This place is SO good, and very reasonably priced! Some of my foodie friends brought me in a few…read moremonths ago, and I have not been able to stop thinking about their brunch!! This time I got the chicken fried steak, with biscuits, and frips on the side. I'll be honest that the chicken fried steak wasn't as good as last time-- it was more of a ground beef texture. The biscuits were absolutely amazing, and the perfect texture and taste to go with the gravy! The frips were also surprisingly good as I'm not a huge potato person! The burrito bowl is also something I wouldn't have ordered myself, but my friends loved it! Overall, it did have a good flavor, better than I expected. I love a pancakes come with real maple syrup! This is a huge plus for me, as it makes such a difference in my opinion. Overall, the price point for these made from scratch Meals is so good! This may be my favorite brunch in the city, as everything comes out piping hot, and incredibly fresh. Service is also amazing as well! The restaurant is small, with one back room that allows for a more intimate setting. There's also a patio, which I have not yet gotten to sit on with the cold weather! I would recommend making a reservation in advance since there is not a huge amount of seating.

The use Hardy Coffee and have Hardy treats, so you know it's good! I typically just opt for a black coffee because we don't often get a ton of time to get coffee before service starts, but they're bigger than the free cups and every once in a while it's a nice switch up. Everyone working is really nice and friendly and it's a nice place to mingle while you wait for your drinks and meet other parishioners.

She was very helpful since it was the first time being there she explained everything so it was easy to make a good decision. I ordered a flight so I was able to sample for different signature flavors. My favorite was the Midnight Coconut and Crème Brûlée. Granted, one should not expect New Orleans beignets outside of New Orleans, but these little donut puffs had only a light dusting of powdered sugar (which I actually was thankful for because I wore black pants!), and there was a not-overly-pleasant surprise inside with an indistinguishable creamy substance that was sort of like the inside of a brown sugar cinnamon poptart, only less so.
