Terrible. The first time I tried it I was not a fan, so I thought I would give it another go. Came in and the staff was very nice and greeted us right away. The place was clean but pretty empty. The food was not good. The fries were ok at best, a little soggy and the burger just seemed basic and dull. I get it, it's fast food but I will be skipping 5 Guys from now on

Food is good, we ate cheeseburgers and they were great. All toppings are delicious. Strawberry milkshake was really good Fries are crispy Service is good. Associates are so kindly. Place is clean and not messy. We're definitely coming again!

A burger with mustard mayo and lettuce. That was my order. After telling it 3 times to the voice in the drive thru at the Golden Arches I pulled up to pay and the cashier reviewed my order only to get it wrong. Cheeseburger deluxe was what she had said .... after several attempts to explain I only wanted a burger with mustard mayo and lettuce I simply gave up and said Never mind and drive off- frustrated . That's when I drove by this place and pulled in . True there's no drive thru but they got my order right on the first try and boom I was on my way to having a meal. The burger was delicious and the fries were piping hot and delicious as well . Seriously it was a bag full of hot delicious fries . I didn't plan on that and well I admit I ate them cause ... why not ! They were yummy! There's an area for condiments and free peanuts to enjoy- if that's your thing ! Tea and coke products with unlimited refills . So I am very pleased with this ending. Five guys served a delicious burger and fries! Two thumbs way up!

$16 for this? To say it's not what it used to be is an understatement. I got one burger and fries. I went here specifically because they give you more fries than a normal human could eat, and I was hungry. Sure, it's expensive, but I was ready to eat. This is a joke. We went to Burger 21 the other day and 3 of us couldn't finish the fries, and they are cheaper! These fries alone were over $4. I haven't been to a five guys in a while, and I've definitely learned my lesson. Hopefully this saves someone some money.

I've eaten at this location on several occasions and always had a great experience. The staff are typically upbeat and friendly, and orders are always correct. The service, whether taking out or dining in is always super efficient being served in minutes. Five Guys has the feel of a higher end fast food joint and also has the price tag to go with. If four of us head in there we're typically at almost $40 and that's without drinks. Their menu is limited to burgers, fresh cut fries, grilled cheese and hotdogs, though that's their thing --you aren't going here for a healthy choice salad with kale and spinach, you're going here for taste of goodness with lashings malt vinegar. There is plenty of seating inside the restaurant and some tables and chairs out back which is cool. They have one of awesome Coca Cola drink fountains which serves everything but the burgers themselves. Parking is plentiful immediately out front and in surrounding lots. It's not obvious from the main surrounds roads but is nestled in the south east corner of the Blakeney plaza. Always tasty, always a good experience and always up for Five Guys!

Worst food and service ever . Asked for extra onions and extra mushrooms with a regular fries. What a joke for the money.

Loved it so good. The people that worked there were generally very friendly. I went there at least once a month when I worked out there.

I crave their chili dogs--fully loaded, of course. That famous chili recipe? Absolutely unmatched. Don't sleep on the crispy potato wedges either--they're the perfect sidekick. And if hot dogs aren't your thing, no worries--they also make a killer chili cheeseburger, or you can try their fried bologna or fish sandwich. It's a no-frills kind of place, and that's part of the charm. Grab your lunch and eat at the shaded stand-up area outside, or post up in your car for the full experience. Heads up--it's cash only, but don't worry, there's an ATM on-site if you need it. Everyone is always so nice and helpful as well! Simple, iconic, and always worth the stop.

The fried pickles were greatly cooked and also crispy and flavorful my wife has never ordered a cheeseburger when going ou.t But the bartender suggestion she try it- and my wife was ecstatic when she took a bite. ( loved every bite, especially the fries ) The manager on duty, Jonathan was very helpful and was from my area which was an hour and a half away from Charlotte -Winston Salem/Clemmons area. The servers were also very nice and friendly. However, a few things held the experience back: Atmosphere & Layout: First, don't let the name fool you--it's not actually a drive-in. Walking into the lobby, I was hit with a stale, dank, musty smell, which seemed to be coming from the restrooms located right at the front entrance. The waiting bench was cluttered with high piles of boxes, which didn't make the best first impression, and the hand towel dispenser in the ladies' room was out of order. The Food: I paid $11 for five skinny, dry wings paired with a watery blue cheese dressing. For "jumbo" wings, they were pretty mid. The menu overall feels like it could use an upgrade (Bad Daddy's Burgers right across the street sets a much better benchmark for this type of casual spot burger). The staff and the playlist were fun, but between the lacking atmosphere and disappointing food, it falls right in the middle for me.

They both were tasty. The hot dog was big and juicy and well dressed. They air fry all their traditionally fried. That's probably my only complaint. I prefer fried food to be fried in oil, but that's my preference. We also tried the brisket and pulled chicken (sorry I forgot to take a picture). They were also good. Everything was served hot and fresh. I'm a condiment girl and they have five bbq sauces: Original, Mississippi, Kansas, Memphis, and Sweet and Tangy. We actually liked all of them between the two of us. Here are a few more highlights and reasons for you to stop in and check them out. 1. Plenty of parking including a ramp for accessibility. 2. They have Ax Throwing. It's not traditional axe throwing, they use a screen. They also have other fun games including Tic-Tac-Toe and a Candy Crush like game. It's also affordable. It was $10 per person/hr. We stopped in on a Monday afternoon before 5:00pm. 3. They have a few fun things on their menu including corn nuggets, fried pickles, pineapple upside down cake, and a sampler where you can try a little bit of everything. 4. The staff (Ron and Shawn) was very friendly and thoroughly explained the menu. They also chatted with us since they were not too busy and made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our meal. 5. They have over 20 taps with a variety of beer. They also have beer specials during football season. Stop in and visit Crave for a taste of Carolina and a little family fun.
