Brunch here is amazing! The food is delicious and the ambiance is pretty chill. It can get very busy on the weekends making it difficult to park. I recommend calling or popping in to place your name on the list. The service is always great and never had any issues. You have a choice of potatoes or grits. The wait time was less than 10 min from the time she took my order. It wasn't very busy at the time I arrived which was about 12:30. This location looks a bit different from the Johns Creek location. Appears to be larger. I usually sit outside but it's cold today. So I opted to sit inside. My server was very professional and she knew the menu inside out. I noticed she worked her section very well. Every customer was given a little chit chat . I do believe her name was Tiffany. The omelette was delicious! This omelette comes with feta cheese, diced turkey, onions, tomatoes , spinach and green onions. Oh boy! . Whole grain toast with preserves- strawberry . I also asked for preserve. I asked for water instead of OJ. The water was served in glass bottle like milk bottle. Love that! So clean! Oh the potatoes are so good! They're seasoned to perfection not too salty or no seasoning at all. Just perfect. You get about 2 cup fulls which is plenty. Chose this location because of it having 4 stars. But next time would definitely go to another one. It looked like there would be a long wait but we got seated very quickly. Then we waited about 30 minutes to get our food, which we ordered as soon as we sat down for quicker service. Overall the Bacon Cornbread was delicious, the mix of flavors was exquisite. The waffle was also good, the eggs were regular kind of tasteless but just plain eggs. The French toast was also delicious! I had high hopes after good reviews from friends. Let's start with positives; absolutely great service, and the Golden glow juice was phenomenal. The food? I had some issues. The shrimp and Grits came out of the kitchen so fast I couldn't believe it. But, it was greasy, yet somehow the shrimp were undercooked. I sent it back and got the avocado toast with poached eggs. We both ordered eggs Benedict. My mom ordered the classic and I ordered the BLT. Took forever to get our food and when we did get it, it was lukewarm at best. I asked for my bacon and potatoes to be well done. Neither were well done. To be honest with you, I think our food was ready long before we got it and our waitress was too busy talking to other employees. I also needed a refill on my Diet Coke and it took her 10 minutes to get that for me. While I was waiting I watched our waitress stand outside the kitchen talking to other employees and then bring another order while I was sitting there with an empty glass. We love First Watch and have eaten at several different locations. Today at the Snellville location was an awful experience. My husband ordered the power wrap and it was wet, like he had to ring it out. It looked like soup on his plate. I ordered the traditional breakfast with eggs over easy. One yolk was right and the other was solid. The eggs nor potatoes had any seasoning on them. Same for our daughter's omelette. She ordered the works omelette with potatoes and it was just sooo bland. Oh, and the coffee tasted burnt. I usually drink my coffee black but added cream then sugar to try to get it drinkable and that didn't even work. Add the crappy service to stop it all off. What do you do when your morning has been filled with craziness? You come here and begin your morning again. It was pretty slow for a Sunday so we were seated quickly and our waitress was at our table as soon and we sat down. QUICK TIPS: *typically packed weekends, so try to visit early. *located in a plaza, so parking can be challenging. Make sure you park in the right areas or you may be towed. Review: Our food arrived within 15 minutes after our order was placed. It was popping hot and smelled delicious! I ordered the Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Fritata with potatoes. I've never had a Fritata before but the mixture of salmon, cream cheese and chives set this Fritata on Fih-yah! The potatoes were soft and paired deliciously with the flavors in the fritata. Tip: scoop the chive drizzle up with the potatoes. It taste fantastic and gives the potatoes a tangy zing to activate those salivary glands. I also ordered a Banana Granola Pancake. If you've never visited First Watch and you're reading this, beware this pancake takes up the entire plate! It is huge and can feed 2 people easily! This pancake is my favorite menu item. The banana, and granola pair perfectly with the syrup. It's a sweet, crunchy fiesta in my mouth and I can't stop once I've started!! Such an amazing flavor combination. My girlfriend ordered the Chickchanga with potatoes and fruit! The presentation was amazing, the flavors surprising and look of satisfaction on her face made this dish worthy. This dish has a kick of spice but enough flavor to keep you going without realizing you finished. It's a unique spin of Mexican flavors and the Vera Cruz sauce completes this plate of perfection! Like the iconic X-Man, I also am also a dedicated breakfast cook, with pancakes being my specialty. Because I consider myself a pancake connoisseur, I know i may be pretty tough on reviewing a restaurant. With that being said, these Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are pretty friggin' good! While I would have made them a little thicker and fluffier, and they could have used a lot more of the lemon topping, the flavors of lemon, strawberry, and mint were terrific. Fist Watch "The Daytime Cafe" has a great menu for breakfast and lunch, with a lot of vegetarian options. (Crimini mushrooms seem to be all over the menu. Am I missing something here?) It is the kind of place you can't help but look at what the people next to you are getting. There was a wait to be seated, but the process was organized and easy, with coffee provided while we were waiting. Service was A-ok. I will be back to try more pancakes. I came here for a birthday brunch with my volunteer coordinator who just accepted me to volunteer for my local community. The customer service is amazing. I did not see the health score, I was just excited about it being my birthday. The bathroom was spotless. Our server was an upbeat, friendly young lady. I ordered the frittata rustica, basically it was an open faced omelet with fresh veggies, feta and parmesan cheese. I chose mixed green salad for my side, and it came with a perfectly toasted and buttered mini ciabatta bread. The atmosphere is calm, very breakfast brunchy!
