So disappointing. Second time in the last month and I will never go back. The food took forever to get and the eggs that go on top were not cooked correctly. By the time we got new eggs the rest of our meal was cold and the other people at our table were already finished eating. We packed everything up and left. The next morning when my daughter went to eat her breakfast she found that her order of a skillet with no meat had bacon in it!! For someone that doesn't eat meat this is traumatizing. We have been to many other locations that were amazing. This one is just awful. read more

Otherwise, I would give fewer stars, because the visit was hectic and the eggs benedict wasn't cooked how I asked...also, for some reason one of the eggs was a yolk, with zero white...where did the white go?? read more

Cheryl is our favorite waitress. She is always on top of it - she is knowledgeable about the menu and makes great recommendations. The food is always fresh and it comes quickly. From the moment we walked in the door, Wow! This place was wonderful!!!! It has a great atmosphere, menu and friendly helpful people working here. After breakfast, I was ready to come back for lunch. Not only was the presentation of the food beautiful, but the taste was on point. I never eat butter (margarine) on anything and I was impressed with the real butter on the waffle. Hot syrup in a glass bottle... perfection. Definitely will return, and tell others about it! read more

We were in town and saw the great reviews. They were spot on!! Heavenly pancakes literally as big as a frisbee! Our server recommended the banana granola pancakes and they didn't disappoint! This first watch was disappointing compared to the ones I visited in Ohio and Colorado. The waitress kept bumping into my chair knocking my bag over. The eggs were served over cooked. Even the waitress said they were not over medium and offered to bring out a replacement which came when the meal was done. The roasted potatoes cans out sparse and lacked any interest. We were seated immediately and given menus....and that was it. 10-15 minutes went by without even an acknowledgement. Never even got our drink order. Five stars for the million dollar bacon! Well worth the money, sweet with just a hint of spice. A perfect accompaniment to our meals. I had the Ham and Gruyere Melt with the Chicken Avocado Chop salad, which was very good also. My husband had the Ultimate Egg Sandwich with potatoes that he enjoyed immensely. Awesome breakfast! We had a pancake with fruit and two different kind of omelettes. The bacdo and the chil chorizo omelettes.

I visited First Watch with colleagues today and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We all got something different and each of us were served a beautiful and delicious meal. We plan to make this a regular stop for work lunches! We were offered coffee once we were seated which we all assumed was complimentary. I, along with each of my five colleagues, was surprised to find a charge on my ticket of $2.57 for "regular coffee." We all agreed we will forgo the coffee in the future. The coffee was average and definitely not worth that price. Plus it should have been part of having our order taken so we were aware that there was a charge for it. Also, I was disappointed that our waitress only visited our table 1 time after bringing our food and it was to deliver our tickets. I forgot to ask for a cup to go since I purchased the special cider drink for 3.99 but didn't drink much and wanted to bring it with me. I kept turning in my seat searching for wait staff but couldn't seem to catch anyone's eye. We were seated close to the hostess station and there was an employee there along with two employees behind the register. I attempted to catch the attention of one of these associates and did make eye contact but no one reached out to see what I needed which was very frustrating. It took 5 - 7 minutes for me to finally grab a waitress, which was not our original waitress, and ask for a cup to go. Staff was super friendly but I was frustrated with the added time it took to get the attention of a few employees who were not busy at that time. I will definitely go back and hope to have a better experience next time. The food is definitely fantastic! The setting is beautiful as well! read more

Sunday lunch. Very busy but the wait was reasonable and coffee was available while we waited. Seated inside; noise was very loud. Our waitress Julie must have been having a bad day. We ordered when we sat down; she brought our drinks. A few minutes went by before the hostess came to tell us it was going to be another 20 minutes for biscuits or we could change the order. We changed the order. The food was good but pricey for what we received. As soon as we started eating the waitress left our bill and never came back to see if we needed a second refill; she was clearly done with us. Really, what breakfast place runs out of biscuits and wants you to order something different? Could at least have offered up a biscuit when they came out of the oven. No hurry to return. read more

I've been to other First Watch locations and this one was super disappointing. Seating: I let the hostess know I had a party of 2 plus an infant in a car seat when putting my name on the waitlist. When it came time to seat us they asked if we would take a table outside; it's 81 degrees and I have a baby, that's a huge no. So they put us at a small two person table with a sling that was in the walkway, in the way of everyone who needed to get by. Service: Our waiter was ok, but barely came by to check on us, we had to flag him down to ask for anything. Also, I was given a dirty water cup. Food: Our food was cold by the time it got to us, we had no silverware, had to also flag someone down to ask for that. The servings were small. We ate everything and felt like we still needed another meal somewhere else. Bathrooms: I used the bathroom when we left and it was disgusting. There was feces all over one toilet (they only have 2) and even the soap dispenser was disgusting. This location is poorly managed. Won't be back again. read more

Me and my boyfriend come here very often. We love the food and just the all around atmosphere. Thursday morning we arrived around 11:30, not too busy it seemed. Once we were in the door we were never greeted or even acknowledge. Three employees were at the front, seemed to be a server, maybe a host and a BOH worker. (Back of house) They were "gossiping" and talking amongst themselves. From what I gathered it involved an employee walking out or quitting and not coming back. At this point we have been standing at the door for about 5 minutes. Once again, not even acknowledge or even smiled at. Nothing. I work in restaurants, so I get it, stuff happens. But after 5 minutes they continue their conversation while we just stand there. The "host" some blonde wavy haired girl is SLOWLY grabbing menus.. I mean barely any effort at all. As she's still talking it up with the kitchen girl. I finally say "can we get sat please" they both look at me.. and continue talking. I mean, how unprofessional are you. Finally we are sat by the blonde girl. She says not a word the entire time from the door to the table. Ha. I mean. It was ridiculous. I've been in the restaurant business for 10 plus years. And this girl had awful customer service skills. Maybe consider a different job. Besides this, the food was great as always and the service was wonderful. read more

Stopped in for brunch with my mom and was really disappointed with my meal. The breakfast tacos I ordered were bland and were served with brown avocado and mushy, old pico de gallo. Pico should be fresh and bright. Total bummer. My mom order the Tri-Fecta, which appeared to be better. It came with waffle or pancake, eggs, and she chose chicken sausage. The patio was lovely, but I don't think I'd try the place a second time. read more
