I've already reviewed Five Guys at the Northgate location in Seattle, but a friend of mine kept telling me I needed to visit this location to see the "cray cray soda machines" that they have. I almost never venture this far north, but I found myself in Bothell on business the other day and finally got the opportunity to stop into this Five Guys, and boy I wasn't disappointed. Same AMAZING burgers and fries, and those soda machines were surreal, having so many different soda options, I was in high fructose corn syrup heaven! I just wish they had those machines at the Northgate location as it's my "go to" Five Guys, but when in Bothell I'll definitely pop in again. read more

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My burger was made fresh to order, as were my fries. Plenty of seating, two nice soda machines. Overall, great experience, delicious burger and fries, and I'll be back! read more

It's nice to have a decent burger joint finally in our area. If you want to skip the line do the web ordering super simple and you just walk in skip the line pick up your food and done. In my humble opinon Dicks is still better food and price. But I would come here any day over Kidd Valley, McDonalds, Wendy's do I need to say more.. read more

Yummy burgers and fries, but geez, their grilled cheese are a total rip off. $4.39 for an inside out hamburger bun with a slice of melted cheese in the middle. And they're so small even my 10 year old needs 2. Unfortunately, my daughter doesn't eat beef and I won't pay that much for such a pathetic excuse of a grilled cheese, so we'll go back to other options when the craving for a burger strikes. read more

Burgers are alright, Cajun fries are good. Service isn't bad. Prices are way too high. The Kirkland location has much better prices. Don't recommend this location at all. read more

Had never had 5 guys so husband ran down today for an early lunch for us since we're only about 10 minutes away. Blasting music, rude employees, 15-20 minute wait & $20 for 2 burgers and 1 order fries (not during a lunch rush). Ordered to go-get home-the bacon cheeseburger has no bacon on it. My burger was just a plain cheeseburger with lettuce and mayo only. The bun was so soggy I pulled it off. Waste of time and money. Won't be back. read more

It really is great when a resturant can name themselves so bluntly and still put out an amazing product. Five Guys Burgers and Frys sells some of the best burgers in the area for the price. It really is hard to beat their quality and I do prefer them to Red Robin even though Red Robin is more expensive. An added bonus is that you get to eat peanuts while you wait! read more

I cannot believe this place doesn't have a 4+ rating. I'm a burger snob. The meat needs to be fresh and good quality for me to enjoy a good one. Yes you pay a bit more for a burger but the flavor is worth the extra money spent. Other burger joints I will add tons of toppings, but at Five Guys the meat is so good, I just add pickles. If you want a cheap poor tasting burger, drive down the road to McDonald's. Fries are also great and a small serving feeds my husband, my 3 year old, and myself. My only complaint is the music is sometimes really loud, BUT sometimes works in my favor to drown out my munchkins. read more

Come for the fresh custom made burgers. Stay for the rock n roll and free peanuts. You can have whatever burger you want here, bacon, cheese, two sizes. What toppings do you like? They have lots! Get them all, a few, none. It is up to you. They have never messed up my order - and I generally order for five. The fries are great, too. I love the burgers and fries at 5 Guys, the one star is due to their online ordering process. After placing my order the online app said my order would be ready in 9 minutes. I arrived at the at the exact time my order was scheduled to be ready and waited 3 minutes before asking an employee if I missed them calling my name, they pointed at the grill and said "its cooking now and will be ready soon." 6 minutes later, and after 3 groups of people who came in and placed an order at the cashier after I arrived were served, my order was finally called. I've now been to Five Guys three different times (twice at this location), and each visit has been mediocre at best. I generally like lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, barbeque sauce & similar on my burger, but at Five Guys I don't really taste any of those components on the burger. Even the beef itself is bland and uninspiring. Add to it an oversized portion of fries that is twice the size of what I want or need (so I either have to skip them, or throw half of them out), and I have to say today's visit was my last. read more

I like Five Guys. It's a nice place on the inside, they have a cool soda fountain with a bunch of different flavors to play around with, and they're very nice kids in there working. The fries are really good and the burgers are a step above fast food. I think the burgers are about as good as you would get at a place like Red Robin, but with a more homemade taste, slightly less expensive, and more customizable. read more

