I mean... breakfast is seriously a misunderstood meal. To start, First Watch has several locations in the US and this location is just as tasty and delicious as the others. The staff are so friendly and this location actually has tons of seating. I would think on a weekend morning we would have a wait, but we got seated right away. The cold coffees are actually coffee tasting and not just tons of sugar. Almost all their menu options are nutritionally thoughtful and mostly locally sourced. There is quite literally something for everyone. We had three people in our party and each had a specialty drink and an entree and it came just short of $70. Personally, I think that's a deal for how delicious the food is and today's market with everything being so inflated. The menu is very customizable and everything is cooked to order. Probably one of the best breakfast restaurants you could ever find. Not a single bad dish on the menu.

Decided to go here this morning since my wife and I had a great experience last time we were in town. Place was very busy, since I was a solo diner I was offered the counter which I took. Upon coming up to the counter two people had just left so I decided to take their spot. My area was quickly cleaned which I appreciated. One annoyance was that the guest never had their menus removed which they were no longer using so they were encroaching on my spot which wasn't great. I ordered a Mint Mocha Iced coffee and a Chickichanga breakfast. I'm pretty obsessed with the coffee drink and get it every time I come here. The chickichanga is more enchilada than chimichanga but I digress. It was good and filling. I especially enjoyed the chorizo and the tortilla texture considering it was sauced. The potatoes that were my side that I upgraded were meh. The potatoes were undercooked and didn't work well with the extra toppings. My server was great. He was very hardworking and friendly to all. He would succeed in any restaurant. I will be back. Overall a very good experience and I left full. read more

I had a wonderful brunch at First Watch with my daughter. She had the French toast with potatoes, and I have the avocado chop salad, and we shared a plate of the million dollar bacon. The service was prompt and friendly, the server left me with a pot of hot coffee and a bottle of cold ice water. it is much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside, has outdoor seating and was very good experience, especially as it is a chain. Lean bacon, over easy eggs with the softness of poached (which is perfect w/the brioche bun, smashed avocado, and some arugula for a welcomed snap. Rather than hash brown, I had arugula salad - it came lightly dressed. No other ingredients which was appropriate given all the delicious flavors of the bun. Hubby had the. BEC Bacon Egg & Cheddar. High standards for cleanliness and non-clutter. Modern, warehouse vibe that also has outdoor seating which appears to be shaded most of the day. Not sure about late afternoon and evening. I visited this location today . I will never take my family here ever again and I will also let others know this place is not a place to take your family. The plates and silverware were dirty with food still on them glasses dirty the pipkins and ramekins where dirty with food on the bottom . Don't know who is back there washing dishes but they need to be let go !!! Obviously they don't care nor know how to wash dishes properly.This ridiculous the way the dishes looked . The server had to bring more plates and utensils, and cups . I know this cannot be the first complaint about dirty dishes, utensils other customers were complaining as well . I wish I could had the dish washer and the manager come and sit down ant eat and drink from the plate that was given to me and drink out the cup I was given. I'm surprised the health department has not shut this place down obviously the manger doesn't care either if so, the dishes would never be served to the customers in this manner . I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT establishment AGAIN !!!! Im pissed off especially when the cost of the food on the menu is outrageous. read more

Oh, kale yeah and so much more!!! First Watch didn't skip a beet when you have Clifford as your waiter. Clifford was utmost patient with my nieces allergies and indecisiveness via breakfast - half waffle, french toast, or chocolate chip pancakes. He was very attentive to our needs and made breakfast smooth sailing. Thank you so much for the cold brew refill which fueled my Titi duties throughout the day, especially due to bad weather. If you ever visit this location ask to be seated in Clifford's section you won't be disappointed! My niece barely touched the chocolate chip pancake due to thinning the chocolate chips were Nutella (allergic) and then she wanted the waffle when everyone was done eating...the chronicles of a six year old! The food was delicious and the ambiance and waitstaff were incredible. Remember to always treat waitstaff with a kind heart and tip above if within your means. Clifford, keep being the kind-hearted soul with lots of patience. Despite being a chain restaurant, First Watch always delivers delicious and fresh breakfast in a clean environment with friendly service! This morning, I tried the breakfast tacos, which were awesome! So flavorful! I also tried the tangerine dream drink, which is seasonal and very refreshing. But the food itself, this is the third time that we've come to first watch within probably 4 months, and again, the food was off. My eggs weren't done the correct way when I said over. Easy The dead over medium didn't want to complain. My French toast was not tasty. It tasted eggy. I was looking for the cinnamon. I was like, is there any cinnamon? Maybe any nutmeg in this to make this a French toast? I mean, I'm not asking for brioche toast. You know from a Michelin star restaurant. Must have been a bad day - took note of a review an hour before mine .. food took over 45 minutes .. was not busy .. and was cold upon arrival. We're given plastic silverware - finally asked for proper silverware.. Lots of tables full of dirty plates and silverware which explains the to go sweet ups . Got charged for something I added and it was never added so that was money wasted and honestly too much trouble to ask for a refund. No toast with eggs - was told it was coming .. ate my meal and then had to ask for it .. again .. took another 10 min and by that time it was time to go and I had no interest. Definitely a bad vibe and we have one locally and love it. Our server was very nice but super disconnected and always seemed to be hanging out chatting with fellow wait staff. Good coconut flavoring throughout. BEWARE if you split a bill they will have each person splitting bill tipping for full amount, this results in your table possibly giving a 40% tip!! Ordered a bacon omelet and it was almost perfect, wish that if they see their avocados aren't any good they would just tell you they can't include the avocado in your meal instead of putting bad avocado in the omelet. I really really wanted to like First Watch. Their branding is on point, their IG photos are great. The food sounds delicious. The coffee was hot & I like having an insulated pot on the table. However, it took over 45 minutes for our food - 2 breakfasts with no special requests - to come & when it came, it was cold. Not like, not hot, but affirmatively cold. Which is amazing, because my poached eggs on top of the hash were, by definition, cooked in boiling water. Even the omelet was not hot - how do you achieve that? The al pastor hash special was very salty, and the pieces of pineapple, although welcome & interesting were too large. They also drizzled way too much white stuff over top. What is it? not sure. Stopped in for breakfast with some friends before they left town. My first impression was how impressively busy it was for a place only open for breakfast. It was a chill stop and the aroma of the foot was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant and attentive the entire meal without being too attentive and making us feel rushed. The restaurant is a bit small but was laid out nice so I had ample space for us with my wheelchair. I did not feel in the way at all and the staff was very accommodating with my space requirements. The menu had a lot of great options and everything was made with quality foods and mostly organic. The overall prices are higher than your normal breakfast joint but turns out this is not your normal breakfast joint. I had a fresh made green juice (like a juice bar) and it was absolutely delicious and fresh. The million dollar bacon was amazing and a must try. I had the grits, and my wife had a breakfast grill plate with eggs, hash browns, and fruit. Everything was absolutely excellent and we are now hooked as normals since it's so close.
