I had a long drive ahead of me so I ordered a second burger on the way out, a plain classic without add-ons. I told them the first burger was so good I wanted another one and the second was literally better than the first. It looked like a food advertisement even after opening it in the car hours later and that's probably because it was wrapped, twirled and folded in the paper so well. The beef was slightly charred and still a little pink and juicy in the middle. My partner order an impossible burger classic and she says it was cooked well and very fresh. She also mentioned it was assembled with care and appreciated how the ketchup and mustard was spread everywhere and evenly on the bun. Made with care. Fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion. I love the energy of the staff - most are young and all act like they care. Unlike with the old owner, they are never closed when they are supposed to be open. The new owner/management is greatly appreciated. The only thing that I would love, would be if they were able to get a machine for chocolate and twists. I manage to satisfy the fix with their delicious chocolate dip. It is superb!
