Gave the number a call and explained the situation to the very nice lady on the phone which I found out later was Brian Bentleys wife. She contacted her husband immediately and he returned the call and made arrangements to come to the race track and look at our refrigerator. After about 10 minutes he found the problem and was able to repair our refrigerator. The cost was more than reasonable. He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed chatting with him. The next day Brian and his wife called and made sure our refrigerator was still working. Super nice people. Highly recommended

I understand with a mobile repair company parts and supplies are going to cost more, but a Port to Port charge? Isn't that what the SERVICE CALL CHARGE IS!

They put in an untested broken alternator. Okay fine I'll bring it back up. Brought it back to this shop, they tested it. It's the alternator. That's ask the guy says to my wife "yeah it's the alternator" then nothing for a minute. My wife asks "can you replace it?" Guy says "uh yeah we can" again quiet for a minute. My wife says "like for free?" Again just "sure" Sure. 3 days of Ubers to and from work adding up to about $300. No apologies. Nothing extra to save face. Nothing. Okay. Again. Says it will be ready in 4 days. 4 days later here I am picking it up. Yay! I rush over after work. My wife called ahead to make sure I could pick it up. The guy says he's going to leave the key In The van. She asks him to not do that, she's concerned about her car getting stolen. Fair. He said "oh don't worry I'll go ahead and keep it in the office!" I show up a few minutes before they close. The door is already locked. Okay I knock. I get greeted by a man saying "hello?" "Hi! I'm here to pick up the van out front!" He looks at me and grunts "the keys are on the floor inside" then closes the door. Nice. Real nice. Will not be coming back. Do not recommend. I'll take my business to someone who will do the job right and IF they make a mistake, will own up to that shit and apologize. Thanks.
