I was literally kneeling down and digging through racks of pants without any employee offering to assist me in locating jeans or finding my size. This is why I avoid in person shopping as why would I give the employee sales credit for her sitting on her phone the entire time I'm finding my own clothes? I will not be returning to this location, the location on Ventura in Studio City has much better trained staff and people able to provide basic customer service skills. Edited to add: It was Breanna T that ignored me and was on her phone the entire time I was in the store.

Heck I didn't even know they were employees until they went up a step ladder. Prices seem fair and I would have bought a few pairs, but the workers act like robots. Not even a hello. So I walked out without purchasing again. I'm not even ugly but the workers here made me feel ugly and unworthy of spending my money here with them. Good customers service doesn't cost them anything to do but it cost them over $500 in sales losses that I didn't spend with them. Management, is this your trained policy?

We got our daughter ears pierced at another Claire location so we wanted to see the earring options when we want to change them. There was only one lady working when we came to the store. We were the only guest inside and she let us browse in peace. They kept the earring display near the checkout counter. We saw the one we got our daughter on there and now have an idea which one we want when we plan to change it out.

These did not look new and they were all different colors and brands idk it wasn't to be trusted. From my understanding, piercing guns are supposed to be single use as they are difficult to sterilize but I think I just trusted that it would be fine. As a result.... my ears are in so much pain with both sides are completely infected (yes I used the solution very very thoroughly twice a day). Unfortunately, I also chose a smaller size earring and the skin surrounding it has become so swollen and full of puss that it is kinda swallowing the earring so essentially it feels like the earring is completely flat or like apart of my ear. I don't even care abt whats going on but it hurts so bad and is preventing me from sleeping well. I think I paid around $80 for the entire service, cost of earrings, and the solution. I definitely would do your research and find another alternative-- preferably with an actual needle since it's supposed to have a better healing process or something idk. I'm not mad. Just disappointed.

I started looking around and the owner or employee starts talking on the phone with someone pretty loudly. She then starts saying oh you know they are not going to buy anything in the store. I looked up and said Im sorry but are you referring to me. She said no but I'm sure that wasn't true. People like that should not own a business.

We had a small encounter while she was opening her shop , in which I can admit I was very much in the wrong.. so like a decent human being I apologized and told her she had every right to be upset and to please accept my apology. ( me and my father in law Parked in the handicap spot without bringing our sticker. We left it his van by mistake) She then just starting cussing and screaming and yelling at my handicap father in law. Mind you , he has only half a lung, one hand, and is on a oxygen tank...And she was so willingly excited to sit there and scream at him which promoted him to defend himself. I later had to take him to the emergency room because he was so upset and worked up, it affected his health. All I can say is I hope the lady finds peace and compassion. The world is so cruel already. Like I said.. I was in the wrong for what happened at first and i should have never parked in that spot without our sticker..I can admit my part and I apologized deeply about it. But what made it worse was her awful words, horrible attitude, and rudeness. May god bless her

On my first visit, Trinity helped me select a range of beautiful tops, jeans, and dresses to try on. She was incredibly attentive without ever being pushy, and she instinctively understood what would work for me. I found so many flattering pieces in my size that I knew I had to come back the next day. When I returned, Christine was there and made the experience just as exceptional. She introduced me to even more stunning pieces and offered honest, thoughtful feedback on how everything looked--something I truly value and rarely find. With her help, I left with two fabulous blouses and the perfect summer jeans. What truly sets this boutique apart is its incredible selection and inclusivity. They carry a wide range of sizes (jeans from 23 to 32+), and the assortment feels both curated and unique--especially the dresses, many from designers I hadn't seen anywhere else. Equally impressive is their no-pressure approach. It's so refreshing to shop in a space where the focus is on helping you feel your best rather than making a sale. The boutique has an easy, elevated Malibu vibe--yet it's right here in Woodland Hills, perfectly situated in the Woodland Hills Country Mart. I genuinely cannot wait to bring my friends back. Kudos to the entire team--this is a rare gem.

Tons of gorgeous sweaters, hats, scarves, coats, and dresses that were in great condition. I think the outdoors makes it look like there are a ton of oddities inside, but they actually have some awesome vintage clothing for people with all different types of styles. We bought a cashmere sweater - it did have a stain and they wouldn't reduce the price, but other than that, it was a really great experience. I would suggest parking next door at the Pine Tree Shopping area and walking over, because there's really limited parking in front of the store.

Packed with creative displays, quirky collections with Black Mirror vibes, random little nooks and crannies, and a backyard that feels like a bomb went off at Facebook Marketplace. A good spot to browse and wander. If you're coming to thrift, though, prepare yourself emotionally. Prices are not what anyone would call "thrifty." We did manage to uncover a treasure chest of 60s vintage silk scarves priced at $12-$20, so miracles do happen. But on the whole, it's about a three star spot for thrifting: finds, but very expensive. Staff was hands off, which I actually appreciate when browsing. Overall, a good place to wander around and take photos while pretending you might actually buy that $400 vintage letterman's jacket.
