Always call them to check price, never look at the website price. I called them today and they think it's my mistake for the price.

They have decent cars in stock but the financing is sketchy and the staff members don't follow up. I ended up purchasing elsewhere.

This was the absolute worst experience I ever had. I came to purchase a car for my wife, because hers went down. She found a car and we purchased it cash. But if I rewind, the whole entire time that I was there, this guy spoke so highly of not selling junk and not selling bad cars. My wife test drove it on the highway and back up the street for about 10 minutes. My wife like the car. She drove the car for a couple of days and then began mentioning a rattle and shake on the front end of the car.(Now, remember, some women will just drive a car until the wheels come off, and never really noticed sounds, but this was different and alarming to her) I got in. I heard the noise while she was driving, I decided to drive I heard the noise shaking loose sound, not only was there a shaking, loose sound whenever you press the gas pedal during the gear changes the steering wheel which snatch to the right right in between the gear changes. That's when I was sort of confused because I did not think that there was anything with the motor that could be related to the steering at all, even more odd. I return to the dealership. Now this is when the funny business starts the young lady there immediately starts getting crazy defensive about my complaint and the quality of vehicle never saying to me bring the car back so we can see what's wrong. However, she was sure to make sure that she stated that you know this is a used vehicle, and I should know better, this is an as is dealership, (Like get outta here clown you know you can't complain at a used car dealership sorry you have to be quicker than that, sir. Was her attitude) she began making excuses for her manager or the owner I returned again the same thing he's not here he's not here. Here's the crazy thing the whole entire bottom of the vehicle never had screws installed on the control arms of the truck except for one bolt that was hanging out had we not gone to a mechanic who did a full inspection and me videos and showed us that we could have been killed in this car no call steel Tuesday from direct auto. These vehicles are unsafe and whoever the person is home inspected, these vehicles should be fired and this place should be close. I have video footage and I have the entire inspection report. I am considering posting it on here also so that you can see how horrible this business is don't go horrible this business is don't go there. I implore you don't do it. These guys made it not just easy, but legitimately enjoyable. I reached out via email and got a response back within 15 minutes. Once I arrived to check the car out, it was as good in person as it looked on paper. No pressure, no hassle. Pricing is firm but more than fair, and they even offer warranty options if you want the extra peace of mind. In short, I had a 10/10 experience (only took about an hour and a half, counting test drive and paperwork) and would absolutely buy again if given the option.

Jeff was an outstanding sales rep. From the time I called on Monday evening until he dropped my car…read moreoff on Tuesday night he provided nothing but the highest level of customer service I have been privy to in a very long time. He answered my seemingly incessant questions about the car and how a lease works. He not only answered my questions i a timely manner, he was willing to text and chat until I was content. When I found a road block he worked with me to get through it. Not only an amicable solution, he found a better car under my required monthly payment with more features than I anticipated. On Tuesday morning he came to pick me up at my store in Falls Church, VA (The Gun Dude) and drove me to Germantown, MD (because they don't sell electric Smart cars in Virginia) 45 minutes later. The conversation on the way to the store was stimulating and his energy was evident. At the car dealer he was very attentive to my every need. He offered coffee and water and served it to me not seconds after I was through the door. We even spent a few minutes learning how to install the panels on one of the model Smart cars. I took my new car (my first new car ever) for a test drive and was more than pleased with the product. Upon return we completed the papers, during which he very patiently answered every question I had about the contracts, and when he did not know the answer he said as much...and then went to find the answer!!!!! I wish this guy worked for me, seriously. Once the lease paperwork was complete he walked me through the features of my new car and plugged it in for a full charge before I left. The charge took longer than expected so he gave me a loaner car to get lunch. While at lunch he realized the charge and detailing would take a bit longer than we anticipated so he gave me the loaner so I could get back to my business. He then drove my car to me (a 45 minute drive) and picked up the lender car at about 7pm. I highly recommend this Smart Center in Germantown and I strongly recommend you ask for Jeff if you want the best car buying experience of your life!!!

However, leasing a brand new Smart car from the manager, Jeff Greben, has been the easiest and most pleasant interaction I have had. Jeff explained every question I had about the car and the whole leasing process in general in an extremely courteous and professional manner. I have never seen a sales person so knowledgeable about what they were selling before in my life. I will most definitely return to Jeff in the future to get another car, whether it's a Smart car and or a Mercedes-Benz. I highly recommend getting a car from Jeff if you want to leave the dealership with a smile, knowing that you made the right decision about your purchase.

