I walked in, explained my situation, and they handled it right away -- done in about five minutes. Super friendly, no hassle, and they didn't make me feel silly for coming in just for that. I came here this afternoon after work today after finding out that I have a nail on my tire after seeing a low tire pressure light on my car this morning. Called at 3pm due to a flat tire. Quoted me $60 for a used tire- Drove straight there but due to the flat we showed up around 3:29 when they closed at 3:30. I spoke to Vivi on the phone and she reassured me that they would wait for me to get there to help right away. This was a huge blessing as almost ALL tire shops are closed on Sundays. Thank you Vivi and the other nice woman that greeted us. Even the sir that helped us was kind. The whole place was welcoming which can be rare for a tire shop- but I will definitely be recommending this shop to ANYONE that needs a quick fix or maintenance. Needed to fix a flat and of course no one is open on Sundays. I came across Lincoln's Tires. In a total of maybe even 15 minutes, they found the problem. It was damaged on the wall of the tire so we bought a new one. Here's the review; The best part they're open on Sundays. They have a great staff and it's down the street from my house.: "Kevin" is awesome. He's got a great personality. He smiles and talks with a smile in his voice. he is very good at what he does. He is the manager! The replacement tire was the exact same one I got at American Tires but for a better price here! But lastly, I was there maybe 15 to 20 minutes from the minute I walked in the door to the minute. I got back in my car! Thank you, Kevin and the guys in the back "you guys are awesome!!!" I recommended this place just from what I've seen already and the purchase cost was excellent. You can't go wrong. As a matter of fact Lincoln Tires is open on Sundays too! All of this won me over. BUY YOUR TIRES HERE - PERIOD!! Okay, usually I am not this direct and bossy, but FR. Tires have been a particular sore spot recently due to the amount of times I have had to replace then due to "unrepairable" road debris that cause holes that cant be patched SUS!!!! Don't get me started on the "extra fees and and protections, "which I pay for per tire, at Americas Tires, and never get the benefit. I just went back to Costco, but they don't do alignment. IU warned about the frustration... I sent a yelp request, Kevin got back to me immediately and even followed up with a call; during a time when it's AI and No customer service, yes please to a HUMAN. Missed his call, but they got me in within an hour 90 bucks for an alignment, I was quoted up to 190!!!!! Moreover, they are competent and not pushy, imagine that. Kevin after listening to me vent about the tire situation a bit, sweetly asked if he could just price check, I said ok...he really wanted to (I was not optimistic after a not dissimilar experience at Audi). HOMEBOY's price was within 5 bucks of COSTCO and they align there. No hidden fees, no bullshit. I do not know how they are doing it, but this is MY SHOP going forward, period. Call Kevin...he just might convert you too . If not, he's really nice and a good listener! But this is a no-brainer. read more

My husband's truck had the 'death wobbles". Truly the most terrifying thing I've ever experienced in a vehicle. Well to be honest there was a miscommunication, but maaaaan did they make it right for me. Service was great and inviting from the moment I walked in the shop, nice upbeat place. Customer service was even better, answered all my questions, Then went the extra mile and went out for my four tires. Price was right and clear. Plus they do little extras for the life of the tire Got my four rare tires replaced and was out within the hour... overall I had a great experience. Hooray. read more

Ending your weekend with finding a nail in your tire is not a way I'd like to spend my day by going to the tire shop. However, I called Lincoln's tires as it was the only shop close enough to me that was open on Sunday. I spoke with someone about the situation. I knew the placement of the nail was not patchable and he advised to bring in the vehicle. Upon arrival, it wasn't as busy but the traffic picked up a bit. Kevin quoted me a good price to replace my rear tires if I'm looking for a more permanent solution. He was not pushy at all, he provided a temporary solution as well but I agreed to replace the rear tires. He advised in 40 minutes the vehicle would be ready. I wondered off to the nearest boba spot while my tires got replaced. I came back to the tire shop within the time frame and wow...was it busy. The crew was calm, fast and collected in this busy scenario. My vehicle was ready. I paid and keys were handed over to me. I checked out the tires and they were set. I have a 2026 Toyota tundra Toyota off-road and I was in the market for some new tires and a level kit for my truck this past week I was in a hurry to them installed because I was heading out of town on Saturday, I called several tire shops and none would help me out because the only time I was able to do it was after 4:00 PM. Once I messaged Jorge with Lincoln tires on Instagram and told them my situation they took care of me right away, I was surprised that they were able to take me last minute and at that time. Once the time came to get the tires and level kit installed the employees there greeted me with open arms and took good care of my truck and installed everything in under 2 hours!! They work on tundras very often so I was comfortable taking my truck to them and they did not disappoint. The pricing for everything was also fair, you gotta understand that they need to run a business too and the fact that they finished my truck in under 2 hours was great!! Shout out Jorge and to all the employees at Lincoln tires you will have my business for a lifetime!! read more

