Tender and moist. My issue with most carnitas is that they are bland and these were not. They had a deep roasted pork flavor. As you can see they're tacos also come with more toppings than a typical street taco. Guac comes with them for free, which is nice. My only complaint is the salsa tastes store-bought and it would have been nice to have something with more heat to spice things up. We will be back to try something different next time.
