I come to this establishment at least twice a week, so they know us and see us regularly. Unfortunately, this experience was completely unacceptable. We were served cold food, and the sandwich was literally thrown into the box as if the cook was rushing and didn't care about the quality of the order. To make matters worse, the food was RAW. I explained the entire situation to the general manager and even provided pictures showing exactly what we received. Instead of trying to accommodate us as regular customers, offer a replacement sandwich, provide a food credit, or even genuinely apologize, he repeatedly told us that if we brought the food back, they could do something about it. We had already thrown the food away because it was raw and unsafe to eat. This was the night before, and we had no reason to believe we needed to keep the food after taking pictures and documenting the issue. The fact that I'm a regular customer and was treated this way is extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no effort to make the situation right. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again. Serving customers raw food is a serious health concern, and based on my experience, I believe the local health department should be made aware of what happened. Terrible food.
