took a few minutes to acknowledge us. He seemed focused on the cash register doing something. He finally said hi and asked how many. We were only two and were seated right away. Waitress brought coffee and water. We ordered the chicken pesto quinoa bowl. Fresh ingredients kale, crunchy carrots, feta cheese, pesto with lemon sauce. Was really good and portion was generous took some home. Also ordered the avocado toast and two eggs. I could taste the olive oil and lemon on the avocados. Wanted to try their French toast and that one was so good very soft inside. The blazing dragon drink made with dragon fruit, strawberry, lemon and cane sugar was refreshing. The million dollar bacon had too much syrup for my taste but my daughter loved it. The waitress was really nice but they took a while to get the dragon fruit drink. Probably not her fault. You pay at the front on your way out. They offer brunch until 2:30 pm. Casual atmosphere and they stay very busy.

TRAILBLAZER bowl- Turkey, Sweet Potato, and peeled Avocado with scrambled is healthful. "Morning Meditation" drink contains turmeric.

All the times I've come here the meal I recall most enjoying what is called the Trifecta: eggs, bacon or sausage, and a whole wheat pancake. Ordered it recently with sausage and added a second pancake. Was offered an individual bottle of Organic Maple Syrup for about $1.79 more so I also ordered. When choosing how to cook the eggs here I went with "basted" because, in my experience here, First Watch does a good job in preparing basted eggs. I was impressed with how the regular maple, which I take it is non-organic, comes out piping hot in a glass bottle. Thus, I tried both syrups. The server was terrific and checked back in at the table and made sure everything was as ordered. The food was nice and hot with a scoop of soft butter on the stack of pancakes. The eggs and sausage was also on point. Food and service were so good. Five star visit.

There are breakfasts, there are brunches... and then there is First Watch--the perfect little escape hatch before midday. When life feels like chaos and the emails start multiplying like rabbits, this is where I sneak away to reset. Today I treated myself, and the experience was flawless. Service was sharp and attentive thanks to Juleant, who glided through the dining room with the kind of confidence that tells you your coffee will never run dry. And speaking of treats: the Eggs Benedict with salmon was absolute perfection. Perfectly poached eggs, hollandaise that could make a Parisian jealous, and salmon so delicate it should've been delivered on a velvet pillow. The atmosphere? Bright, clean, and quietly buzzing. It's like stepping into a parallel universe where mornings are civilized, the lighting is flattering, and somehow everyone looks like they're winning at life. A quick bit of history for the food nerds: First Watch was born in 1983 in Pacific Grove, California, when a couple of guys decided breakfast deserved the spotlight. They skipped late-night service, focused on mornings, and created a concept so good it grew into 400+ locations across the country. Here in Coral Springs, I get to enjoy a little slice of that legacy--without having to fly to California. I love that this particular spot is close to home. It's the kind of place you can wander into half-awake, get treated like royalty, and leave convinced that maybe--just maybe--today is going to be a good day. First Watch is more than breakfast. It's therapy with hollandaise.

Pros: excellent service, food is made very fast and of great quality. I absolutely love their kale drink. Honestly my favorite breakfast spot. Also plenty of seating, we got there at 10am and didn't have to wait (it did get busy after). Free parking. Cons: they could use some ceiling fans in the outdoor area, to get rid of the flies and help with the heat. Will continue to eat at one of their many locations or order delivery! A total winner!

First Watch for breakfast is truly a standout experience. The warm and inviting environment, combined with friendly and attentive staff, makes this location a go-to spot for both breakfast and brunch. My significant other and I love dining here. On our latest visit, I ordered the Trifecta--and let me tell you, those blueberry pancakes are simply to die for! Fluffy, flavorful, and topped with the perfect dollop of butter. The turkey sausages were well-cooked and juicy, and the cheesy scrambled eggs were spot-on. It's the kind of plate that makes you wish breakfast lasted all day. My partner chose the Frittata Rustica, which came packed with fresh vegetables and Italian flavors. The only downside was that some of the vegetable cuts were a bit too large and overpowered the eggs, but it was still a hearty and satisfying dish. The coffee here is always a 10/10--smooth, bold, and refillable (yes, please!). The menu offers so many wholesome, farm-fresh options, it's hard not to find something that hits the spot. There's plenty of parking available, the café is clean and accessible for people with disabilities, and we even noticed it's pet-friendly--an extra plus for anyone bringing along a furry companion. Whether you're going with your significant other, friends, or family, this First Watch location delivers consistency, quality, and comfort. Hope this review helps you plan your next delicious morning outing!

Juliana was my server and she was super sweet and attentive. I ordered a caramel iced coffee with a Trifecta breakfast. I had the million dollar bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese and a Belgian waffle. Everything was delicious. The parking is free and close by.

This is a good breakfast and lunch spot, the only thing they are only open from 7:00-2:30 pm. Julianne was our server and she was very attentive. They have the regular menu and they have a limited menu as well. My twin sister and I is our birthday today so we decided to utilize the buy one and get one free deal they have on your birthday. You have to sign up for the rewards program. The coffee is not my favorite here. I think they should have more of a selection of coffee such as cappuccinos and ice coffees. I ordered the croissant sandwich. Overall the price is decent and the ambiance is chill with good music that is not too loud.

My chocolate chip pancakes with a side of eggs
    Shannelle W.

Very crowded and busy a bit confusing it needs to be organized. This location needs some structure. They have way too many lines that are confusing the waitresses and even the customers the same line that you cash out to pay is the same line you get to get a table. Once you receive your tab you go back up to the counter that you checked in in to Pay, which the line could be crowded and a bunch of people standing around in the way. Don't get me wrong the food was pretty OK but not worth the wait. We ordered something very basic which is pancakes and eggs, which were a little bit overpriced for me but we waited 45 minutes to be served being with a toddler that can be challenging with such a long wait time to eat.

I loved the breakfast and lunch menu because of the variety of options. I was quickly seated with my daughter mid-morning on a Friday. The restaurant was pretty busy and the service was excellent. Water, coffee, and OJ were delivered quickly after ordering our meal. The kitchen was very quick too. The Breakfast Tri-Fecta is perfect for a combination including a chocolate chip pancake, scrambled eggs, and a bunch of bacon. The Frittata Rustica was really good and filled filled delicious healthy ingredients. The little piece of Sourdough bread and a side of green salad was just enough to fill me for the day. The interior of the restaurant was farmhouse cute and the tables are just far enough apart to have a conversation without it being too loud. Once again, our service was excellent and I will definitely come back again.

First off, parking was difficult because this establishment is near other highly frequented businesses. Once inside, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who immediately sat us at a table for two. The interior is small and intimate, which also meant very loud once it got crowded. After being seated, our water cups were quickly filled, and someone inquired if we wanted drinks. After we were approached twice, still unsure of what we wanted, we were then neglected for at least ten minutes. Our appetizers arrived and still no one had come to get our entree order. The menu is fairly small, and the items are quite pricey. You know what else was small? The drinks! For $18 I want to hold a drink that fills my hand. Was it good, yeah; but it wasn't life changing. We ordered some scrumptious rosemary focaccia and lemon garlic olives to start; my husband chose the Korean Fried Chicken and I opted for the pappardelle bolognese for our main course. Both dishes were tasty, but I don't think either one was reasonably priced at $34. We opted to skip dessert after watching everyone around us receive their meals before us; and only at this time did our waiter seem to become more attentive. Overall, food is great, but overpriced; service was fair - but for over $100 for two entrees, appetizer and one drink, we won't be back.
