    Fried crab
    Janet M.

Unfortunately, we were too fast at eating our meals! I actually ordered crab cakes and onion rings. My boyfriend ordered wings and fries. My friends ordered fried crab and fritters. Everything was very delicious and extremely inexpensive! The portions were large! I only didn't give them a five becauseI was told the area is not very safe to be around. We ate there and they had to have the place locked due to the homeless.... They have a drive thru but we showed up in an Uber. The cashier was super sweet and very attentive! I would definitely go back!

This place is small but tasty. While from the outside it's not much but there was a line in the drive thru the entire time I was there. There was one clerk who worked both the lobby and the drive thru. He was great, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The fish was seasoned and fried perfectly. The chicken was just as good! There's one thing missing that would make this place a 5 for me and that is sauce. They have packet of sauces(ketchup, coleslaw, and hot sauce) which was okay but it did no justice to the food. I ended up just eating the meal mostly without sauce. I'm sure the chef that seasoned the food perfectly could figure out a couple sauces that would pair well with the food. When he does, this place will be at the top of my list for a quick fish place in WPB. Please give this place a truck it's worth it.

I'm not sure where to start with this one. So; I went because I REALLY wanted some seafood and this place had pretty ok reviews. It's bad when the employee tells you that hook and fish is better. I should have gone there. So first of all; they are open drive thru and walk up. Wish I would have known that but I did attempt to call to find out; no one answered the phone. We went through the drive thru and there was a line which made me hopeful that the food would be good. Prices are reasonable but I don't think they are serving the best quality fish. I ordered the "catfish" which is a fish called Pangasius because they had run out of ocean perch. I also had shrimp, fries, and hush puppies (had no idea it came with white bread; otherwise I would have gotten a different side. When we got the food home the fish was hot but everything else wasn't. The batter FELL OFF of the fish completely and exposed a texture of fish I wasn't used to. I bought two meals from them and we wound up throwing both of them away. Needless to say this will definitely be my first and only time coming to this place .

Fried Tilapia, fried chicken, yellow rice

Staying at a hotel nearby and overheard ppl talking about this place. I ordered through the drive thru. The fried tilapia and fried chicken over yellow rice was oh so good. The fish was fresh and the crack seasoned chicken wings were addicting. The size of shrimp was kinda small but I like how they did not over batter them. You get a lot of high quality food at reasonable prices. It does take a minute to get your order because it takes time to make and pack your food. Just be patient after you order your food. The guy at the window is very nice and can talk about anything while you wait.

Love their conch fritters!! Had their lunch special, fish and shrimp for $6.50. Friendly family service. Delicious food. Well definitely come again.

    1pc Catfish and 5pc Shrimp Dinner $6.49!

Great customer service fresh food it could be a long line from time to time but once that piping hot food gets to you its sooo worth it. They've been a staple in this neighborhood for quite a while and once you visit you'll know why. Try the catfish, shrimp, conch fritters, corn nuggets & ask for the fries to be fried hard. Only con is the drive thru set up doesnt allow for a lot of cars..once it gets backed up it can defintely cause a little traffic jam in the plaza. Overall if your looking for something quick filling inexpensive and tasty than give it it try!

    Catfish, shrimp, wings, and okra

I'm visiting from out of town for work and just happened to see this spot while at Dunkin' for breakfast. I decided to come back for lunch and they did NOT disappoint! I ordered the #7 or #8 combo that came with Catfish, 5 Shrimp, and 2 Wings - I asked for a side of okra ($1.99 upcharge) and the mango frozen drink. The food was FRESH, I mean right out of the grease fresh. Everything down to the okra was hot and well seasoned. The mango drink... I'm addicted. If this wasn't my last day in town, I'd be back tomorrow.

Found this place by accident- unpretentiousness hut in Magnolia Park. We checked it out for lunch. They had a lot of take out- place is small, only 2 tables for eating in. Staff are patient & polite. Menu is extensive, they used US approved farmed fish. They had a large selection of fish for you to chose. From catfish, tilapia, snapper, grouper. They had lunch specials & combos. It took us awhile to figure what we wanted. I decided combo 1 - 2 slices of snappers with 3 chicken wings with coleslaw & yellow rice, a side of fried okras. We got a grouper dinner with yellow rice @ hush puppies. The fish was fresh & flaky! So good that you seriously do not need tartare sauce. Yellow rice was fresh with a nice flavour to it. The hush puppies were yummy. The fried okra? Yum & faint! Since everything was deep fried- they were not soggy or oily. Your order are made fresh! It is hole in the wall joint - a shack. Totally worth going- I highly highly recommend. Price was reasonable.

    $6.99 plate.

Great service and food Norman excellent at his business, family run great specials even under $10.00. Drive thru quick and correct. Will be back to try more food.

Combo No. 2: Red snapper, shrimp, and yellow rice.

I was so caught up in the total experience , i neglected to take pics of the food which is very unusual for me. I plan to return for dinner to experience the ambiance and vibe in the evening. I'll admit, I didn't expect a restaurant inside a Hilton to be this authentic, but Osteria by Capri is a total hidden gem. We started with a liittle charchuterie of Spicey Capocolo and Red rpasted Peppers and cheese.. For the mains, the homemade Rigatoni and the Eggplant Parmigian were the stars--the portions are huge, and the sauce tastes like it's been simmering all day. They even brought out complimentary meatballs to start, which was a classy touch. To top it off, the Tiramisu is a must-order--it's easily the best I've had in Florida.along with the Joey Cannolis with Nutella. It can get a little loud when the music kicks in, and be aware of the small surcharge for credit cards, but for the quality of the meal and the "old school" hospitality, it's worth every penny.
