Escape uses blacklights because they believe fitness is about how you feel, not how you look. With loud music, high energy, great instructors, you'll finish your workout feeling stronger and more pumped up than ever. My other efforts to contact anyone else at the company have gone unanswered -- I've tried by phone, email, and Facebook business chat. Just really bad customer service.
