I also got warranty for my new tire for yr apparently ay any location as long as u have the receipt and they charge a low 30$ just for labor which is nice. I was dismayed and stressed over this unexpected flat but Tim was excellent in reassuring me that everything would be handled. I rarely leave reviews but I HAVE to for this shop. I was in a very tricky position with some wheels/tires being stolen, and Tamara worked very closely with me to find the best solution for my car. She is such an excellent communicator and made sure to update me throughout the entire process of ordering new wheels/tires. I feel like I called and texted her a lot (out of panic and not knowing what to do with my car) and she was so friendly and patient with me every single time she picked up the phone. I also have to shout out Gio -- my car could not be towed and he came with the new wheel/tire and literally SAVED my car. He was very quick at affixing everything and even helped inflate a spare tire that we provided so that my car could be drivable asap. Such a kind person to work with. Wow, so amazing! Our tire got a flat/blow out on the freeway. Because we are from out of town, we had a really narrow window to get it fixed. Tamara was so nice and responsive! She somehow managed to source the exact tires we needed within 1 hour of us calling her first thing in the morning. Jose was professional and so quick to change out the tires. From the first phone call to new tires, we managed to get it all done in the morning before taking our son to Disney. We especially appreciate how careful they were with our Tesla, because they can be tricky to lift (the battery is exactly where it can get damaged in a lift). If we ever need a tire shop locally, Tamra and Jose at McMahan are the first we'll see! Holy cow, they saved our Disneyland vaca. We were so stressed, we are so glad we found them! read more

Having traveled from Arkansas to Anaheim, I was in need of tire service while in Anaheim. I purchased 2 tires online and had them shipped to my hotel, only to find out that the online seller's tire installer could not get me in for several days. Aaron did an excellent job installing the new tires, rotating the older tires to the rear, and assisting me with hanging my spare under my van. They go above and BEYOND for their customers and make it obvious that you're being taken care of and given the best possible price. We brought our car in for a punctured tire, and he did his honest-to-god best to fix it without costing us more than a few bucks for the patch job. Unfortunately he showed us how the nail had punctured the side wall and therefore couldn't be repaired. I appreciated this so much, as a lot of places just make you take their word for it. He gave us a bunch of options for replacing the tire and had the new set on in a few minutes. Truly incredible service, and some of the best tire prices I've ever heard. What brought me into this shop was the ratings as well as a check-in offer for a free tire fix on my flat. When I came in they feel was very welcoming. They pride themselves on customer service. They are honest on what each tire provides and finds you the best fit for your budget as well as guarantees their tires when purchased from them. I do not go anywhere anymore for tires.