I came in two weeks ago because my tire pressure alert light was on. It was busy but they helped me anyway. It took about 15 minutes. The worker was nice and attentive. They fixed my issue for free. I came in today for a tire rotation. Miguel helped me today. He rotated my tires. He was detailed and attentive. The whole staff was nice. It took about 30 minutes. They only charged me $30. This was cheap. Thank you. I will be here again for my tire needs. read more

This morning after spending the weekend going to Disneyland. I realized I had a flat due to a small leak! Of course, I called AAA to go ahead and get some air in my tire. The tech recommended I go to a tire shop near by. I looked up on google the closest tire shop. Lincoln popped onto my feed and I had a feeling this was the right place to go to! My girlfriend took her car here for an oil change and tire replacement, She drove it straight home (2 miles away). Once we got on the freeway the next day I thought I heard dragging every time we hit a small bump. Pulling over and checking under the car this is what I found. All clips missing and the entire right side (near where the oil filter is) was hanging. I called to inform them and they told me "we don't do oil changes here" practically argued but once I stated I had a receipt saying otherwise he just said "oh yeah...we did that" then said we could bring the car in. Manager proceeded to argue with my girlfriend saying they didn't do it. Once he finally agreed to fix it, put it on the lift, did nothing, then gave the vehicle back to my girlfriend without telling her they didn't fix it. She told me on the phone they sorted it out. I asked her to check, she found it still missing clips and dragging. She confronted the manager only to be told by the manager and mechanic that the car was hot so the clips would break if they put them in. As a mechanic I know this isn't true. I drove there after work and the manager wouldn't have it fixed for $20 worth of clips (I only asked for a partial refund of $20 so I could go buy the clips myself if they didn't fix it). Owner said they would email me footage of the car being worked on as "proof" it has now been well over a week and I have yet to see any proof emailed to me. They obviously screwed it up and wouldn't even do the bare minimum and put some clips in. I recommend avoiding this place, not only do you have a young inexperienced manager to deal with but you will have a young very well educated woman saying " wE DIdNt dO DaT" repeated while trying to talk to the manager. read more

I usually just buy cheap used tires but this was my first time splurging and going for new and Im glad I chose Lincoln tires to do so. Super straight forward purchase, no gimmicks or upselling just got what I needed for a good price and a very quick turn around. Installation was less than 30 minutes and they let me watch while the worked. They also even fixed something I noticed last minute behind my wheel while they were back there free of charge. Came in to put sensors on bcuz mines were missing. Luis was very nice. I had to return 3 more times to get the sensors programmed. Apparently the shop doesn't have the correct equipment to program my Infiniti. I had to make an appointment with someone who has the programmer to come to the shop to do the reprogramming. It was a big waste of my time, but finally after 3 days of back and forth, it's fixed. read more

It's nice to know great customer service still exists. Lincoln's Tires was fast to respond to all my messages, they had the best pricing, and had me in/out for a wheel alignment in 50 mins. Sure there are closer places to me (I live in Chino Hills), but their service and professionalism made it worth the drive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tire service. read more

No show, no answer calls or texts until a call at 930 - where he apologizes for issues on Tuesday and will show up at 5PM. Fine. I'll adjust my evening plans too. An organized person would have adjusted plans and communicated Wednesday if they had issues/delays Tuesday. Then, at 2PM calls back and says looking more like 530PM. And then he says... oh? Did I give you a price already? Oh that's actually a lot of work and says it'll actually cost 60% more. That was enough to call it quits. While I can't speak to his mechanic abilities, he fell short on: 1) being able to accurately understand and estimate work before quoting, or worse, stick to his quote when he gets busy 2) ability to plan his schedule and communicate reasonably. I hope he learns from this and other experiences and reaches his potential through better consistency.

It was not. He was wedged in there for 12 hours with no food, no water, and zero litter box access. He was absolutely losing it. I ran through every option. Fire department? Busy with the actual chemical explosion rattling all of OC, fair. Animal control? Ghosted me. My cousin, currently out of the country, tried Tesla Roadside Assistance through the app. Tesla's answer: their technicians are not trained to rescue animals. Noted, but deeply unhelpful in the moment. Two other mechanics passed too. Jesse was my third Yelp attempt and my last real option. He showed up within two hours, no fuss, and got straight to work. He tried everything - the frunk, underneath, removing the right wheel - methodically working different angles for an hour and a half because my cat had chosen the most inconvenient possible position to be chonky in. Jesse stayed patient the entire time and got him out safely. My cat is home. He is fine. He is completely unbothered, as cats are. Jesse showed up when nobody else could. That is not something I will forget. Oh, and his prices are insanely reasonable. If you need a mechanic who will actually show up and problem-solve, Jesse is your guy.

Recently they charged me $220 just to do an OBD II computer check on my Check Engine Light. As I was walking back to work, I stopped in at another Auto Repair Shop, and they only charge $75 for the Diagnostic. The change of ownership has apparently (significantly) increased prices to cover the purchase.
