My sister and I stopped here for a quick breakfast while we were out and had a great time. I ended up with a cup of coffee, hash, and the million dollar bacon. Since we were just refueling, we split the meal.

Very busy and loud, but our server was still attentive! We decided to try the items on the summer seasonal menu.. Everything was fresh and delicious. First Watch is definitely a breakfast/lunch spot you have to visit at least once in your life!

Sorry Folks but I have visited this place dozens of times and the last two times have been very disappointing. Last time we visited it was Slow to be Seated because Staffing was the Problem, this time it was the Kitchen was Understaffed. When our Food came out my Sausages were burnt to a crisp, I called the waitress over She said Oh Sorry and returned with only one because they were out. Several other tables also sent back food items because of being over cooked. Seems either the Manager or Cook Manager should have Noticed this Way before or they just don't care how much Money they lose for the Business. Think I will wait a few weeks before coming back Another Broken Egg is just a Mile down the Road.

Cutest breakfast spot! The server was so kind and literally a mind reader! The vibe in the restaurant had a classic hometown feel! Would definitely order the Floridian French toast again!

    Yep; there's a wait. A 45-minute wait.

Visited here again 6/16/23 with our granddaughter and her boyfriend. We used to frequent FW in another state, but have have been to this one a few times with family. The price of coffee is high here ($3.89). In fact, we considered all their prices to be high. I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich on GF bread, hubby had Turkey Sausage Gravy Biscuit, the boyfriend had a Ham & Gruyere Sandwich, and the granddaughter had the Skillet Hash. Three of us had coffee. Breakfast for four, with tip, came to just under $80.

We used made a reservation but there was still a not too bad wait. The place is always packed with people and lovely, which speaks to the service and food. I normally get the quinoa chicken bowl but the seasonal shrimp and grits were too good looking to pass up. The grits were thick and salted/seasoned just right. The shrimp was not undercooked and overly chewy (I hate that) so I was So Happy! No complaints at all about this meal! Good brunch scene and ambiance.

I was finally able to stop by First Watch. We got there around 830am and there was no wait time. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! The star of the show was definitely the bananas fosters French toast. We shared that as a dessert. Pro tip: If you go online, you can check the wait times as well as go ahead and get in line while you're on the way! I definitely will be returning to check out other menu items.

A little European escape... just 2 hours from Atlanta If…read moreyou're looking for something different without hopping on a flight, check out Old Europe Coffee and Desserts inside BridgeWay Station. The entire area is designed like a small European village stone buildings, archways, towers... it honestly doesn't feel like South Carolina. What stood out The dessert case alone will stop you in your tracks. They had: cakes, cheesecakes, and eclairs macarons, cookies, biscotti croissants, scones, and pastries breakfast sandwiches + quiche It's the kind of place where you go in for coffee and end up wanting a full spread. Drinks + pricing Full coffee menu with everything you'd expect: espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, chai, plus some fun seasonal drinks like chocolate strawberry and s'mores-inspired options. Prices felt fair for a specialty coffee shop, not overdone. The vibe This is what makes it worth the trip. It's not just a coffee shop -- it's an experience: great for a date solo coffee run content/photos or just walking around with a drink You can grab your coffee and actually enjoy the space instead of rushing out. Worth the drive? From Atlanta, it's about 2 hours so I'd treat it as a day trip or add-on stop, not just a quick coffee run. But if you like: unique spots good desserts aesthetic environments ...it's definitely worth checking out.

The only bakery cafe kind of place in this locality and had to say it was nothing like the reviews…read moreactually described it as. THE FOOD: We did try their Chocolate truffle cake and hot chocolate. Was initially confused between Tiramisu and Chocolate truffle cake and the staff there suggested to take the Chocolate truffle cake. It was not good at all. To be honest it looked like it was taken straight out of the refrigerator after storing it for the whole week. Very disappointing. Even the tiramisu looked like that. Seemed old and not so fresh. The cake was bland and there's not flavor in anything. Definitely my taste buds were in good shape that day! The hot chocolate was kind of okay. Nothing special about it either. Not sure what's so European about that either. They did have a good collection of macaroons but cake options were limited and slightly over priced IMO for the quantity and quality. AMBIENCE & SERVICE: The bakery tries to be rustic and is kind of decently lit. It's actually very cramped and all the tables & chairs were not arranged as we walked in on one side. The other side had a lot of tables overlapping and no place to walk into even if you found a place. They then started to arrange the tables and chairs on the other side probably after 6 PM in the evening. Not sure what's stopped them from arranging it earlier? Didn't see any cleaning going on either. The staff there seem good but look a lot careless or disinterested or out of touch with the work. Paper towels/ napkins were hard to find and when asked for they just hand over one sheet/ slice of paper napkin. Like really for a table of 3? I would try not visit this place as the quality is very average in terms of food and ambience. BOTTOMLINE: A sub standard bakery cafe with decent options and variety serving bland 3-4 days old cakes that doesn't have to be this pricey within a cramped space and a lackluster service. Nothing against anyone, just was super disappointed with a basic "not fresh" cake. MY PICKS FOR YOU: Avoid if possible!
