This is a very popular place for breakfast in the area. Be prepared to wait about 30 minutes for a table on an average morning. The location is good central to 75. They also do offer a community table if you're by yourself or have a small party and don't mind with sitting at a table shared with others. We are right around 9:30 AM on a Sunday were told by the hostess the wait would be approximately 30 minutes and they took my cell phone number. You get a text when your table is ready. The inside waiting area was small so we ended up outside. At first waiting outside wasn't so bad but the day warmed up quickly it would be nice if there was some more room in the inside waiting area. Once we were seated our order was taken quickly and I was surprised how fast our food came out. The food was good moderately priced but nothing extraordinary. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive in the restaurant itself was clean. On our way out it was hard to get back to the front to pay it was even more crowded. Was a line to pay and a line to get out the door. The front area of the restaurant could be organized a little bit better so that it's not so congested. All in all the food here is good comes out quickly and the price is fair just be ready for a wait to be seated and a crowded restaurant. read more

Sorry, but this place just sucks! The only reason I would consider 2 stars is because the service, but the food is terrible. Compared to other local breakfast restaurants it is sub par. I'd rather spend my money on the breakfast menu at McDonalds as I guarantee you their pancakes are better. I'll take the Pepsi challenge and if you do in a blind test McD's will win. The pancakes at First Watch must be pre-made as they somehow break apart and seem stale, gross! As for the fruit, unfortunately they serve it with most meals and you can tell it's been sitting in a fridge overnight as the flavors mesh with each other. Do yourself a favor and go to the Publix around the corner as their fruit is MUCH better! For some reason there is a line out the door at this place, maybe because of the free coffee in the waiting area, but spare yourself of that as well. My coffee maker at work is ten times better and trust me, that stuff is aweful. If you want good service, First Watch is good but you service only takes you so far as the food is just plain aweful. The superfoods breakfast bowl is probably the best breakfast I've had in a long time. The chia pudding and blackberry preserves topped with the other ingredients are a perfect combination of great! I really hope they don't remove it from the menu. I'm also a big fan of the kale tonic. read more

I've heard many positive comments about First Watch from my friends so decided to try them for breakfast. I couldn't have been more disappointed. I'm more of a traditional breakfast person, eggs, home fries and toast. Didn't see anything on the menu with these choices. They had a traditional breakfast which included a meat choice. I expected the waitress to just place the order a la carte. No, she charged me for the traditional breakfast even though I didn't want any meat. I might have been fine with that if the breakfast was good. The over easy eggs were undercooked, the whites were excessively runny. The home fries were very undercooked, not even browned and the toast was slathered with butter. There was so much butter on the toast it didn't melt. Frankly the toast was gross. I could have gotten a similar breakfast at Waffle House for about $7 and received a properly prepared meal. I was charged more than $12 for a disgusting undercooked meal. Went there for lunch. There were four of us in our party. It was quite busy. The waitress took our order and messed up my order, not once but twice. When she finally brought the correct order, everyone else had already finished eating. I tipped according to the poor service. I complained to the cashier when paying the bill. She didn't seem concerned. I know now I should have asked to speak with the manager. When I later got my credit card statement an additional tip had been added by First Watch or someone at First Watch. I didn't think restaurants could do this. I went here with my family and some relatives on my brother's birthday, and I was really impressed. We did have to wait about 20 to 30 minutes for seating for our party of 8, but it was to be expected with how popular of a place it is. I was a little worried beforehand since alot of time eating out can be really bad if your try to eat healthy and watch your weight, but their website had their menu posted along with each item's nutritional facts, as well as a section dedicated to healthier lower fat options made it a more comforting experience. The food was really good and fresh, featuring a wide range of brakfast items, and pancakes so large ordering one would be like ordering two or three elsewhere. Our server was really helpful and friendly, even going over parts of the menu to take an order from my aunt through a cellphone since she was running late and the kitchen was about to close. The whole staff was really accommodating, not minding us staying after 2:30 to finish talking over coffee, even though they stop serving then. Also, my dad was footing the bill for everyone, and it was a lot less than he had expected, which really made him happy. Overall, i'd gladly go back again. read more

I love the fact the food leans to the healthier side of things. Of course you can still get eggs, bacon, potatoes and pancakes with all the butter you want if you just ask. The food is fresh and I just love their variety of unique dishes. Things like their cranberry nut pancakes seems odd but were incredible when I tried them. Plus you can order pancakes in 1,2 or 3 and you pay for the numer. So you arent beimg over charged. When I don't have a tooth for the sweeter fare I love their skillets with a side of their vera cruz sauce. The best part is they don't stick to a regimented menu. They will pretty much cook you anything you like your way. I always customize my skillets different than those offered on the menus. This is our First Choice for breakfast. read more

I went to First watch this morning with a couple girlfriends because it is my birthday and we all LOVE first watch. I've been to this location plenty of times before and always had great service. Before we arrived we called to put our name on the list (because the app wasn't working so my friend called and they put us down) and we showed up probably 5-10 minutes after our reservation time so we walked up to the lady right when we got there and she said there was still 3-4 tables in front of us. So we figured we just hadn't been called. About 20 minutes later my friend went up to the register again to ask how many more tables were ahead now and at this time it was the male manager and he looked at her and said "yeah I called your name about a thousand times with no answer." This HAD to have been before we arrived because we would have heard it since we were standing right next to the register the whole time but when we first came in and asked and she said there was still a few tables ahead of us, we just assumed they hadn't gotten to us yet. Anyway, he told my friend to give them a few minutes and we sat back down and while he is up there he is speaking with a female and says "Anna's party finally showed up." I got infuriated at that. He knew we were within hearing distance because he saw me looking at him after he said that. There was obviously a miscommunication between the management because when we first arrived we were never told that our name had already been called or else we would have gladly put our name back on the list and waited just like everyone else. I know it was Sunday morning and it was busy and stressful (I have worked in the restaurant business before) but I felt so uncomfortable after he spoke about us like that. He didn't even apologize for his actions. It was not a good start to my birthday at all. If he had at least come to our table and apologized for the way he spoke to a paying customer it would have sat better with me. Incredibly disappointed with that location today. read more
