Went in the establishment to find out that they were working on the website redesign, a bit inconvenient. Ordered some cheesesteak egg rolls. They were tiny and lacked meat. They were overcooked as if you were just eating over fried egg roll wrappers that I dipped in the cheese sauces given to add some flavor. The cashier was nice and friendly and able to apologize for the ordering online mishaps.

This place is pretty consistent no matter which one you go to, you can always expect a tasty burger and heaping helping of way too many greasy fries in a dripping bag. They do keep these places immaculately clean and you can gorge yourself on all of the peanuts you can eat (and cram into your pockets). I like the music they play too, must be XM radio classic rock. My biggest beef with this place (no pun intended), is the fact that when you approach the counter to order they have a huge tip jar right smack in the middle of the counter, obnoxiously glaring at the customer as if it should be customary to tip these people who are basically working retail behind a counter. There is no wait service, other than the kid with the broom sweeping up peanut shells. I purposely, willfully and completely ignore this huge pickle jar as if it were not even there and I think the manager of this establishment needs to know he is insulting his customers by insinuating that the workers there should be tipped on top of the price of their already over priced burger. read more

The burgers are outstanding, and the fries are excellent. The only complaint I have is the price, which is continually on the rise. The prices seem to go up faster than they should. I believe the chain has become somewhat arrogant due to its past praise and success. I think Five Guys is overrated. The burgers are good, but not worth the price. There's a large variety of toppings, but, again, not worth the price. The fries are waaayyyyy too greasy. $9 or so for burger, greasy fries and drink is more than I'm willing pay. The service at this particular location is not friendly (Herndon is much better).
