The food was good but the service was terrible. Our waiter forgot about us and then was stationed behind the bar so we sat for a while until we made due without the things we were missing. I had to go up to the bar to ask for our check. Overall we won't be going back. I do appreciate the quality of the food and everything was really good but the service was a real turn off

The food was delicious as always! Never been to a First Watch that disappointed me. I tried something different this time with the frittata and it was delicious! My husband got his usual, the Trifecta.

All in all, this is a good First Watch location. I am a fan of First Watch and this location had the quality, service and general ambiance is have come to expect from a First Watch. Before First Watch and other similar restaurants, the greasy-spoon diner was the norm when wanting breakfast. I definitely appreciate a more elevated place for breakfast. I would definitely recommend here.

While in Orlando over the weekend, we ordered breakfast to go at First Watch. They generally have been pretty good in the cities and towns that we have visited. This one was nice and clean with a friendly staff and casual vibe. We had the Traditional breakfast with Eggs, Bacon and house potatoes and the Tres Leches French Toast with syrup and strawberries. Both were good! My daughter had the Honey Crunch Iced coffee. Our server was Alejandro. He was friendly, attentive and helpful with suggestions. Parking was right out front of the restaurant and wheelchair accessible.

the drinks are too STRONG or too WEAK and their lavender drink tastes like soap :( The Bloody Mary was decent but tasted like just v8 and black pepper. They didn't have the right liquor license to even fix a weak drink... Service was horrendously slow. We let them know we were in a rush and still waited around 40 minutes for food. Soup came out flaming hot and couldn't be eaten for a while. Eggs Benedict was basic, hollandaise was not great. Too frothy and did not very flavorful. All in all I get that it's a staple, but I really thought the food OR the drinks OR the service OR the ambience would be better.

Went there for breakfast and was seated down right away. It was a cold morning and they had hot coffee station outside for people that are waiting to be seated. The inside is nice and open, they decorated the place & have holiday menu which is very festive. Food took awhile to come out (it did get busy) but it was hot and delicious. Overall it's a good breakfast/ brunch spot for a quick bite

Big fans of First Watch. When ever we travel we try to find a First Watch to ensure a great breakfast. We visited this location and were just blown away. It's such a beautiful place. I approve of it all, decor, lighting, tables & chairs. Who ever set this place up knows what they're doing. We had the pleasure of getting Timothy as our server. He was just incredible. What a friendly guy. He attended to our every need. He was just super wonderful. What an asset to First Watch. We tried 2 of the specials. The Maple Biscuit and the Chipotle Chicken Hash. WOW WOW WOW. We fought about which one was the better dish. We also enjoyed some mimosas they prepare in front of you, nice touch. Coffee is amazing. We love First Watch. I HOPE THEY STAY AS THEY ARE AND NEVER CHANGE BECAUSE ITS PURE PERFECTION. Thanks Timothy!

First impressions. "Complimentary coffee" for those waiting. Coffee has been empty for 10 minutes and trash is overflowing. Good plan + poor execution = bad plan. Revised down. They don't filter their water, which is a bad idea. Nasty.

This was such a wonderful brunch experience! I personally love First Watch and their concept. Service was wonderful, I wish I remembered my server's name she was great. We were sat towards the back, nice and quiet. I ordered their in season cinnamon toast cereal milk cocktail and it was delicioussss. Their coffee was delicious as well. I ordered their eggs Benedict with smoke salmon & potatoes (this is my favorite dish here), my mom ordered their in season so cal hash bowl (not pictured) my son ordered the kids bacon and egg (scrambled) and the kids French toast which I got to try and it was delicious! I like that you can pay online, avoiding having to wait for the server to come back or you can go up to the host stand to pay. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. 10/10 recommend

Found this place on a whim, but overall was pretty good. The only lackluster part was the server. Came by to take our order and stopped by to give us our check. If it was busy I would give it a pass, but it was not very busy when we stopped in. The cheesy Grits were top notch, collectively our favorite part of the dish. The Chickichanga had tons of flavor and just a little spice. My wife enjoyed the frittata, but we both agreed there was maybe a little too much onion in both of our dishes. Glad we picked this place, there were also quite a few things that we saw pass by that looked tasty as well.

