I love Five Guys for take out. It isn't very attractive for eating inside but I think that's deliberate. I love their burgers more than any fast food joints. My only complaint in 2024 is they said their milkshake machine was down and it still sits unusable three months later. They shake were a recent addition to the menu. It's been a long January with being stuck at home sick, so when finally feeling better, I wanted a burger. I ordered ahead at the Broomfield Five Guys, and arrived to find them cooking my fresh fries! The staff is super friendly and our order was made perfectly. I was too hungry and forgot to take pics, but the fresh jalapenos are my favorite topping on a burger and there were plenty of them. This Five Guys is a revelation! The food is consistently always amazing, regardless of the customer experience; But the customer service at this location is second-to-none! Shame on me for placing my online order at 20 minutes to close (I couldn't help myself, cravings got the best of me). Alas, the friendliness of each of the staff faltered none in the slightest! They made our Cajun fries FRESH! My salted caramel shake was handed to me straight off the mixer, fresh made! NONE of our order was dying in the window from eager staff just waiting to get the hell out of there. This is the level of professionalism that I carried when I worked in food service, and it's a quality you just don't get anymore when eating/ordering out. I have been to Five Guys twice. The first time I went there was a marble sized chunk of gristle in the burger. I put it aside and finished the burger and figured it bad luck. The second time I went, the same thing happened. This time I went up to the counter and told someone and they looked at me, shrugged and said sorry. I won't ever go back. They don't care if you have a good experience and didn't try to solve the issue at all. With all the good burger places out there I will go to Smash Burger or even Wendy's is better than this place. I'll never understand the appeal except if you are into toppings... or fries. This is the third Five Guys location I've tried and have had the same experience at them all... if you get your burger plain - just cheese, burger and bun - the burger has zero appreciable flavor. I'm not kidding at all. Now their fries are excellent, some of the best I've had. But just for fun I took a nibble of the paper bag the fries come in and even it had a more notable flavor than the burger. Five Guys wins the discard award - all three times I didn't eat more than two bites of the burger because it simply wasn't worth the calories. read more

The food was great as always but my girlfriend and I went in for lunch and we ordered two meals, which comes with fries and drinks. They put our food in the middle of the bag. What I mean is a bunch of fries on top, then our burgers and then a bunch of fries on the bottom. When I asked for an extra bag so we can get the fries out of the way so we can reach our food the worker that I spoke to gave me a disgusted face. They gave us very homophobic vibes. read more

Manager of store was hovering over raw food items without his nose covered by his mask. Same manager refused to disclose name. Owner Robin was unhelpful over the phone and told me I was unreasonable at which point she made assumption I had never worked ima restaurant (I have!!). She insulted her client base to excuse her employee's noncompliance. Thus, I have Reported this location to public health department of Broomfield. read more

My friend and I came here last week and we ordered a hot dog and a Bacon Burger with everything on there, it was full of flavor and seasoning is enough that it's not bland. This may be the only Five Guys in existence that's cheap with their fries. Every other store I have been to, across the country, usually even a medium order is too much for a person to reasonably finish. Not here.. Here you actually have to ask to make sure they fill the small cup, AND make sure they put the traditional "extra" scoop in your bag. That's right, not only have I actually been shorted, more than once, on the extra scoop sometimes they don't even bother to fill the cup. The food quality is about the same as every other FG, but just make sure you get what you are paying for, especially with the higher prices. read more

