Very disorganized service. We called an hour ahead for party of 12. The hostess acknowledged and confirmed this reservation. When we got here, the hostess had no knowledge of or plan for sitting our party. Manager was nowhere to be found. Once seated, we found it very difficult to even get coffee cups. I do not recommend coming here with a large party. Hopefully they get their act together soon. read more

Good morning, I can't tell you about the food at the new First Watch in Pembroke Pines, but I can tell you about the service. I am livid! My husband and I walked in and we were seated without incident. As we perused the menu, two people were seated next to us. As soon as they were seated the server walked past us to the two young ladies with her coffee pot in her hand ready to serve. She did not acknowledge our presence at all. Not even a glance, or a "good morning, I will be right with you". She went directly to the young women. This incident is not their fault at all. This is what I call white privilege. You don't have to wait or ask for anything. It just comes. I don't want "extra". I want fair. Can I give a minus rating?? read more

They are always late with deliveries, and the food is ALWAYS cold - regardless of being at the restaurant or delivery. I've ordered multiple items from the menu, and while the flavor is great, and the people that work there are decent, cold food and waiting over 2 hours for an order to be fulfilled with no explanation or notification of issues is complete trash. Currently waiting for a food order that was placed 3 hours ago. The WRONG food finally arrived after 3 hours and 15 minutes, and they close in 12 minutes. No one is answering the phone. read more

Worst service ever. Second time here. Came in this morning at 9:15a with my husband and got seated outside. There were 2 waiters, neither of which acknowledged our presence. When the hostess who sat asked if we'd been served after 15 minutes, I said nope. The waitress comes out and serves people who were seated after us. Just ridiculous!! It was amazing we called ahead to reserve a table and when you get there you let them know you are there and you go right in, our waiter was awesome the food was really good we ordered we got our food quickly it was perfect. The food was great! We had omelettes and a Belgian waffle and everything was delicious. The menu had a lot of great options. The place was open and airy and pleasant. The acoustics are a bit loud, especially when the place is packed. The service was good but slow, perhaps due to it being completely full with people waiting. Isnt it crazy that you know which First Watch locations have their act together and which ones dont? Well West Pines First Watch doesn't have their act together. Put my name on the waitlist and it was 120 min wait, that wasn't the problem. When i arrived i was seated after 15 min, took a while for the waitress to come by and introduce herself. Shocker- she didn't even ask for a drink order she immediately left. Finally after 20 min and waving her down she took our drink order and left again. After about 15 min we waved her down again and put in our food order we assumed she would bring our drink order, man we were wrong. Now its been an hour no drinks and no food. When we finally get her attention she brings tje drinks bjt doesn't even apologize. Okay you're busy but the table next to us was seated much after us and a different waiter and they had food and drinks before we did. I got there at 11:30 and left at 2:00, that tells you how my experience was. Before opening your doors make sure your staff is trained including the kitchen. read more

Waited for 20 minutes. Never approached by server. Got up to leave when the customer sitting at the next table commented about lousy service. He said it took 10 minutes to get a napkin.As we got up to leave what appeared to be a staff member seemed to approach but made a quick turn and returned to the rear of the store where 5 or 6 individuals were taliking loudly and laughing. Nice impression. As we left the hostess asked where we were seated so she could get the server but I promptly responded that after this incident the food would be questionable. Went to Casa Romeu where the food and service is constantly 5 star. Spoke to a neighbor that had a similar experience at this location. It's a shame, the place was clean the menu looked great and several people told me that the other stores didn't have these problems. Anyhow I don't think I would try any of their restaurants. Ordered take out because the wait was too long. After hearing so much hype about First Watch I expected amazing food. I was so disappointed. We ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and they looked great at first glance only to discover they were burned on the other side. The blueberry muffin tops where also burned to the point they were completely black on the bottom. I like my food well done, but it was inedible. The bacon was undercooked and the potatoes were raw / hard. I rarely complain about food, but when every item we ordered had issues there is certainly something very wrong. The hostess who brought our order was nice and professional though. Too bad I didn't notice how bad the food was until we were already home. A complete waste of $40 for breakfast. read more

First time coming here. My mother recommended it for a great brunch. I am visiting from out of town. As soon as I walked in I loved the ambiance and atmosphere. Menu has a great variety and the drink I ordered was very refreshing. Pomegranate sunrise was the name. Food was delicious. Loved the mixed green salad. Eggs Benedict was scrumptious. The only thing that bothered me was that I went to use the ladies room and it was filthy. Will come again. read more
