A friend recommended this place so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived around 8:00 AM it wasn't busy at all. By the time we left around 9:00 AM it was getting pretty crowded. I don't like poached eggs, so I didn't try the Benedict, but it is reportedly very good. I do indulge in bacon, I love it, and I must say the million dollar bacon was AWESOME! The carrot cake pancake was okay, a little too dry for my liking, but okay nonetheless. Service was adequate. Not great, but not bad. The store is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Pricing is fair. And the variety of breakfast items is plentiful. I imagine I'll be back before too long.

Denise was our server today and she is always on her A Game and the nicest person in the world! We are always so excited when we have her as a server. She has been a staple here for as long as we have been a customer and that is always a welcome sight when you patronize a business. Our food was on spot today and no complaints. The kitchen had our plates to us within 10 minutes and they were busy on a Saturday morning. The place was hoping but running smoothly and everything was nice and clean. We will return!

A Hidden Gem among other Sunday brunch options in town. First Watch is a chain breakfast/brunch restaurant that offers made to order, fresh, meal options at a reasonable price. They also offer many healthy choices. They are child and disability friendly, catering to make sure that everyone's expectations are met. They also offer a website que for getting in line. We we able to get in line on the website and were seated promptly once we arrived. 0 minute wait, very unusual on a Sunday morning. I've been several times in Central Florida over the years but this was the first visit at the Pensacola location. It looks smaller from the roadside but is well spaced inside. Not a great pace for intimate brunch setting, but certainly an appropriate choice for families or large groups. 02-09-2025

It's a decent location at best. Service is good, food is solid for the most part. Sundays can be very busy especially after Church, your best option is to join the waitlist well in advance. If you like your eggs over medium, prepare to be disappointed. They don't know how to make it, no matter how specific you are, they don't get this right for some reason. It got to the point where we just eat the eggs over easy, anytime we ask them to remake it, it comes back as a soft boil egg. I ordered the steak and egg dish and got mostly potatoes, had to dig to find a few small pieces of steak. I still like First Watch, but I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon

I like this place in Pensacola. We went on a weekend day at opening. I think we were the first customers. We were promptly greeted and sat by a very friendly employee who ended up waiting on us. My wife and I ordered off the special menu. Portion sizes were very good, and our coffee cups were never empty. The place was super clean and well maintained. Good visit and highly recommended while in that part of town.

It's more of a healthier choice I liked the Carmel Crunch Iced Coffee. Although in my meal the lemon taste was a bit too strong on my Egg Benedict. Our waiter was pretty quick! Inside was very nice and clean.

nice place for breakfast or brunch, open inviting atmosphere. Millionaire Bacon was a great start to my Corned Beef Hash and runny eggs, which was delicious and filling. our server Taylor was very attentive and pleasant. looking forward to trying more options on the menu.

You can't really go wrong with first watch. Very cool that Pensacola finally has a location and it's a pretty good location because it's near the university. Everything about her swatches consistent so the same great food that I get in Tampa I can get in Pensacola as well. I don't eat eggs much anymore unless I'm going to a great breakfast spot and first watch qualifies. One of my favorite dishes on the savory side of breakfast is the salmon Benedict. I absolutely love that first watch provides mixed greens as a side for breakfast! This particular location made my Benedict Perfectly because I don't like my yolk too runny...I like my yolk creamy. Been here several times when I'm in town to tend to real estate and I'll definitely be back.

From the moment I walked in til pretty much the moment I left - it was impressive. The food is so beautifully plated and even the way they serve water is so cute! The portions are very large & I actually had an entire slice of french toast with lots of fruit left to take home as another meal. Even though wI was seated near the kitchen - once the plates were brought out.....nothing else mattered! I've been back since then and the food is always so delicious! The bacon is also a fav and that's saying so much because I usually never like or eat bacon! I had thought about bringing home one slice to crumble over my yorkie's food for a few meals but I didn't want to share it! PS. I apologize that 2 of the pics are upside down. Apparently I was so excited to see my food that I rushed through taking a pic of it without realizing my camera was upside down! Embarrassing for me - yes, but you will love this place too!

But that's not what this is about: this cozy corner spot surprised us in the best way. My biker buddy, "Secret Squirrel ~ Filter," had the Reuben and declared it one of his top five--looked and tasted fantastic. As for me (Rider name "1/2 Time") had the Steak and Cheese Benedict: two English muffin halves topped with seasoned steak strips, sautéed bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepper jack, two poached eggs, hollandaise, paprika, and herbs--it was delicious and fairly priced. They don't serve alcohol, so I missed a Screwdriver, but the iced tea was surprisingly good (and that's not always easy to pull off). Service was prompt and friendly. The cashier stood out--huge smile and wonderful attitude; I wish I'd gotten her name. Fun moment: she mentioned her dad was Navy and joked about names he told her for us Marines--Reply was yup us to we mostly called them Squids. But when push came to shove we always stood together. We don't get anything, but they will know that I was true to my word and did leave a review.

We arrived around 10:30 on a Wednesday morning and we were wrong to think that the place would be empty after an early breakfast rush. We were seating upon entering by Brooke who also was our server. The menu is varied and we found out that you can order anything at anytime. We had ordered the Spicy Pulled Pork omelette and Shrimp and Grits. Next time, we're thinking a Grouper sandwich as they were being enjoyed at two tables next to us and looked delicious. Our breakfast entrees arrived quickly. The omelette came with a choice of side and I chose the potatoes. They were seasoned but a bit cold and hard. Brooke offered to swap them out when checking on us, but by that time, I was filling up from the large packed omelette. It was filled with pork, peppers, onions and cheese with more spicy, sweet pork on top. I wish the entrees came with toast. The shrimp and grits were served over gouda grits as requested and the dish was spicy and filling. Definitely one of the best we tried in a while. Drinks were refilled promptly and Brooke took care of her guests quickly and with a smile.

Goat Lips Chew & Brew House feels like the kind of place that was designed after someone said,…read more"What if every room had a different personality and the backyard never ended?" And honestly? The vibe is the star here. This place is wildly eclectic in the best way. A huge outdoor area that feels built for lingering, laughing, and losing track of time, plus a maze of themed rooms inside that make every turn feel like you accidentally walked into a different bar. It's unique, memorable, and exactly the kind of place you want to love before the food even hits the table. The service definitely helped that cause. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. Then the pretzel appetizer arrived and apparently chose violence. The beer cheese sauce had the consistency of warm yellow water and somehow even less personality. The pretzel itself tasted like it had been baptized in butter but still came out bland, which is honestly an achievement. I didn't know something could be both greasy and forgettable, but here we are. Thankfully, I was aggressively encouraged to order the club sandwich. "You HAVE to get it," they said. For once, the hype mostly paid off. The bread was toasted beautifully, full of crunch and flavor, and the sandwich as a whole really worked. Now, the meat? Let's just say it had strong gas station cold-cut energy. Perfectly edible, nothing offensive, but nobody's writing songs about it. That said, the mayo situation deserves its own fan club. There's some kind of mustard-seasoned magic happening in that spread, and it absolutely carries the whole sandwich across the finish line. Honestly, give me that toast cut into strips and a bowl of that sauce, and I'm a happy man. Forget the turkey, let me dip carbs directly into whatever wizardry they whipped up back there. So where does Goat Lips land? A place with a killer atmosphere, great service, one appetizer that should be investigated, and one sandwich condiment worthy of applause. The experience averages out exactly where the stars do: right down the middle. Three stars. Goat Lips is average food wrapped in an unforgettable setting, which somehow makes the whole thing more fun than it probably deserves.
