We always go to Parson for a second opinion, b/c he knows the business and we can trust him. He said there was a very small leak and that replacing the steering column was not necessary. It also did not have anything to do with the reason why the car was having issues. He fixed the car and recommended watching it and if it gets worse, then we should go back. He's a gem!

I reside in Arlington, VA and will make drive out to Gaithersburg, MD because it's not worth being taken of advantage of. I bought a 2014 Shelby GT 500 about 6 months ago and for the first month it rode like a true Beast…read morebut then I started having issues and went to 2 other places that sold me this part and that part and the check engine light just kept coming on so I took it to the Ford dealership and they replaced the PCM, Powertrain control module then it was ok on the drive home from G burg but the next day the check engine light and the Do not drive yellow wrench lit up so I had it towed back to the dealer who if they looked hard enough on their own they would've noticed oversized fuel injectors and adjusted the PCM accordingly. I even sent them a screenshot of every hi performance part on the car and they also knew I had a tune on the car but my bad as I should've gone to this business first as it would've been fixed the first time and I would've saved a S load of money. Right when I pulled into RSPDMV and told the owner Jimmy about the new PCM and popped the hood he knew exactly and I mean EXACTLY what the issue was and recalibrated my PCM and installed a newer better tune. He just pulled out his laptop and plugged it into my car and after about an hour my Shelby was humming like the Beast she is!!! These are top notch mechanics and computer wizards and EXACTLY the type of people us non mechanics need to know so we don't get jerked around and the work is done right the first time! I definitely will be bringing all my vehicles here to be serviced and I just wish I had found them earlier Thank you Jimmy and all your crew for a job well done and for bringing my stress level down to zero! Before purchasing, I was assured that if I was unhappy with the results, I would receive a refund. I arrived at the scheduled appointment time and waited over 2.5 hours. James later explained he had been drinking heavily the night before and had failed to bring the necessary parts. At that point I requested a refund before any work was performed, but was repeatedly pressured to continue. The promised performance gains were never delivered. The only noticeable change was an artificial sound added to the vehicle, and the vehicle's performance did not improve anywhere close to what was represented. I later learned that the tune was not actually being created by the person who represented himself as the tuner. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and reminders of the refund promise, I was ultimately told "Sorry, no refunds." Based on my experience, I believe the service was misrepresented and the promised results were not delivered. I am still requesting a full refund.

My first situation retrieving my car after repairs was a positive one. I was very happy with the work done to repair a bumper. When I made them aware they they did not buff a headlight, they asked that I come right over, and they fixed it while I waited, apologizing for what was an honest mistake overlooking it (hard to see in the sunlight). Customer service was terrific when I had questions about my A/C, and attention/advice was given just as a courtesy. At another time, when my vehicle turned out to be a total loss, they were very accomodating providing me the time I needed to come by and take care of the various things needed. My hope is I do not need to use them again (it would mean damage to my car, right?), but I do say I can recommend them.

I called this place on Sunday afternoon, and since apparently they make a point of never picking up their phones, I got a phone call back around 9 PM the next evening. I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning - and was told someone would come between 9-9:30. 9:30 rolls around, no one is there. I call. Then I call again. 30 minutes later, I finally get a call back from Albert, who has clearly forgotten that he made an appointment with me (although he said something about a meeting - if you in fact had a meeting, you may have considered calling me before to cancel). He tells me he will send someone else out immediately. So, I waited. By 11, still no one had arrived, and I really had to get to work. I called and left a voice mail (again - they literally make a point of not ever picking up the phone) telling them not to bother showing up. A little while later, Albert calls me back, and I agreed to reschedule for the next morning, figuring - ok, this guy is probably in business by himself - maybe he got busy, it's fine. Of course, the next day someone is supposed to be there by 9. I am not surprised at 9:30 when I get a phone call apologizing for being late - Albert had to take his kids to practice. Fine. But, he insisted he was on his way. 10:45 - still no one. Again, I had plans, so I called to cancel. At 11 I get a phone call that he is at my building. Sorry buddy, you did not check your voice mail (cuse you never pick up your phone) - and I should not have to wait two hours after the appointment time for you to show up. This place is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, if you were too busy to detail my car, you should not have let me make the appointment. I would have preferred that to wasting four hours this week sitting home waiting for you guys to show up.
