Stopped at this location for the first time. Very busy and we were put on a wait list. Took about 10 min to get a seat. We sat and had to wait a long while before someone asked to take our drink order. Did not receive lemon in one of the waters as asked. Also, when placing a food order, the waitress was pretty rude to my daughter and said, "I CAN'T HEAR YOU!" Listen lady, it's loud in there. Be a little more friendly, and perhaps apologize for not being able to hear her properly. Also, when she brought our beverages, we all thanked her and she said nothing. Waitress never came back and asked how our food was or if we need anything else. It was awkward. Food was good tho. A different lady brought food and was way friendlier. Server proceeded to say it was his fault that he made modifications and shouldn't have done that. When looking at our receipt, she charged for an extra coffee which I did not have. One of my go to places for brunch on Saturdays! I always love the atmosphere and ambiance coming here. Wide open dining room really gives a homey and communal feeling. The people working here are friendly and super awesome. They bring the food out quick and keep the coffee and drinks full. The food itself was delicious as well. My omelette was a huge portion size, with lots of breakfast potatoes and some delicious multigrain toast. They also did not skimp on the filling in the omelette. 3 things about this place: 1. Welcoming staff and was seated right away. The place was a little hidden for me but was able to find it without a problem. Clean environment with wide spaces with different seatings available. The waitress was fantastic and couldn't have asked for a better one. 2. Coffee was excellent and was freshly brewed. Omelets, Biscuits and Gravy, and Quinoa bowl were ordered and they came out faster than I anticipated. Portions were a good size and the price was very reasonable. 3. Omelets tasted very good along with the quinoa bowl. However, water had to be asked since it was never brought to us. Water is a given at a restaurant and shouldn't have been asked. The eggs were spot on I asked for over hard, they over delivered!, I asked for bacon extra crispy and it was exactly that with an amazing flavor, and the waffle... straight from heaven. I ordered takeout last weekend and made the mistake of not getting both of my bags at their pickup station, therefore it was my fault, and called to let them know. They were so incredibly kind and generous about the situation where they cooked my order again so my family wouldn't have a cold meal when I got back from picking up the items I left at their pickup station. Oh how I'd love first watch, but every location you go to is always so different. This is the location closest to my house and my preferred location. They always have extremely pleasant service, and food times are relatively quick even when the store is busy. Food Freshness is always top-notch. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the coffee, but that is just because it is too dark for my liking. They are a chain restaurant, so corporate decides these menu items. My lack of five stars is due to my personal experience, with takeout. I have had several instances where multiple items have been missing. But I want to say, how management handles these situations, is make it or break it for me. Mistakes happen. This location prides itself on making sure their customer experience is satisfactory, and is happy to make things right. It is the reason this is my preferred location, as it feels like having a family breakfast. Everyone is happy to finally have something here in Land O Lakes and it shows. This place is always packed. Been to many other first watch locations and this one lives up to the rest. Solid food and a nice atmosphere. Love the get in line for a table feature they offer online. Took my two children for breakfast. Three entrees and 3 drinks came to $52. I had the day off and wanted to treat my son to breakfast while running errands. First Watch was a great decision! Great location in the Terra Bella plaza with tons of parking. Easy in and out entry from the Livingston entrance. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a friendly hostess and thankfully it wasn't super busy so she sat us right away. Our server Morgan was so sweet! She greeted us, offered coffee and asked us what we would like to drink. She was so patient with my son. My son ordered from the kid's menu and had the chocolate chip pancakes which comes with 2 strips of bacon. He loved them and was so pleased! (He's very easy going but he is also quick to let me know if he's unhappy with something, lol). I ordered the farm stand tacos (SO GOOD!). The black beans that come with it are seasoned well and the tacos were delicious! I was stuffed after eating all 3. I couldn't finish my Purple Haze lemonade but it was very good with a lavender flavor. Such an interesting drink. The restaurant itself was very clean. Great customer service. 6/28/24 - Enjoyed a birthday lunch with my husband. It wasn't as busy at 1pm on a Friday as we thought it might be. We were greeted immediately and warmly by Alexia who also it turned out was our server. We liked the quiet back booth and soon had our beverage order of blackberry ice tea. Our entrees were the Monterey Club and the Salmon & Vegetable Frittata. Both of us selected the tomato soup as the side. It was as delicious as it has been on previous visits. The entree choices were new one for us. However, the food here has been consistently good in the past and today was no exception! This review was hard to give a good rating because the hostess kept changing my wait time. When I got there it was a 20 minute wait. After 25 minutes went by I went up to the front to see the status and I was told another 15 minutes. After that 15 minutes past I was told another 10 minutes. Well after waiting 55 minutes I was committed and finally seated. I just wish the communication was a little bit better from the hostess because they were numerous upset people in the same situation. Here is my look onto people who come here for the first time or for those who want to follow the trend. When you come to First Watch it all depends on the time of day. Weekends, especially in the morning prepare to wait or learn to use the waitlist on Yelp. I've been to several and my experience has always been phenomenal. It is a popular establishment for there concept in healthy meals. So we all want to be healthy in one way or another. Hence the reason we come to First Watch. Everything I tried has always pleased me, some more than others. My go-to drink has always been the Kale tonic (refreshing) no matter which one I stopped into the drink has always been made correctly. The communication works best if you have an understanding of what these waitresses and waiters are doing. Which is to try to serve many people while still keeping everyone happy. I commend these waiters/waitresses on a job well done. Despite the negatives, some may say it is definitely a hard job, the reason we can easily complain. Because none of us can do it. It is always easy writing a bad review but to understand why we review is more important. We are the ones helping others understand an establishment for the next patrons that walk in can have a better site of what to expect. So kudos to First Watch and all their employees who make this place what it is. Every visit has been a great one no matter which one my family and I have gone to. read more

BUT the service is/has been horrible every single time which trumps everything. Just ruins the entire experience sadly. This is the third time we have eaten (tried to eat) at this location. I put our name in and was told a 25 min wait. As I walked out back to my car to wait, I saw easily 5 open tables just sitting there waiting to be cleaned off. (Red flag #1- must be short staff if they cannot keep up with cleaning tables for waiting guest) 25 min go by, no text. I walk in to see what was going on only to be told it would be another 20 min! I told them how could that be as I was told that 25 min ago. Customers with call ahead seating kept being added in front of me. (Now, I understand call ahead seating and decreasing wait time) BUT to tell someone who arrived, put their name on the list, sat and waited, then to be told it didn't matter and to keep waiting? Could he 20 more min or more? Really? (Red flag #2- no time management training) The hostess asked if we wanted to speak to the manager, we said sure. They stood there and gave us a blank stare. Said they couldn't actually get the manager because they were the chef and cooking food. Why ask if we want to speak to them then? (Red flag #3- if there was an emergency where manager need to step in (clean tables for waiting guests) they couldn't?) Sadly we won't be back. Maybe First Watch at another location. read more

We have been coming here for a bout two years. Thomas is our favorite server. There was a time when I was vegan and I was able to eat here. He took great care to assist me in my ordering clean food. They offer ethical food choices with organic and cafe free eggs. Fresh juice fusions. New menu specials frequently. They are always clean and give great service. We appreciate them and the care they give to us as regulars. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask and their care in accommodation to me is greatly appreciated and I will stay loyal to this location even though they are putting on closer to my home.