This dealership is great especially the service department. The staff are very friendly, and attentive to your every need. They are pretty fast with servicing my car. I never have to wait longer than 2 days for my car to be serviced. They always seem to have loaners available when needed. And the loaners they give out are always in great condition. The team at Euro Motorcars in Germantown, however, provided outstanding service without ever making me feel bad for loving my older car. That commitment was put to the ultimate test with a persistent, tricky check-engine light. I had brought the car in for the same issue over an extended period, and the initial fixes just weren't resolving it. When I brought this frustration to their attention, they didn't treat me like a difficult customer. Instead, they simply doubled down on making it right. They kept my vehicle--and kept me in a brand-new loaner--until the issue was fully resolved. It took several months, including a master service call directly to German engineers. Throughout the entire process, communication was stellar. I received regular updates, had a long, reassuring conversation with the Service Director, and was even invited to talk through the mechanics directly with the technician working on my car. Because the diagnosis was so complex, they made some initial missteps--and rather than passing those costs on to me, they absorbed them entirely. It is rare for a business to take a frustrating situation and turn it into a genuinely positive experience. Hats off to the service team at Euro Motorcars for living up to the Mercedes ideals of quality, craftsmanship, and integrity.

I have been a Precision Auto customer for decades, for really my entire lifetime as a driver. Just…read moreabout everyone in my family is a customer as this point, and that includes both sides of a large family. I wish I knew enough about the nuts and bolts to convince you categorically that they are the best, but here's what I can say: I do remember not long ago that they won what I understand to be THE national competition for best auto shop in the country, and I have to imagine that was a pretty big deal for a family-run business. So if you're just looking for people who know what they're doing, well that should be enough right there. I can tell you that they are the type of people who remember your name when you walk in, and that you will most likely have a few laughs while you're there. How often can someone say they have fond memories of getting their car repaired? I can, and I'm smiling right now thinking of how much my Dad loved talking with them about the world, and pretty much everything in it by the time we left... They have guided him and myself over the span of two vehicles each. Come to think of it, that's pretty good for over 30+ years, especially when we're still driving the latter two. Not to mention the first one I bought was, we'll say: not a good year from not a good company. They cut me so much slack, and put in so much extra work on that car for me. The hardest part for them though, had to be convincing me to buy a reliable, maintainable car next time, and convincing my Dad when it was time to let go of the truck he took such good care of for such a long time. In my case, it was a matter of helping me understand which makes and models not only last a long time, but will also save me a bunch of money over time. Such is the case on parts and labor, when the parts are easier to get, and the car is easier to fix, DUH... For my Dad, it was a matter of bedside manner, explaining that we've reached that time when the repairs are going to start costing more than the vehicle is worth. I say all that, because one way to tell whether someone is honest or not, is if you can point to some advice they gave you at the expense of their own profit. In a world where honesty is not a given in any industry, I think those are pretty good examples of where it still exists.

I brought a Tesla Model Y to them in order to have a wheel swapped out and have the front end…read moreinspected. Most folks don't know this, but Performance models of these cars blow through suspensions every ~70k miles or so. Precision charged me for the tire swap (move TPS to new wheel and re-mount on the new wheel), but they also charged me an hour of labor to inspect the front end, something that they already had in clear view when on the lift when they were doing the tire work. However, I was fine with it as long as they did a complete job and reported accurate information. I was planning on having them also replace the main front end components anyway, but they will NOT install any parts that they did not get for your car. Even if they are OEM parts from the manufacturer of your car. (Tesla parts are a PITA to get in a timely fashion sometimes, and having to wait for them to arrive is not a great customer service experience... especially when they are OEM parts. I'm assuming it's not just liability, but that Precision wants the markup on the parts over a providing a good customer service experience.) Precision came back and told me there was nothing wrong with the front end of the vehicle. immediately knew that this was impossible. No Tesla Model Y Performance with the original suspension is fine at 85,000 miles. I asked a buddy at a Porsche dealer to look at the front end and ALL FOUR bushing in the front end components were torn. Literally, if the technician from Precision Auto had looked them, it would have been obvious. If the technician missed it, Precision has a serious issue. I did call them. I asked to speak to the manager. The person that called me back sounded awfully young but listened to me vent and indicated he's refund my money for the inspection. (He took my credit card info for the refund, so fingers crossed there.) I'm really sure based on that experience that Precision Auto is not where you want to go if you have a Tesla. I told them exactly what they needed to look for and I've got to wonder if the server desk told the tech anything that I mentioned. (I do have alot of experience working on cars. I just don't want to do it.) At least they did a good job with the tire... -shrug-
