Me and a friend came here after we went to the movies for my best friend's birthday.And I am so happy that doordash has the option of having it pick up from the location. Shortly after eating, I developed severe stomach pain and digestive issues that lasted for four days. While I have enjoyed their food in the past, this experience was quite concerning. Our order arrive fairly fast. The meal is wonderful for the price; knowing it is healthier than a burger. When you pull up to the drive thru - the menu was very confusing! Lol Im assuming because all of it is chicken salad and Sandwiches in the same format lol! Also - it looks outdated the menu box and holder (whatever you call the drive thru thing) but that's neither here nor there. The server was not really helpful with it being my first time but tried to help me towards the end make the best selection. I'm a regular on Scenic Hwy in Snellville and have seen the sign for Chicken Salad Chick coming (in the old Wendy's location in front of LA Fitness). I've heard of the brand, but hadn't been to one until today. I ordered online because that's my norm during the pandemic. I reached the online order site via Google and it was pretty self explanatory. You can order by the scoop, on a salad, or get a sandwich primarily. They offer some treats as well (the little butter cookies are great and practically melt in your mouth). Online order: Took about 20 min for prep (not sure if this is all orders or just mine - I ordered 3 meals) I kept a separate window open on my phone to see what each of the speciality chicken salads contained. You skip the line and pick up your order at the order counter. Taste: Really enjoyed our meals on Croissant (classic, BBQ, and Sassy Scotty). Again, the cookies are a great treat Cost: Not bad cost, about 26 bucks for 3 sandwich meals They were filling (relative to lunch) Opportunity: The croissant could be a bit more crispy or toasted. After friends kept telling about this place and how great the food is, we had to give it a try and oh boy I'm glad we did. We visited the restaurant in Snellville and enjoyed the whole experience. They have eight or so Chicken salads. Plus egg salad, pasta salad, and assorted desserts. This was our first visit and so the menu board looked overwhelming, You can get a sandwich or a scoop My companion and I chose the scoop combination I had regular chicken salad on a combo plate with egg salad and pasta salad. My companion opted for the grape and nut chicken salad with pasta salad and a dessert. The counter attendant was pleasant and patient she entered our order and handed us a placard with a number, told us to sit anywhere and they would bring our food to the table when it was ready. We found a table and we're served within five minutes. We are going to go again whenever we are in Snellville and anywhere else at meal time we will check Yelp to see if they have a store nearby. read more

This is my first time visiting, but I do love a good chicken salad. I visited this establishment because I had a free birthday meal to redeem and out of all the free birthday rewards our deals, I have gotten from restaurants over the year this establishment was the most generous. They offered a free frosted cookie with my meal, which they offer with every meal and I find that amazing and shows appreciation for their guests. Customer service was awesome. The girl that assisted me upon knowing I was new to this restaurant she began explaining the different options to me and even mentioned some of her favorites and why they were. It really helped with my decision making because the plethora of options I was not prepared for but I appreciate. The ambiance was relaxing, but the traffic in the area was horrendous as usual, which is no fault of the location, which is what delayed me from visiting this restaurant sooner. Hopefully Snellville will do something about the traffic, so I can visit more frequently in the future! It will do if you want a chicken salad really badly and can't find/make a delicious one of your own. I got the cranberry and it was pretty tasteless but salt and pepper I think would have helped. This location appeared to be off to a great start with community interest and positive support. There is no concern with the quality of the food here, the variety is great, it's light enough for lunch and their take home containers are a great weekend treat! My only area of concern is their efficiency, especially during lunch hours. They share a parking lot with Starbucks and the entry into Starbucks is always jammed with traffic from Chicken salad chick. This location doesn't have good flow of traffic or system management. Their flow is not efficient and not managed well during the 11am-2pm time frame. I'm not sure what the processes are inside of the restaurant, however, it appears that they have more customers than they can handle, which results in 30-60min drive through wait times. Just an FYI if you're thinking this will be a quick lunch stop, it is not. read more

Today was my chance in Auburn, and it did not disappoint! Decor was cute, fun signs and the story behind the brand! The service was full of southern hospitality, especially with offering samples! I got the original and I couldn't resist a scoop of pimento cheese! My husband and daughter both enjoyed the Buffalo chicken salad as a BLT! We all loved our lunch! And true to the story, the extra touch of the buttercream cookie to end the meal was special! Rating only pertaining to the menu options. There's mayo in everything so it is not ideal for anyone that is vegan or dairy free diet. So for me it's a no even when just ordering sides. I tried this place out for lunch upon the recommendation of a friend. My wife and I walked up the counter and told the young lady taking orders that it was our first time visiting their restaurant, and she immediately started explaining the menu to us. As I looked at the menu and listened to her explain it to me I could feel my eyes roll back in my head as I began to become overwhelmed. Her explanation seemed far too complicated with all of the various options and combinations. I am Gluten Free, and I will say, all of the GF options are clearly marked on the menu. Once I figured out my options, I ordered the Cranberry Kelli with a side spinach salad. I told the girl I wanted the combo called "The Chick" which is a scoop of chicken salad with salad, except I wanted the Cranberry Kelli salad instead of the straight chicken salad. She honored my request, except I thought a drink came with the combo. After paying I found out a drink did not come with my meal and I had to pay an additional $1.79 for a drink. This may seem petty to some, but I think it's ridiculous to exclude the drink from a combo meal deal. Everyone, including McDonalds, Taco Bell and Wendy's, include the drink in their meal. On the menu Chicken Salad Chick shows a drink in the illustration next to the meal, so I think it's a little deceiving, although they do notate in the menu stating the additional charge for a drink. It just seems silly to do this and a little tricky with the price of the meal. The young lady who took our order, although overwhelming me with too much information, was friendly and helpful. However, the food server was another story. She did not bring any utensils to our table with our food, so we had to ask for them. Then, when I asked if their were cups at the soda fountain for water (because I did not get a drink with my meal) she seemed rather perturbed at me and quickly ran off in a huff and brought a cup back to our table. She never smiled or said a word to us, but her body language and the expression on her face was enough. She seemed thoroughly disgusted at me at this point, so I didn't ask for anything further, although I could have used some salt and pepper. I have to say for the cost, in the end, I didn't get much and the quality was not all that great. The chicken salad was good, but not great (I could make better), and the spinach salad was wilted and not in very good condition. The total cost of my meal consisting of what I would consider a medium scoop of chicken salad (enough to make a sandwich) and a small wilted spinach salad was $7.99 and I was still hungry when I left. My recommendation to those trying this restaurant for the first time: take time to read the menu thoroughly and understand what you are ordering before ordering, and look at your food carefully when it is brought to your table. If the quality is not satisfactory, make them exchange it or ask for a refund. read more
