And as a Sauvignon Blanc fan, I loved that they served Squealing Pig ice cold, exactly how it should be. Definitely a spot we'll return to anytime we're back in Jupiter.

I ordered my go to meal, the Everyday Plate with grilled corvina. Includes, coconut rice, a melon pineapple salad and fried plantains. I was so disappointed, with my meal. The fish was over cooked, the rice was a pile of tasteless rice, no coconut flavor or flakes, the pineapple salad, was chunks of melon and pineapple and no sauce. It always so tasty and cut in small pieces. The three plantains were cold and taste old. I am not sure what happened. If we will be back, I'll definitely won't ordered my favorite dish again. Apps Burgundy Escargot (Pernod Garlic-Parsley Butter) We asked for a recommendation from the appetizer section of their menu (perfect amount of selections by the way...I despise an encyclopedic menu). We were thinking escargot and we were so pleased that it was recommended...that sealed the deal. It was garlicky and buttery and served with the perfect white bread. Spot on. Entrees were freaking fantastic! Florida Black Grouper (Creamed Kai Kai Farms Mustard Greens, Colab Farms Glazed Carrots, Carrot Marmalade) I never order grouper. I go out of my way to order it because I don't enjoy white fish usually. Something spoke to my spirit (plus our amazing server highly recommended it) and I went against my natural inclination. Lawd have mercy I'm glad I did. That grouper was perfectly seared, flaky, flavorful and completed excellently by the mustard greens and carrots. I do t know what the sauce was in the plate but it was savory a bit earthy in the best possible way with a twinge of sweetness that made me want to lick the plate ‍ (hey I'm from Mississippi...we do that ). The menu here is quite extensive with handwritten specials, fresh catch of the day and smaller plates.. There are also mainstay pastas, and other smaller plates. The menu ranges from Caribbean food, to southern, to Asian, and anywhere else in between. We had conch chowder, fish dip, smaller plate of lamb chop with yellow rice and asparagus. Sesame crusted salmon over noodles with a soy broth, rocktopus (rock shrimp and octopus with potatoes), and a seafood curry. The service was attentive, and the food was delicious and fresh.
