4.5 stars. Great service but I knocked off 1/2 a star because I can't speak to the pricing. It was an emergency fix so I didn't have time to find other quotes. I wanted to wait awhile before leaving a review; happy to report I haven't had any issues with our waterline since Fito's team replaced it! Our main water line broke and was leaking and we needed someone to replace it ASAP because we were losing gallons of water. It was difficult finding plumbing services that would do this kind of work but Fito was responsive, communicative, and quick to help. He came the next morning to consult and diagnose the issue and immediately sent a team to start working. Things I liked: - Truly a family owned company - A team of 3-4 would show up timely (sometimes even early!) to start working. These guys REALLY know what they're doing. After five jobs at our house ranging from the most trivial to fairly major replacements and mess cleanups, we trust them with anything. They are prompt, work fast, have taken the initiative to save us money whenever possible by doing whatever is simplest, and have also taken the initiative to save us major headaches by finding problems before they occur and are still easy to fix. It is odd that before finding FIto, good plumbers were the contractors we had the most difficulty finding, for many years. Wish we had found them sooner. They can do anything. I sent a request to them Sunday afternoon and got an immediate response from the owner, Fito. Very knowledgeable and he laid out the different options on how to approach and fix the problem. Scheduled a time to fix the issue. Plumbers, Lalo and (sorry I can't remember the other guys's name) arrived on time, looked at the problem and gave me a reasonable price to fix the issue. We agreed with price and they fixed the problem within hours. They showed me pictures of the issue, explained thoroughly on what to do and how long it would take. They laid out construction material paper and cloth to cover the floor that leads to the access to the crawlspace and cleaned up, swept the floor and wiped the walls after they were done. They also cleaned outside where they tracked some mud from the crawlspace. They gave updates throughout when they were fixing it. Showed pictures of the fixed pipe when they were done. Plumbers were very polite and very respectful. I would definitely use them again and recommend for any plumbing issues or projects! read more

We had a major problem with our sewer lateral clogging about a week before Thanksgiving. Fito Plumbers responded right away after I was referred to them and diagnosed the problem quickly. They did a terrific job getting the city permit and the sewer line replaced really well and quickly, given the holiday week and the fact that the city had just paved our street, which they had to dig into.  They fixed the street beautifully and even came back to repaint the small section of bike lane striping that had gotten dug up. read more

I own 41 rental units and have used Fito and his crew for all my plumbing needs. The best description I can give is that there is nothing he can't handle. The worst thing a contractor can do is make you feel that you have a huge problem and it's going to cost a ton of money. Fito is the opposite. Nothing bothers him and when the inevitable takes a turn for the worse, Fito handles it in stride without making you feel like it's your problem. He and his crew will stay as long as it takes, and if you own rental property, he makes tenants feel everything is in control. I can't tell you how many complicated issues he's figured out for me. He's highly knowledgeable about the extensive rerouting plumbing work that we needed to have done. He give me an estimate that was considerably lower than others. I called for a concern I was having with a leaky behind my dishwasher. Frito answered my message right away. After discussing with him about my issue, he felt that it was likely in an appliance issue but was more than happy to come and take a look for me with no charge. Alex and Francisco came and were very courteous and tried very hard to find the problem even though it was a problem with my dishwasher. They were able to see a leak in one of the hoses inside my dishwasher. They recommended that and an appliance repair person come to fix this issue, but they were so gracious to help me look and diagnose the problem. The next morning, he came with two other workers, and they snaked the line and determined the problem, which was partially due to complicated plumbing connected to other units in the building.