It may be a little pricey for a grilled cheese and a small drink ($9) but the way I see it is, it's a clean store every time I visit, the customer service is amazing, and the food is always delicious and obviously freshly cooked. They offer peanuts as a snack you can munch on while you wait patiently for your food to finish being made and you can also tell that they do try their best to always please the customer. It's no IN-N-OUT (as some have claimed)...just an overpriced wannabe. There's a reason why In and Out Burger during lunch has a line around the corner and Five Guys doesn't. I know there are any In-N-Outs in Colorado but just a warning to those who are coming here from a state that does have them. Eating at Five Guys is like watching the movie The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. The good: Cajun fries. Without a doubt the best thing they have going for them, salty, crispy, slightly spicy and delicious, I love them. The bad: Prices. This place is overpriced! If you got kiddos and you want to take them out for burgers and fries don't take them here, you'll spend $50 easily...for burgers & fries! The ugly: Burgers. Actually, ugly isn't entirely accurate, it's just that the burgers are slightly better-than-average. For some reason, which nobody has been able to explain to me, even the employees at the restaurant, they wrap their burgers in tin foil which in the short amount of time between when they wrap them and it gets to your table, the bun gets soggy and doughy. It's a huge turnoff for me. They do have a large selection of add-ons for the burger which I totally get is appealing to a lot of people, it just doesn't appeal to me. Again, In-N-Out burger has a very limited menu because it's already made perfectly, you don't need to add anything to it. So excited that a 5 Guys opened up close to us! Excited for our taste buds...probably not for our waistlines. :) As far as a 'fast food' burger goes, this is as good as it gets. I use that term loosely though, since they actually cook your food once you order it. That means it does take a while to get your food. This isn't McDonald's speed, so prepare for that. Burgers are made to order so you can get exactly what you want. They also have hot dogs for any non-burger loving family members. The amount of fries you get is insane. We split a medium fry among our family of four, and often don't finish it. They fill the cup, then dump a ton of extra fries into the bag. I've only tried a milkshake once, but it was very good. For some reason, not all milk shake ingredients are listed on the Five Guys online ordering portal. I asked the store, and they say they have the ingredients, but, yeah, considering there's no drive through and the wait is usually 15-20 minutes, this place is just not worth it without proper online ordering...which it just can't get right. read more

Five Guys sucks! Way over priced, not even good for a burger joint. Such a rip off, would rather not have eaten it at all. The worst thing to me is that people constantly compare them to In-N-Out burger, no comparison at all. Did you know a double double is still like 4 bucks? Honestly, I like Five Guys more than In N Out. I think as far as a fast food burger goes, this is as good as it gets. The burger was juicy, packed with flavor, and just overall tasty. The price of it is reasonable, especially if you get the Littles. You don't need any of the normal sizes because it really is a ton of food. The fries I had were also very fresh. read more

This place rocks! I'm not a huge fast food patron, but I tried this place with my kids when they opened by the house months ago. If I didn't watch what I eat every day, I'd eat here every day. It's fantastic. The burgers are excellent, juicy, and tasty. The topping choices are great, and you just can't go wrong with the seasoned fries. My girlfriend and I went in for two burgers and fries. After ordering we found out that our cashier had accidentally only put in one burger. This was because we switched one burger's order, so its understandable the other burger didn't go through. So my girlfriend went up to Nelson, one of the chiefs, and explained that we had ordered one more burger. Nelson was extremely helpful, and fixed our order and accommodated us. Burger was quite small and mushy (I didn't order small size). Seemed like the bun was dunked in water. The overall flavor was okay and I will say the bacon was great - better than most restaurants. The lettuce was nice and crunchy. Overall, the burger was ~okay. Not completely awful, but not worth $9. The fries were incredibly soggy and heavily over-seasoned. I like lots of seasoning on my fries, but this was like eating damp Lawry's salt. They also skimped on the fries, which I thought was one of their appeals. Perhaps I got the 'last batch' of fries before they started a new batch, but this totally ruined my lunch. Just WAY too expensive for sub-par food. read more

No one was happier than me when this Five Guys opened. I manage the Mattress firm next to it and having food this close is great. However this food isn't just any food. I am a bit of a burger snob and my burger today was top quality. It wasn't greasy and I could tell that the beef was really fresh! The guy at the counter was great as well. He suggested that I try the Cajun fries and they were fabulous! They were cooked perfectly and the spice was great. I would recommend this Five Guys to anyone and especially those of you who appreciate a great burger! read more
