this was horrible service and food, first of all we were told a 20 minute wait for three of us so we gave her our # and we sat in the car, and then once it was 20 minutes we went in even though we didn't get a text cause we didn't want to lose our table i said to the hostess that we had been waiting the time she told us and i knew cause when u sign in they send u a text and it had been 20 minutes since that text was sent but she just caught an attitude and said they are cleaning your table, which took another 20 minutes for them to apparently clean our table...we ended up waiting to be sat for 40 minutes. then when we were sat i asked about the menu to our server who took about a whole 10 minutes to greet us and i asked about the prices on one of their specialty drinks that morning and he told me it was $2 and i said okay and ordered it then later on when i got my check and looked at the receipt ended up being $4 for some freaking watermelon juice. i ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and the bacon was literally inedible cause it was rock hard like as if i were ripping apart beef jerky i literally showed my friends and they were like what the heck. but whatever we just ate and then as i'm two bites into my sandwich our server walks over with the check and boxes and says okay hope everything was good i got you guys some boxes and here's ur checks and you pay at the front than my friend proceeded to say she was gonna order to go food so that check wouldn't have even been right as he rolls his eyes and takes her to go order and walks away i'm like what is going on how is he going to rush us to finish and be mad when we say we want to order more when not once did he come check on us ask if we wanted refills or say is there anything else i can get you??? i work in the restaurant business and this is just unacceptable. so he brings her new check and to go food and i'm still finishing up my food when he tries to grab my plate with literally still half a sandwich and all my hash browns and i was just like sorry i'm not done and he was like or your still going at it. just horrible service we had waited 40 minutes for a table and sat and ate for about 15 before we were pushed out of our table for more customers finally as i'm walking over to pay i look at my receipt and my total was $18 for a breakfast sandwich that came with a side of hash browns and a watermelon juice like what then i saw the drink was way more expensive then he had told me previously but i just paid but definitely did not tip for that shitty food and service will not return. read more

Had the worst food poisoning when i had avocado toast with poached eggs on Sunday 19th Aug. This place has gone down in hygiene. Guests are allowed to jump with their their dirty footwear in sofa seats an adult too had other shoes on the sofa and none of the staff told them off. Will never go there again read more

Service is great! When your plate arrives it opens up your appetite even more. They have a lot of options based on your mood. The environment and the decor itself is very comfy and welcoming. This was quite possibly the worst experience I've had at First Watch. The wait was 1 1/2 hours even though I used the app and I called ahead to double check wait times. Once we arrived, I was told it would be an additional 15 mins and it was actually 30 mins. Our waitress barely came around and it took our food forever to come out. I woke up extra early for a family breakfast, that means I was extra grouchy and less hungry than I would like to be when eating out. Luckily, all that went away once we arrived and I was surprised to see it was newly renovated and turned into a gorgeous modern-meets-farm style. Once I saw this I knew I was in for a treat and suddenly really excited to sit down and take a look at the menu. Really surprised with all the great options they have but I had to narrow it down to the Avocado Toast. Other family members got the Belgian waffles, carrot cake pancakes, and a breakfast chimichanga. The service was quick and the food was incredible. The avocado toast came very quick and the plate was accompanied with two over easy eggs(which were cooked to perfection) and the avocado toast had lemon and a little but of EVOO on it. The mix of flavored were new to me but it was scrumptious. The coffee was better than expected too! I was blown away by my experience and can't wait to go back. read more

This is my favorite breakfast restaurant of all time. Their food is delicious & there is such a great selection. I've never had an issue with the food. However, I did not give this a five star rating just because it is a little annoying that every time I go it is always packed. They do have the "No Wait" app to allow you to put your name on the waiting list before you even get there, but sometimes I impulsively want to go there & I end up not going because the wait is so long EVEN IF I put my name on the waiting list beforehand. The service is great & so is the food, it's is just the wait is a little disappointing, but I appreciate that they have this app now to try & make it so there is less of a wait. read more

Yesterday I had a very good smoked salmon scramble that would have been better if it contained more then a tiny drop of cream cheese. Cream cheese was one of the main elements of the dish, but the kitchen was a pretty stingy. That's been my complaint in the past as well. I know that I'm only talking about one dish. In the past I've had great pancakes, and tasty sandwiches. I didn't have the potatoes but from what I saw on other people's plates they're still square but they looked bigger and moist. That's an improvement on potatoes of the paste. I'll continue to go to First Watch. read more

This is a very popular place for breakfast in the area. Be prepared to wait about 30 minutes for a table on an average morning. The location is good central to 75. They also do offer a community table if you're by yourself or have a small party and don't mind with sitting at a table shared with others. We are right around 9:30 AM on a Sunday were told by the hostess the wait would be approximately 30 minutes and they took my cell phone number. You get a text when your table is ready. The inside waiting area was small so we ended up outside. At first waiting outside wasn't so bad but the day warmed up quickly it would be nice if there was some more room in the inside waiting area. Once we were seated our order was taken quickly and I was surprised how fast our food came out. The food was good moderately priced but nothing extraordinary. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive in the restaurant itself was clean. On our way out it was hard to get back to the front to pay it was even more crowded. Was a line to pay and a line to get out the door. The front area of the restaurant could be organized a little bit better so that it's not so congested. All in all the food here is good comes out quickly and the price is fair just be ready for a wait to be seated and a crowded restaurant. read more
