To start, we were heading to Vegas and got a low tire pressure warning, I exited to the nearest gas station (thankful for my wife looking it up as I moved over on the freeway) because it was getting low quick. Filled it with air and had what I thought was one hole leaking air quick. I found this tire shop and couldn't be happier. I arrived and immediately got assistance. I explained what was going on and they took me right away and showed me I actually had 2 holes they patched it up and now we are on the way to Vegas!!! Great price to fix it up and so convenient!!! One of my tires was losing air at a rapid pace while driving so I stopped by the nearest tire shop, fortunately it was Five Brothers and Tires. A large nail was in my tire and Jery was able to plug it until I get new tires. I asked about the cost and after doing a online search for tire prices, the price was very competitive and said they could get the tires in the very next day. I received a call the next day stating that my tires have arrived and I could stop by anytime they are open. I try not to go to the chain tire shops as they have ridiculous upsell and fees. Family owned small business and it seems everyone including the younger son is learning the trade which was good to see, working hard after his father. So I don't like writing negative reviews, especially on small businesses, however this place tried to take advantage of me and I didn't care for it. I went in to get my tire patched, however it was too damaged and they offered to sell me a used tire for $205 that was not the same size as my tires... I asked if they could sell me a spare and they said would have to look for one. Which they didn't. When I asked if they could get a tire that matched mine they said they would have to go pick it up somewhere, fine. I have issue with them trying to force me to buy a tire with them. When I called them out on needing the right size the guy didn't even care. Lastly, they tried charging me the 4% fee they have to pay for using a credit card machine. I offered to pay Venmo or cash and he has the audacity to say, "hey I am not even charging you tax." And that's where I lost it. I understand there is a cost to run a business, however they had poor customer service and when I called him out on trying to force a tire that was the wrong size especially when it's been raining the guy didn't care. Got a flat tire and yelped the closest place to get it fixed since I go to school down the street. I was immediately helped and they managed to get me two used tires which only cost $350. The threading on these used tires they replaced were almost new! So helpful and the service was incredible, plus the wait for the whole thing was at least an hour! I'll be back again! read more

We were in town on business delivering a vehicle for our client when we noticed that we had a nail in our trailer tire. We searched for a tire repair shop close and this place was near with what we thought would be a big enough place to park our truck with the trailer. It was a tight fit but we backed in and got situated. Jerry and Hector immediate assessed what we needed and began helping us get our tire repaired. We came here for 1 service but these guys are great. While repairing the tire, we noticed a disconnected axle brake wire. We asked Jerry for tools to repair the cut and they help us get that repaired. Next we noticed that the trailer needed welding repairs to an axle support bracket. Jerry brought his welder over and repaired the issue. We had a blown fuse and attempted to help us get this repaired but they didn't have the one we needed. We came for 1 service and received 3-4 services which save us time and money. These guys are super friendly and go above and beyond to help you resolve your issues. We highly recommend this shop for your tire repair needs. read more
