Had a massive air leak from my tire while I was in Fullerton for my daughter's friend's birthday--got a warning to pull over immediately. I quickly searched for a nearby tire shop and found California Tires, and I'm so glad I did. Huge shout-out and special thank you to Diego--he was incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process. I called the shop at 1:15 PM, arrived at 1:25 PM, and was back on the road by 1:41 PM. That kind of speed and efficiency is rare! They found that my tire had both a nail puncture and a large rock puncture. Diego and the team tried to see if it could be patched, but the damage was too extensive. They then offered me a replacement tire at a very affordable price, and I really appreciated how transparent and helpful they were. Because I just got it replaced, I am not sure about the longevity of the tire, but if I didn't get it replaced today I would have needed a tow home. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely nice. Tire centers are known to be shady - NOT these guys. The service was VERY fast. From the time I got out of my car until they started working on it, probably 30 seconds. They actually worked on it ... from beginning to end: probably 10 mins total to dismount wheel, dismount tire, remount tire, balance it, remount wheel & torque it down! The cost was VERY reasonable! TPS light came on while we were driving on the 91, so we quickly pulled off the 91 freeway to check out our tire. We had a HUGE nail. We called around a few different places to get the price for a tire patch and wait time. Pepboys across the street quotes us $50 with a minimum wait time of 3 hours. NOPE!!! Called this place, $15 bucks for the patch and 0 wait time. We pulled up, the mechanic came out and started working to take our tire off before we even turned off the engine. We were able to stay in our van with our toddlers sound asleep. Within 15 mins, we were back on the road towards our destination. AMAZING SERVICE AND REASONABLE PRICES!!! Pulled off the fwy to the gas station, thinking we needed to add air, but heard the hissing of the air coming out.
