The food is AMAZING !! The wait staff was sweet and very attentive . The coffee was spot on !!! The Music playing in the background is calming and relaxing for an early morning stop. The restaurant is clean. I ate every bit of my food !!

First Watch - Prosper Our group of four came here for breakfast on a recent Wednesday morning. Surprisingly, the restaurant was almost empty. Thus, lucky of us, we were seated right away. The service was quick and friendly, fully explaining the menu and the seasonal specials. My pancake was exceptional, huge and tasty. The eggs and bacon were good, too, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, a nice breakfast at an OK price.

    Seriously look at the seasoning

Wanted to try something new so of course I went to yelp and looked up some brunch spots that were close to me and First Watch was it. Place is really nicely decorated with I would say a bougie country vibe. But an I'm a guy so ya I could be way off but let's just go with that. Menu was normal a couple of fat guy options and then a lot of other stuff. So the fat guy pick for me was the million dollar bacon and on my momma that stuff was on point as us kool kids say. Thick and crispy and packed with flavor and I didn't even use the maple syrup. I had this as an appetizer because well it's Bacon? My wife had the chorizo omelette and I had the meat lovers and both were good. They have this homemade bread that's all healthy and stuff but was legit good and served with in house preserves... Then the country potatoes, seasoned and crispy and probably the second best thing I had here. Definitely a good go to if you're wanting something new or just a great meal. Reason for the 4 star is because on the sweeteners that they offered, stevia and some type of brown sugar stuff?? (This is not ok for coffee guys.. be healthy in other way but you don't mess with the coffee. Just be normal and have sugar on the table. Fatboy tip: Million Dollar Bacon, bacon, bacon and ya bacon. Please let me know if you try it.

My mom eats here all the time & gets the same thing - The Traditional: scrambled eggs, bacon, English muffin and fruit. She likes it. I've only been here once and haven't had the same experience. I ordered the Trifecta: scrambled eggs, chicken sausage & a lemon ricotta pancake instead of the waffle which was a $3 extra charge to substitute. Only to find out the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are just regular pancakes with lemon curd and strawberries on top, not a lick of ricotta anywhere in this pancake! This is a pancake topped with lemon curd & strawberries! Either change the name or actually make a lemon ricotta batter to hold up with the name.

Not a drop of syrup in this. Why? Not a cheap menu so please give people real syrup, right?
    Sheila R.

Really disappointed that First Watch decision makers chose to NOT use real syrup. For a "healthier" type of place- I assumed the syrup would be real and it was sugar and caramel color.

I've never had a bad meal or experience here. Wish it was closer to home though as I'd be here much more often. Aside from great food and great service, I LOVE that they use ocean-friendly straws (scuba diver here!). Usually I skip the straw, but it's nice to have one that makes it easier to drink through all the ice, AND doesn't negatively impact the ocean. This IS something I take into consideration when choosing places to eat. Although my impact may be small, it's still an impact I'm happy to make. The ONLY thing I don't like about it here is the noise level. Wish they'd do something to make it a little less noisy... it's like an amphitheater in there lol.

The service here has continued to go down hill and was probably the worst my last time in today. I thought it would get better but it has not. A table for 1, 10 minutes to order, 30 minutes before my food came out; Turkey omelette and multigrain pancake plain, but an omelette and waffle with powdered sugar came out. Asked for pure maple syrup before the food, he brought regular. Asked for pure maple with the corrected order, it showed up. The same person who took my order no longer waited on me, the corrected pancake came out 10 minutes later. My original waiter was paying all his attention to a single table with 2 young girls and never came back. About 45 minutes into a dining experience that should be no more than 40 total. $38 meal with horrible service, no apology, explanation, or thank you and now I don't think it can get any worse there. I will not be back.

I am so happy they opened one up here In Prosper! I highly suggest you logging in online and getting on the waitlist. Food is great I'm so happy they offer gf options. My husband is obsessed with the sausage and gravy. I love the chicken pesto gf bowl.

I visited this location on Dec 9th. Very friendly staff and our waitress knew her menu which is always a plus. Food was delicious . I got the special which was a purple hash , it had egg , potatoes and pork shoulder. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and my cousin had a simple scramble eggs and bacon . We had cranberry mimosa that was great. Very nice ambiance and great location. I will be back for sure .

Love First Watch! Always a great experience. The Super food bowl with the chia seed pudding...I believe it's dessert for breakfast!

Today was fabulous. A massage at Massage Envy and a tasty lunch @first.watch in Prosper. I have been to the other location in Frisco, this was my first visit to the new location in Prosper. I love the whimsical decor, they had really cute focal pieces throughout featuring rustic reclaimed lumber, pallets and mixers used as light fixtures. My meal was fabulous. I got the Chickachunga. The sauce was really interesting that was on the burrito, had a hint of lemon. All the flavors played really nicely together. Fruit was really fresh, was done to perfect crispness. Server was very friendly and had great customer service. I'm sure this is going to be a favorite brunch location in the Prosper area, will definitely be back!!

First time to this location and really enjoyed our experience. I started with a morning meditation drink which I certainly recommend. For food I got the Healthy Turkey omelette which was perfectly filling & delicious. They brought fresh jams out for the toast which I appreciated. Our waiter was very attentive and we received excellent service.

Even with the quiet atmosphere, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We've had takeout from here before and remembered how fresh everything was, so we were really looking forward to eating in this time. There's plenty of seating inside, and the space feels open and comfortable. They also have tons of patio seating, which would be perfect on a nice evening. The interior has a rustic-industrial vibe, with a warm accent wall and touches like the decorative bureau that make the space feel thoughtfully designed. For dinner, we ordered the lime-marinated steak with rice and the citrus-grilled salmon. We subbed the sides for the broccoli salad and roasted vegetables, and everything came out quickly and piping hot. The flavors were fresh, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Overall, Urban Cookhouse was a great experience--friendly staff, fast service, and tasty, well-prepared food. We'll definitely be back.

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.
