Super welcoming and friendly staff, the food was amazing, having tried so many breakfast spots this one is a new go to. Definitely recommend it!

The best breakfast place. The omelets made with real eggs. The mushrooms are amazing in omelet. The bacon is the million dollar bacon, coffee is fresh. Tamiko the server is amazing, as well as the mgr, Lisa is great..

I have NOT had a working breakfast in a long time. This location was perfect and had yummy food. It was fun and prepping for our meeting. I had to fuel up on the ham and cheese omelette, potatoes, and multigrain bread. It was perfect to get geared up for a meeting onsite in person! The service was attentive and fast.

First Watch is a stop we always make each trip to the Phoenix area. It's a great menu that offers a large selection of food and beverages, very innovative. Our server was slammed and took a few minutes to get our order, but once she did all kept rolling well! She made sure to check back with just the right amount of times without it being too much, and had a very bubbly personality even during the rush. The interior is modern and clean, and the food is always delicious! Wish we had one of these in the Seattle area where we lack great breakfast options.

Love the decor and ambiance. The seating makes it feel private. Not a ton of people on a Friday morning. Our server Rachel was lovely and understanding. My friend had to run so we ordered and got our checks immediately. She split our checks and we could pay via QR code which was convenient. The food came quickly. They brought an extra carafe of hot coffee for self service refills. When my friend asked for a to go cup for his coffee, they brought one filled with fresh coffee. The million dollar bacon is worth it! 4 thick slices, evenly cooked with a bit of chew and crisp. The pepper is strong and the maple syrup balances the spice. The BLT eggs Benedict was delicious. I love arugula and the extra toss in lemon sauce added a nice zest to the heavier hollandaise sauce. The egg yolk was runny. Bacon and tomatoes were solid. The side of salad is a nice healthy option that a lot of brunch places lack. A great balance of protein and veggies. Would definitely get this again.

We got a First Watch gift card, using it at this Park Central location. Great service, great location, great food, good pricing.

It was my first time visiting a First Watch and I can definitely say that I'm not disappointed! My husband and I went on a Friday morning and it fortunately not packed. Our server was AMAZING and super attentive. He answered our questions about the menu, made recommendations, and came back several times to check on us. It's the kind of service that's hard to get even in places 5x more expensive than this. The establishment is clean and well-kept. The atmosphere is on the more formal side of casual? And the food is great! Everything we ordered was super tasty. Don't forget to try their seasonal drinks as well!

It's still one of my favorite places for breakfast it's fresh, it's healthy, and it's always leaves me feeling good at the end of my meal. I really love their BLT Eggs Benedict. They are served on chabbatta bread instead of English muffin. The eggs are always poached perfectly and nestled on top of crispy bacon, tomato, and avocado. The hollandaise is light with a lemony finish, and the Arugula topping completes the dish. It is served with their yummy house potatoes at $13.99. My wife doesn't like bacon, so she always gets the Florentine. The decor is a rustic farmhouse, and the service staff is friendly and attentive. always a good experience.

Really cute and trendy breakfast spot with fresh food . Left filling full and tummies satisfied . The drinks and juices are crafty in a pleasing to the eye way and taste fresh . The million dollar bacon was better than the bacon that came with our entrees . Coffee was strong and the ambience was chill . Our server was attentive and friendly . Parking is a bit difficult if it gets crowded and you can go online and get your name on the list ahead of time.

That said, my experiences with service have been inconsistent. My husband and I came in for breakfast one morning and, while the server seemed to be doing his best, he appeared overwhelmed and possibly understaffed. It took quite a while before we were greeted, and service throughout the meal felt slow as he juggled multiple tables. On a separate visit, I ordered takeout. Unfortunately, the hostess who greeted me wasn't very welcoming, and there was another noticeable wait before my food was ready. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but I will say the burger itself was excellent--great flavor, a nice char, and a generous portion of fries. Overall, this place has a lot of potential given its atmosphere and food quality, but improving customer service--especially front-of-house friendliness and efficiency--would make a big difference. If you're already staying at the hotel, it's worth checking out, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to return.

It was beautiful outside, very earthy feels but we were placed at the table in front of the door and felt the artic, cold draft every time someone went inside in or out. The staff was rather quiet and dull. No one really interacted with us. We said less than 3-4 full sentences with the server. The food was good. We got the bread board. The fig jam is incredible. The salmon with zater seasoning tastes blackened but the citrus bourbon glaze made the dish. The risotto was the best dish! It would be better if the carrots and asparagus were chopped up and in the risotto. The risotto was so flavorful. Shrimp was good but please take off the salad garnish because it has no dressing and just felt like it was there to fill the bowl, but we would order it again! I would come back but it wouldn't be a staple. The food was great but there was no experience for this price.

The bartenders are amazing however we are sad our normal peeps have left. Tonight Sean KILLED it with us and so glad he was still there since first meeting him on Halloween. Honestly the reason for 4 stars is the fact the drunken wifey is gone and the 3% credit card fee. We have been coming here for a little over 5 years and never had to pay that. Wild change and slightly bs. You already charge a lot for food and drinks (increases over the years are noticeable with management changes) but when you always have a rather large bill usually $700-sometimes over $1000 depending on the kind of evening we're having it is going to be very noticeable. A change like that needs to be more obvious, minus a little print at the bottom of the menu. No one even noticed (since we really didn't need the menu to order) nor did our server. It truly makes me want to give you a three star but I can't discredit the hard working staff and people in the kitchen, as it is clearly the change of new management and the "rebuild" from the beginning of the year. It speaks volumes to a group that has been dedicated to the Americano since March of 2020 and now makes us wonder if it's time to move onto a different restaurant.

The dinner staff has also always been attentive, friendly, and on point. That said, I recently came in for brunch and had a very different experience. I'm a huge pancake person, so I was excited to try the strawberry pancakes, but they were honestly disappointing. They were soggy, lacked any fluff, and had more of a cornbread texture than a pancake. The strawberry topping also wasn't very appetizing--it seemed like it was meant to be more of a sauce, but it didn't quite work. I completely understand that higher-end restaurants like to get creative with their dishes, but I think some basics like pancakes should still be done really well. We were setup in a separate dining area from the main dining room, which allowed for better conversation without added noise. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive the entire time we were there, which was a couple hours. The milk bread is an absolute must! It's so pillowy soft and the flaky sea salt perfectly compliments it. I ordered the Wise Decision cocktail, which was refreshing. For my entree, I had the shishito Caesar salad and was advised I could add a protein from their skewer selection of chicken, pork belly or oyster mushrooms. I asked the waitress about the chicken and she advised that they are smoked and will appear pink from that, so not to be alarmed, but are moist and really flavorful. While the filet was tempting (and what everyone else at my table ordered), I wanted something lighter. Thankfully I was not disappointed in my selection. The chicken was as delicious as described and could be cut with a fork. The Caesar salad was well dressed, but not soggy. Do I think it was worth the money to add the chicken? Not if I were paying, but since my company paid for it, I think it was worth it. This is a great spot for a date night or special occasion.
