Stopped in for a weekday brunch with a friend. No wait and we were seated right away. Our server was friendly and efficient. She greeted us right away and took our drink orders. We ordered the Ham & Gruyere Melt and the Bananas Foster French Toast. We shared both and they were both delicious. We started with the sandwich and ended with the French toast for dessert. OMG! I love this place. I've been to a number of First Watch locations around South Florida, and this was my 1st time to the Doral location. Parking sucks since the parking lot is small so get there early and use the app to get in line for First Watch. The place gets busy on the weekends for breakfast so be ready for that. Otherwise, the food is phenomenal. This place actually serves cocktails so it's a major plus. Yummy drinks! The staff is professional and very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Went here on their opening day, it's a cool spot for a quick breakfast or brunch, the ambiance is upbeat and the staff was very friendly. Place is brand new and has a lot of seating. ( also has decent parking ). They offer some pretty healthy options for food and have some different juices and iced coffees, some healthier options if you're into that. They also have some breakfast classics like avocado toast, and different egg Benedicts. The waitress did her best to give good service, definitely a bit nervous but understandable being her first day. She maintained a smile on her face and was very helpful. The food came out pretty fast which is not my fav thing, but I didn't order anything too hard to make. I ended ordering the biscuits and turkey gravy, the food was pretty good just wish it would of been a bit hotter, the eggs were a bit cold. But the biscuit was fresh and tasteful. I just received an uber eats order from here. I ordered an omelette with a side of potatoes. My potatoes were barely cooked, the avocado was completely black, and there was a black bean in my omelette. You could tell the omelette was literally thrown together with no effort or care. I would not recommend ordering from uber eats from here they obviously don't care for their uber eats orders since it's not in person. read more

Having eaten at First Watch in Naples while on a business trip, I knew the restaurant. So, I was delighted when one opened nearby across from the Falls Shopping Center. I popped in for breakfast recently and found the experience to be outstanding. I was promptly greeted and directed to a table where a genuinely warm server brought coffee and took my order. The breakfast arrived beautifully presented. Taste, quality and freshness were perfect! The decor of the restaurant is a fresh farm vibe with comfortable booths and tables. They also offer a counter area. This location is brand new so it's extremely clean and in perfect shape. The only downside is that the space is a bit noisy, and the a/c is a little too cold. First Watch has an outdoor seating area as well. The chain is incredibly popular so if you go here on weekends, you will likely find extensive wait times. If you're looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot, check out First Watch. It's a bit pricier than Denny's or Ihop but it's in a totally different category and probably the best value breakfast option in the area. Highly recommend!!! read more

This restaurant is a staple for the breakfast scene, serving classic dishes and weekly specials that are always appetizing. All of their skillets and omelettes are sure-fire. If you get a pancake, you only need one. I have been to several of their locations in Georgia and a couple of Miami locations. I will definitely keep this restaurant in the rotation. read more

Stopped here for a quick breakfast. It seemed very busy when I arrived but luckily we got sat right away. When you order coffee they leave the whole pitcher of hot coffee at the table which I loved! Access to hot coffee the whole time and there was hazelnut creamer at the table another plus. I ordered the bacado omelet which was bacon cheese and avocado with a side of potatoes and toast. The omelet was delicious but the potatoes were very undercooked. My partner had a chikichanga it's like a fried burrito with chicken and eggs inside it was very good. The pancakes were supposed to be carrot cake pecan but they gave us the bananas foster which I had my eyes on anyway. They were alright I expected them to be much better. Overall they have a great menu with lots of healthy and indulgent items and I like the vibe in there it's very cozy so I will give them another try. read more

Always start my summer with breakfast and friends at First Watch. Like to try the new summer items. Tried the corn bread with lemon and blueberries. Lemon flavor basically took over the corn bread. Liked last year's better (bacon/cheddar). Going back to have the summer french toast soon. read more

Service was good. We were met at the door by the hostess who was polite and helpful. We asked for a booth and she said the wait was 20 minutes and took down my phone number. Within 20 minutes we were called. One thing went wrong at that time we were called to our table, the booth was still being used by the previous customers who were paying and then we had to wait another 15 minutes so they can clean the booth. Also, the hostess sat a group that arrived after us to another booth that was ready. Upon sitting we were met by our server who was attentive at all times took down our orders quickly and was thorough. When he brought our dishes there were no mistakes made we got what we ordered. On a whim we decided to try this restaurant for breakfast. We really did not know anything about it, just the reviews here. Locale is big and industrial looking but very welcoming. We were seated promptly and the waitress came by our table right away. Started with coffee, served from a large pot left at the table. Ordered orange juice which tasted freshly squeezed. Diana ordered scrambled eggs with cheese which came with a very fluffy waffle. The syrup was warm and delicious. I ordered a frittata with potatoes. Excellent service and food. This new Doral location opened just last month and I'm surprised at how much they've gotten right so far. The service has already been pretty good. They are almost a well-oiled machine. We've been here a couple times already and found maybe a couple of undercooked potatoes or under cooked carrots in the carrot cake pancake. But, that's besides the point when it comes to First Watch. Just be happy that one is near you, because they serve real food with less artificial ingredients unlike other chains that I won't mention. And the food actually tastes good and with sizable portions. I love their juices, mainly their Morning Meditation. They feature a new juice from time to time. They also feature a seasonal menu which is usually quite good. Their pancakes are ginormous and delish. One thing I noticed that's different at this First Watch location is that they have a bar in the corner that serves their juices with liquor. That's new to me. read more

I am going to do my best to NOT sound flirty in this review. Although my first time being at First Watch was at Tampa, FL when I was visiting family over there, it was a good experience. However, my second time was here in Doral, FL. The food was amazing and this VERY specific server, Mariana, deserves a promotion and pay raise. When I was done eating, she gave me the bill with funny and cite stickers on them. Mariana is truly an amazing woman. I was looking forward to having breakfast with family from out of town on this Sunday morning. I went on the website and added my party to the virtual line. Once I arrived with my family to the restaurant and checked in, the host informed me that he could not sit us until the whole party arrived (which I understand some restaurants have this requirement) but then I was told that he could not guarantee that my party would sit together. He would only sit us when we all arrived and at whatever table was available, meaning my entire family would be sat separately because a party of 8 was not guaranteed to sit together on a weekend. It made no sense to me to allow for an online check in of a party of 8 to then inform me upon arrival that we cannot all sit together. If that's going to be the case then only allow for parties of 4 or less to join the virtual line. I did not plan a Sunday breakfast with my family to then not sit with my family. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location. Any large parties please be aware this restaurant may not be a good fit for you and your loved ones. read more
