The one in Gables is a decent set up but small, enough to run out of space during the lunch time crowd. Most of the time the cooks have a happy thought to share. The Burgers are made fresh to order, I tell them to add more gounrd peper usually. Take note that the regular burger is a double beef patty. I feel the single patty with chosen addons is enough. I'm giving your location 1 star because if you are a burger place and run out of lettuce you do not deserve better. It's just indicative of poor management that you couldn't be bothered to order enough iceberg. As well it was not very clean. The floor was so slippery. Was the slipperyest non-ice surface that I have ever have stepped on. Did you pour your old French Fry grease right on the ground to mop on purpose to try to trick some poor sweet elderly women into breaking a hip? The least you could do was pop out one of those yellow signs. And i was wearing athletic shoes with a grippy rubber sole. I realize having an overabundance of fries all up in the bag is your thing, but it would be nice to have my cup of fries be more than a third full. Otherwise they tasted like the cajun fries you get at any of their locations. On my burger you arranged the toppings all wrong. From top to bottom you put the sesame covered top bun, pickle, patty, cheese, patty, bacon, mushrooms, and then bottom bun. What? Who puts a cheeseburger together in that fashion? It's not like when your mom cuts your pb & j diagonally instead of right in middle of the bread slices. It's just wrong. It also made the toppings more liable to falling out. Definitely didn't taste as good as it could have if the patties and toppings were all put together in the manner that any reasonable person would do. From no lettuce, to almost falling and breaking my skull in grease covered flooring this trip hete was all in all a fail you Five Guys. Also an update. The bottom of my shoes were so covered in grease I felt like my shoes were sliding around a bit on my pedals as I biked home. Thanks for that. read more

This is worst Five Guys ever. I love Five Guys and have been to them in multiple states and cities and always awesome...until now. Tomato not ripe, shake was all watery, fries weren't overflowing as usual but barely filled cups, didn't call number very loud if at all so by time I wondered back up to see what happened food had been sitting (and forgot to give me my shake) - overall burger just wasn't up to snuff with every other burger I've had at Five Guys (which are normally amazingly consistent and awesome). Stay away! Super sloppy tables where all dirty... There was food on the floor.... Spent $32.00 on two double cheese burgers with bacon ( which they didn't put bacon on) and fries which were super soaked in grease had to throw away! To top it off they were having an inspection and employees seemed to not even care! Had to wait like 30 min to get food had to ask twice and wait for a side of mayo because I was told they forgot what I was waiting for! I feel like McDonald's has better service!