Every time we eat from this 5 guys it is always a great experience. The only thing to complain about is being able to eat all the food we get. The burgers are always spot on. The fries are fantastic ( and we always go to this one for the gobs of fries) and the staff is friendly. We live 6.5 miles from the store but usually take out. We love burgers, our kids go nuts and we had heard these were pretty good. The fries were overcooked, yet still soft and just didn't taste good. Our burgers were even worse. We got the burgers as take out, we live very close by. We ate immediately upon getting home and our burgers were gross. The buns were literally soggy, they were so soggy from whatever sauce or juices were in the burger that I had to remove mine because it was just a bunch of slime. They also messed up my order (I'd asked for mushrooms and onions and got neither). We were very disappointed by our experience and won't be going back. read more

Remove the gushing reviews that are posted on the windows claiming to have the best burgers on earth asap. What a joke. False advertising at it's worst. I tried it again after thinking the crappy burger the first time was an anomaly. Oops........ First off about 6 bucks for a hamburger and 4 bucks for an order of fries would be acceptable if it was as amazing as they claim. Not. The flavorless patties and a few condiments come squished into a foil ball. To my horror, when unwrapped it is completely soaked with grease and moisture to the point that the bun resembles a wet dish sponge. It is so squishy the bun deteriorates into pieces as you race to finish it before if slips through your fingers. I really wanted to like it, but it is shite. read more

Of course this review can't be about the food. Five Guy's has arguably the best fries and burgers in the large franchise fast food chain realm. Unfortunately, I have to air out my frustration with the online ordering service. I knew I would be close to this location due to a bank run, and scheduled a pick up on my lunch break in order to make sure i would have enough time to get back to work. When I got to the store, after about a 3 minute wait, someone finally acknowledged I was there. When I told them I was here to pick up my online order, I was shown two patties on the grill and explained that my order was being prepared. They then preceded to drop more fries since they didn't have any ready. This is the same thing that occurs when you' order in person. I don't mind waiting for food to be ready, but when your app has a pick up time selection function, I expect the food to be ready when I request it to be. Instead, it was exactly 10 minutes later than when I requested. I had placed the request for food an hour and fifteen minutes earlier. Why even have an app if it doesn't serve any purpose except to make me late for work? read more

I've been to this Five Guys about 6 or so times over the past couple years. The burgers are good, the fries area great, and who can say no to free peanuts? This is not traditional fast food. They cook to order so don't come in expecting to get a burger and fries in less than 5 minutes. Chill and grab some peanuts. The second to last time I was there, they messed up my burger order by putting mushrooms on it when I hadn't asked for them. As someone who hates mushrooms, I called them up immediately and let them know. My main concern was that their cooks weren't paying attention to the slips that your toppings get printed on which is concerning because that's the whole model for their business. I received great customer service regarding my complaint and they offered me a free burger. I went in to get that free burger a couple weeks ago and pulled out my card to pay for my fries and they said not to worry about it, the whole meal was on them. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they respond to mistakes and learn form them that matters and this Five Guys gets 5 stars for that (and of course for the tasty burgers). read more

It's...so...darn...good!! I've always experienced great customer service. The employees have been enthusiastic and helpful. The food is always great. I haven't had a burger anywhere else that is equal to what this place makes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is expensive. These burgers have no flavor, but a lot of grease to them. I don't understand how these 5 Guys burger joints are so praised for their "great burgers". The burgers absolutely have no good taste to them and is overpriced for sub par burgers. Went with my girlfriend, we loved the burgers!!! Fries were awesome too hot n fresh baby just the way i like it. I had never used the comuterized soda machines...their freakin sweet, 120 flavors or something like that. I waited about 7 minutes for my burger which is damn good in my opinon for being as busy as they were. Munching on the free peanuts they've got though made the time go fast and the environment is easy on the eyes so we will most definatly be back...again, and again! read more

No salt on my fries, ordered a bacon cheeseburger with everything except pickles. Got a bacon cheeseburger with only pickles. Has happened the last 3 times I've gone to this one with hopes of it being better. Go to the one by alderwood mall, it has better service and never has messed up an order. read more

Another great visit to Five Guys Bothell today! I LOVE this place! Best burger and fries in town. The hot dogs are great too you can get them all the way just like the burgers. Went here yesterday for a burger around 6. Had to wait 15 minutes for a regular burger and fries.........ridiculous in my opinion to have a wait of that time for the only thing your known for making. Watching the employees there, it seemed as though it was chaotic because everyone was trying to do everything instead of focusing on one job.
