I usually go to my local FW so I have something to compare to. Classic Egg Benedict was good except they popped the egg York. I could have return it but I didn't want to start my day with complaints. Biscuit with gravy is one of my favorite menu item and it gravy taste the same but tue biscuits were not. I felt it was little undone. Again I didn't want to start my day with the complaints. The chicken avocado chopped salad had one sliver of avocado, the crab avocado toast was okay, but the eggs were warm at best. The quinoa bowl was okay. Ordered the eggs over medium and they were over hard. When I said something to the server about the long wait time for food, her response was "yeah, some of my other tables were mad too." Three of us ordered at the same time, and I ordered a sandwich on gluten free toast. The sandwich arrived (and was brought by someone other than our waiter) on cold, dry, gluten free bread. We couldn't find our waiter so I ate it as a salad. My mother and I got our food at the same time, but my dad had to wait about 10-15 minutes. We also couldn't locate our waiter to get my mom a drink refill. When he finally showed up, he shrugged when I mentioned the bread not being toasted and he sent somebody else to bring my mom a drink refill. He just didn't seem like he could be bothered. When I went to pay, the cashier didn't know how to ring up a gift card for the person in front of me so another woman and I ended up standing for another 10 or 15 minutes just waiting to pay our bill so we could leave.
