I'm updating this review from a 2 star to 1 star just because the shop continued to defend their actions from their reply ( they replied on google review so check out their reply there and you will see how ridiculous their mind and logic is ). I gave them a 2 star originally due to them being nice to me and I don't want to be mean to them, however, they did not apologize or admit their actions should've done better ( should have in the first place because a normal common sense shop should've done ). I specifically told this place to CHECK MY TIRES and told them my situation. I told them i have been driving my car with around 2 months with psi around high 30s already so the light would not just turn on all of a sudden especially after I hit something on the freeway so I wanted them to check carefully because maybe its not the tire pressure. ( after they told me about the PSI being too high ) they did not do something alternatively or try to lift it up or put it in the water to see if there is any leaks. They kept telling me its too high PSI and they helper me lowered it. Fine I trusted them and now it turned on again and less air on one of the tires because it was slowly leaking air. Its funny how they are still defending their actions lol. Come on dude, you guys effed up, own it and try to do better next time. I dont mind paying tor service or whatever because my purpose of going there is to finding the problem instead of "GUESSING" the problem. If i'm not that of a professional and I already suspected and told you it might not be that way, maybe you guys need to reconsider your knowledge or effort on running the sshop" ************************************ I came here a couple of days ago trying to get my tires check out because of "low tire pressure". 30 mins prior to the light came on, my car's front hood was hit by a flying metal piece and I don't remember running over anything. I went to the gas station after the light came on to check the tire pressure for all 4 tires. All 4 tires are at 40 psi ( should be 35 based on my cars setting ). I have driven for 20 years and i never had my warning message on because the psi was too high. Obviously I know it is recommended that the psi should be at factory recommendation but again, more tire pressure shouldn't trigger a "low tire pressure" message to come on. I drove to King's auto repair & tires because it was the closest to my location. A gentleman came out and greeted me when i parked in front of the store. He was super nice and he told me to drive to the back and check it out. I drove to the back and explained everything to him. I stated i want to see if any of my tires have any nails or are leaking. A coupe of workers came out and beginning to help and checked out the tires pressure. The workers there checked and found the tires pressure around 40 ( what i already knew because i checked at the gas station ). The gentleman that works there ( maybe hes the manager or owner ) was speaking to me about the issue most likely be because of too much air. I stated to him that it doesn't make sense at all. All he told me was the same thing. It might be too much tire pressure so they lowered all 4 tires to 35 psi and recalibrate it. ( in my mind, I could've done the same thing if this is what you are helping me with. All i wanted was you actually lift it up and check my tires or do something more than just check the tire pressures. ) Anyways, since they are the "professionals", i respected their advice and feedback and drove it back home. After 20 minutes of driving, right before i drive onto my driveay, the light came on again. . The good thing was, now i am able to take my car to the shop I usually take my car to. I really do appreciate their help especially they did not charge me money at all. They are super nice so i can't say they are bad. But lets be honest here...there are so many ted flags here and they still gave me an advice that was not very helpful or professional. read more

I got their the workers were super nice and even checked out all four tires. I came in thinking I just needed one turns out I had another tire tearing itself from the inside. If you want lousy work done on your car come here. Horrible service and the guy who installed the tire put the tire on wrong. We didn't realize until the next day only because there was a flat. In big letters it says inside tire! Wth! And we had to pay to get it towed so they could replace the tire which was installed incorrectly. And same guy gave attitude and said...are you happy now! The guys here replaced my bad tire with a good used with lots of thread left on it. The cost was amazingly cheap compared to having to buy a brand new one. They were quick and efficient. Let me just say, I called everyone else and they didn't have my size and I called this place and they said they had it, and they had all 4 brand new!! Everyone should come here it's probably one of the better places around and on the cheaper side, if you want used tires which was what I got it's damn near new 80% tread on used tires for a cheap price. So glad I found this place! I had a puncture in my tire probably from a nail that was no longer there but air was leaking so quickly and basically going flat. King's Tires was very helpful in finding used tires for me. I was looking for a high quality used tire and my sizes aren't super common. They found me 2 used rear tires at a great price, and got me 2 new front matching tires at a good price as well. They beat out other places I searched for used tires in (phone) customer service. The nightmare happened during install. No issues until I went to leave. I noticed some scratches on the driver's side rims. They were minor and I figured this was a consequence of getting new tires so I let it go, and went home. The next morning when I walked around the car I noticed a large scrape on the rear bumper. I hand washed the car 2 days before and knew the scratch was not there before. I called King Tires, they assured me they had video footage of the install, and told me to come back... they'd take care of it no problem. When I arrived, they told me they had reviewed the video and concluded there was no contact with the rear bumper. I watched the video. The camera was pointed down looking over the front driver side of the car, and the damage was on the rear passenger side. That part of the bumper was not visible at all. They still insisted it proved they never touched the bumper (again, completely not visible from the camera angle). Due to the size and shape of the scratch I believed it was caused by the thick air cables that power the jacks and lug driver, being swung around the bumper. I then mentioned the damage to the rims, and they immediately said "we're required by law to inform the customer if we damage the rim." Right... you're totally going to do that... what if you didn't notice it? They acknowledged grease smudges on the rims were normal, but the scratches UNDER the smudges were not caused by them. I pointed to an area on another rim that I had damaged myself, and explained that if I had curbed these rims the damage would be much more significant. These scratches appear to be caused by some sort of machine that removes the tire from the rim, or by the machine that spins the rim to balance it. Ultimately, they told me they would not do anything about any of the damage. I explained I would be a loyal customer for years to come with many tires needed, but I would not come back if they did not rectify this situation. They still chose to do nothing. I may consider buying tires from them in the future, but I certainly will not let them install those tires on my vehicle. read more

I took my wheels here and they not only chipped the paint off of the wheels, but then they tried to hide. We called him out and then he admitted to it. These are Porsche wheels and they are not cheap. If you have nice wheels I definitely don't recommend this shop. They also destroyed the inside of the wheels in their machine. I some pics but there is more damage than that. read more

ZERO STARS! Definitely do NOT recommend this place to get tires. Owner is rude and a poor excuse for a mechanic. I needed new tires so I decided to stop by since it was on my way home for the gym. A day after I got new tires , my car notified me of a low tire pressure. I thought that was bizarre since I had JUST Gotten new tires . I let my car sit there until I could go back. I went back 3 days later and the owner MAURICE said that used tires didn't have warranty and he couldn't do anything about it cuz I wore out the tire myself. Well first of all I hadn't asked for used tires I wanted new tires on my car. Then he told me he couldn't do anything about it because I just had bad luck and got a hole in my tire . All they could do was patch it up. that doesn't help cuz eventually I would need a new tire . So he said he would change it but I had to pay another $50 for a USEDDDD tire. Well eventually he did change it out, didn't even talk to me anymore but after a week I realized he just replaced it for another bad tire . So I go in for 4 brand new tires I drive off with 4 solid tires but before I drove off I noticed the tire light was on so I informed the guy which he told me it would go off if it didn't to come back. A day later I went back because it did not shut off. They informed me it was a sensor that messed up and it was my doing that it came on. They told me to order sensor and they'll put it in no charge so I did with my own money(plus an extra 25 for faster shipping) I go back with the sensor hours later they tell me it doesn't work and it was a bad sensor. The tire light only turned on after the tires were put on by this company!