Food was good, service very slow sat at the bar. Didn't receive my bacon until I was about to leave. Lavender spiked lemonade was delicious. Million dollar bacon is definitely a must it's so good topped with brown sugar and honey. Also tried to order takeout several times online and the system just kept shutting down. Ambiance I love their lighting.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the shop was, and the staff was super welcoming the second we walked through the door. We decided to split breakfast because we were dying to try the biscuits and cinnamon rolls mostly because they're made with sourdough, which sounded interesting. The eggs and bacon were solid, but the biscuits were just okay for me. I think I realized I'm not the biggest fan of sourdough in a biscuit; it just wasn't quite what I was expecting. The cinnamon roll was good, though definitely a different vibe than the traditional ones I'm used to. The real sleeper hit, though? The hot chocolate. I didn't get a photo of it, but it was honestly amazing and exactly what I needed for such a cold day. I'd definitely go back, but I'll probably branch out and try something else on the menu next time.

I wasn't offered any milk or sugar and luckily I saw some sugar at the outside table but, didn't have any creamer options. There was no coffee station. I got a chocolate croissant to-go, and having been to France, it was on point. Here's the issue, and I hope the owners fix this. At 10:45am it was busy. This place is small!!!! Very French right? lol. I was patient. I waited in a long line and finally ordered with a smile. I got the croissant and cappuccino "for here" and the croissant "to go." I saw there were no open tables except for the 2 outside and today in FL, we are just coming off the freeze and it's 40 degrees out. I used the restroom and as I came back, a table was about to open. I stood at the counter and I believe the owner ( not the woman who took my order) asked me if my coffee and food was "to go." I said, " no just the croissant, my food and coffee are for here." So now by this time other people have ordered and he is just now prepping my cappuccino "for here." Now, this isn't his fault but, because of the lack of space, it creates a hostile environment. I turn around and see the long order line and a couple that stood up to leave. So I walk over to take the "now open" table and I kid you not, a woman jumped in front of me, hands out and says, " can i take this table?" She hadn't even ordered yet and had she not been so rude, I guarantee I would have been done eating by the time she even got food. She was in the back of the line. I just said, " sure" and spun on my heel and went back to the counter. Maybe I should have said "no, I was here first" but I don't like hostility. Everyone can hear and see this happening, as it's a small, quiet place. I guess when you're alone, people don't value you as a person. Same with flights and theaters. I get back to the counter, and I ask him if I should sit down ...or do I wait at the counter for my food...? And he looked at me and was like "well there aren't any tables", at that moment, another table opens up and another single woman snags it! Hasn't even ordered! Then he says, "well there's one outside." I decide to take my now delivered coffee and sit outside. It made my coffee cold almost instantly so, I grab a sugar packet, toss it in, and chug it back. I walk in, and I then say "excuse me, could you just make my order to go?" He says yes, and a few minutes later I get my order and leave. I had to drive 25 mins to get home but, I WILL say it was still good! Even the "to-go" box is plant based and biodegradable. My ADVICE!!!! And I hope you take it! Get rid of the tables. You can have 2 outside, that's fine, but you'd be better off with a bar setting with stools all around the perimeter and a coffee station for additional things like creamer, sugar and cinnamon. This needs to be more of a grab and go place and even some Starbucks locations have implemented this. Make it friendly for single people, not families. Bar seating inspires quick service. Thank you! Merci!

Another con is sometimes it takes long to get your food. And last but not least, I think their prices are not reasonable lately. Some of the prices do not match their menu, not sure when they raised their prices but I have never ever heard of a patacon costing almost $26 anywhere, and I frequent a lot of Venezuelan spots. Their name went from Q'Kenan restaurant to Q'Kenan Steakhouse so maybe now they just raised all the prices, I don't know. Their most expensive patacon on the menu is the one with Picańha and it says $17...yet I got charged 25.90. Regardless of how good something is, there shouldn't be a $9 difference from what is on the menu. That is absurd. On my last trip- $43 for an empanada, tequeńos and a patacon just doesn't sound right for Venezuelan food, and I come from living in Miami where restaurants are supposed to be more expensive.
